I LOVED IT! was clean and nice and everything u expect from a nice hotel. toaly recommend it
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers using New Chitose Airport, and the surrounding area has plenty of dining options. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would...
Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants. We had dinner and breakfast and both are excellent food quality and value for price. The breakfast at 3200 yen with crab soup is a value plus several made to order food items like the riceballs.
With the shuttle bus to airport, convenience store inside the hotel and spacious room, very happy with the stay!
Shuttle bus service to chitose airport not very frequent and very small so cannot fit many passengers / luggage.
Great location for self driving travellers and free parking, and if you are looking for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks for the front desk staff for a free upgrade and the room was spatious.

Hokkaido, Chitose, New Chitose Airport Terminal Building 4F 🧭 Map
Nice hotel at new chitose airport. Very convenient for those who arrive late or morning flight.
Good room, my son love airplane view from the window. My daughter love onsen and shopping at the shopping mall in CTS.
This airport hotel is truly top-notch! The hot springs were fantastic – clean and not crowded at all. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was excellent. Super impressed! The only minor thing is that it's a bit of a walk to the domestic terminal, about 15 minutes.
This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t like leaving extra time for travel.
Facilities: Very modern, with smart home controls throughout. Hygiene: Newly renovated, spotless. Environment: Incredibly quiet. New Chitose Airport has a night curfew, so no red-eye flights landing or taking off. Service: Easy and seamless communication.
This was my third stay, and I chose this hotel again because my previous two experiences were so good. However, this time was truly unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM. My daughter had injured her leg while skiing, so we asked the middle-aged woman at check-in if we could check in early. She said yes, but we'd have to pay for an additional day – what a rip-off! The funny thing is, they...

Hokkaido, Chitose, Shikotsuko Onsen 🧭 Map
The hotel management is really poor. The public hot spring always has a sticky film on top, and there were foreign objects in the large pool where people lie down, almost cutting my skin. The worst part is that these things can't be removed. The day after soaking, my feet were incredibly itchy, probably due to a fungal infection. People with tattoos and whatnot were also soaking, and no one seemed...
Good. Facilities are new, and the hygiene is spotless. The environment is beautiful, right next to Lake Shikotsu. Service is excellent.
Excellent stay! **Environment:** Beautiful and exquisite everywhere you look. **Service:** Very attentive, made me feel really comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Just a heads-up about transportation: make sure you find the shuttle pick-up point. Luckily, a Trip.com staff member helped me with the booking.
Excellent service and hotel environment Cozy hall with professional staff service Private onsen is amazing under the snow
We had a really fantastic time at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort which was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The area is beautiful and the spa has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay. We stayed in a Premier Suite and the rooms are fantastic - fully equipped and spacious with all amenities, and a fantastic private Onsen to relax in.The staff at the spa were extremely friendly and...
The hotel offers a shuttle service for guests to and from the airport and JR station. I found the shuttle schedule and booked my seat easily on the hotel's official website, which was very convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh option but the only problem is that the room doesn’t comes with shower . You will need to walk outside to take a shower which is inconvenient . Onsen was amazing .
Excellent location with views of Lake Shikotsu and we were there during fall foilage. They have bird feeders outside the dining area with binoculars so you can wait for the chance to see the famed Shimaenaga, we were unfortunately not so lucky. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous, and most spoke English well. Rooms were clean, spacious and the bath left my skin silky smooth. They had...
Happy to see the deers during dinner time! The place is serene and secluded. Housekeeping did their job to keep the rooms in spotless conditions. Buffet breakfast and dinner has lots of variety and restaurants staffs are friendly and helpful.

