Nice location, good service! My request to have my suitcase stored for two more nights after checkout was granted right away! Great service which helped me travel light!

It was nice and clean.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel. Follow the signs for Aeon, go through the underground shopping mall, and exit at the Ximen Pharmacy exit. Turn left and walk for about 2 minutes. Turn right at the zebra crossing, and you'll see the hotel. It's an established brand, but very clean, with large, renovated rooms! Very comfortable! The hotel staff are very polite!

Since my check-in time was late and the date was about to change, I called before heading out, but they said "Any time is fine" and I was very relieved because I was getting anxious about not being able to catch a taxi. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. I had plans in the morning and didn't have time to go to the bakery attached to the hotel, so I hope to use their services again on my next trip to Okayama!

I stayed for several nights, but the room was not cleaned properly.
Furthermore, I was given a non-smoking room even though I had reserved a smoking room.
It was an unpleasant stay and I don't think I will use it again.

The room is quite bigger than I thought. Cleanliness and service are also excellent.
Would recommend for solo traveller who finding for budget staying near Okayama station.

Used for business purposes. The first parking lot fills up quickly, but there is a third parking lot so a large number of cars can be parked.
The rooms are also clean and good.
There is no large public bath or hot spring, but the price is cheap so it is not a problem at all.
I would like to use it again.

The bathroom is not clean and a string smell of cigarettes emerges

Nice place with spacious and clean, organised rooms. Strategic location with ramen shops, bakeries, and convenience stores located all around it.

The beds are super stiff! There are few plugs in the room so charging your phone and computer is an issue.
Also, the room could only be heated so after some warm days it made sleeping very difficult.
On the other hand they have nice staff and the breakfast is pretty good if you’re not a picky eater.