The room is nice, and the onsen in the room is great. The snow view is wonderful. The service here is good. We were late to the hotel due to traffic jam and missed dinner, but luckily the hotel staff, Mr. 塩谷, was very kind and helped arrange for dinner to be delivered to our room. We really appreciate that!
One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility. Meals were outstanding both in their quality and interesting offerings. The negative reviews seem very out of place to us. Assume it is based on which room type selected. Our room was very clean, nice features - deluxe twin. Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you...
Here's a review/guide: 1. Honestly, the location is quite remote. The last bus from Chitose Station is at 4 PM. If you're coming from central Sapporo, you'd probably need to leave by 2 PM. I left at 3:30 PM and missed it, ending up paying 14,000 JPY for an Uber. 2. The service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival, they inform you of dinner times, and for breakfast, you can choose between 7 AM or...
Staff is friendly and food is very good. Make sure to book the shuttle ahead of time, it will take about 30 minutes from the JR station.
This is a very Japanese-style onsen hotel. I could communicate with the staff using simple English for work-related tasks. The traditional Japanese service was excellent, and it was incredibly quiet. The tatami mats were very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. During the day, coffee, tea, and snacks were available in the first-floor cafe. The second-floor tea room offered a wide variety of tea bags...
This is a very traditional Japanese onsen ryokan. If you've never experienced this type of hotel before, it's an excellent choice. As someone who appreciates home decor, I absolutely loved the small cabinets and ornaments throughout the hotel; they felt carefully selected. There were also welcome drinks near the front desk, and a certain milk tea was delicious – definitely worth trying! The hotel...

Amazing breakfast with a great view. Very friendly hotel staff. The microwave is downstairs next the reception. The spa(onsen) is not free, u need to pay ¥1300 but very clean and well looked after by the staffs so it is worth it for sure. I will definitely come back again for the convenience of location and the great breakfast
The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (Personally, I find Shin-Sapporo Station even more convenient than Sapporo Station – fewer people, quicker to get in.) Plus, getting to downtown Sapporo is easy with the Sapporo Municipal Subway. The room is quite spacious with unobstructed views, making it feel very open and bright. Housekeeping is excellent; if you...
Except the location is a little bit far away from central downtown, everything is perfect for me,good service ,huge space for one pepole and the room is quite clean, will come next time if I back to Sapporo again.

It's not bad if you're traveling solo and just need a place to sleep, though the transportation is a bit inconvenient. However, considering you can walk to Sapporo Station in about 30 minutes, it's not too bad. There's also a park nearby, which is great for walks.

Everything was great except for the lack of a spa. **Scenery and Ambiance**: Checking into a hotel on a snowy day, the biggest charm is undoubtedly the stunning snow-covered landscape. The location is really convenient, with a convenience store right across from the hotel, which makes shopping easy. Second stay here. The room was spacious and the location was convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo.
The location may not be close to train station but the buses outside hotels bring us to Sapporo station easily. Walking distance to Nijo market and Odori but not so easy in the winter snow. No complaints, it was great! Even with my terrible sense of direction, I could find it right out of the subway. Just a heads-up, the public bath doesn't allow tattoos.
Room was big enough. Location was convenient. Just a stone throw away from Nakajima Station. Love Nakajima Park during the winter, where the kids enjoyed playing with snow, sledding and cross country skiing. Hotel provided free sled for use too.
The breakfast is very good. The location is convenient, close to the main road and public transportation. Hotel services are very good. Onsen is perfect. I love this hotel .
Hotel JAL is situated just 200m away from the subway station and it was a joy to stay due to staffs’ friendliness, great breakfast and facilities like onsen and great bedrooms.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance from Nakajima-koen Station. The hotel might be a bit old; when we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, including in the bathroom. The location is also a major highlight of this hotel, being exceptionally convenient for tourists. It was a thoroughly pleasant stay.

Overall experience and environment is good but hotel is a little old and didn’t upgrade.

The hotel boasts an amazing view, offering a stunning panoramic of Sapporo's snowy nightscape. The room size and space were also quite generous, which is a rarity for hotels in Japan. However, it seems the decor is a bit dated, as the bathroom fixtures felt like they were from the last century. On the plus side, the hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station!
Great~ few mins walk to subway, room is large enough to put two big luggages. Hotel has auto parking.
This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. Great location in Susukino, close to restaurants and transport. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is the highlight with a wide variety, especially fresh seafood and local Hokkaido dishes—very impressive.
The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured all the famous Hokkaido specialties like soup curry, seafood rice bowls, pork rice bowls, Genghis Khan BBQ, and more.

Really nice hotel but room design was a little cold. The only seat in the room was a small wooden bench with no cushion and i did miss the soothing ambience of late night tv after a long day of exploring. Record player was a nice touch but I didn’t even turn it on. Lounge was beautiful and staff was friendly. Good central location for access to public transit, Suskino and local attractions.
I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.
Cross Hotel Sapporo has a good location. Close to JR Station, very convenience and nearby have Family Mart.
Located 10 mins walk from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to touristy places. Overseeing the TV station from the room. The public bath is great. We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet. That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites.
The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new. The staff are enthusiastic, and cleaning is prompt.
It's so dirty in the elevator, the carpet and the button. I think maybe there would be someone clean it later but it's still dirty in my whole stay there. The front staff is not friendly and show any welcome at all, even when i come for check in or ask for help. I stay with my friend and made mistake with the room type, so i want to change or make a new one( and i would contact and do it all by my...

Excellent hotel with underground connections to the Sapporo station. Rooms are quiet from the traffic perspective but you can heavy footed guests wich is a bit let down if you are a light sleeper.  Another thing to nite is their main restaurant have early last orders usually 830 pm and tgey close by 9pm.  Only the bar and drinking places closes later.  Excellent afternoon high tea.
The location is excellent; you can reach the hotel from Sapporo Station entirely through an underground passage. The Japanese breakfast was good. However, we stayed for two nights, and the hotel didn't empty our trash. Two nights' worth of rubbish piled up in our already small room... Is this a Japanese custom?
An absolutely perfect experience! This hotel, built in 1934, is nearly a century old and exudes a profound sense of history with its distinctive Japanese-Western old money charm. The lobby and public areas are understated yet sophisticated, with exquisite attention to detail. The room was impeccably maintained and felt brand new, not at all dated. Even the bathroom facilities, like the drainage and...
The location is superb, with direct underground connections to two stations. The service is excellent, and the winter view from the hotel room is truly unforgettable. Breakfast is delicious, and the milk is the best I’ve ever had!
Hotel's location is very convenient as it is connected to the Underground walkway. Although walking around the downtown on a snowy pavement is awesome too, using the Chika-ho is convenient when you are walking with a 23kg luggage. Hotel is near Odōri and Susukino so Sapporo City's famous locations are very accessible. Breakfast is so yum and even serves ice cream. Room has a drip pod coffee maker and...
The hotel is good; you can access it directly from the underground, so you don't have to brave the cold outside. It's an older hotel, but overall it's still very convenient. I'd consider staying here again next time I visit; it offers great value for money.

I vividly recall our check-in experience: we were supposed to check in at 12:00 PM, but due to a massive snowstorm, we were stranded at the airport right after landing and couldn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM. However, the hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. It's also super convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the subway. There's a duty-free shop right downstairs from...
The triple room is convenient for families traveling with children, but this room is genuinely small. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel where I had to open my suitcase right by the entrance door in the hallway, leaving absolutely no space to move around and pack. Other than that, the location and transportation are quite convenient, and there are restaurants within walking distance. However...
The room was very clean, a bit small, but we could open and place both of our suitcases. It was fine for three people. The service was excellent. For breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options available, and we tried both – they were pretty good. Other than the small room, it's definitely Crowne Plaza standard.
This older hotel has really small rooms; with an extra bed, we couldn't even open our luggage. However, its location and service are excellent. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about snow when loading/unloading bags. It's perfect for a city walk to Odori Park and Tanukikoji. The lovely front desk staff helped us book a shuttle to a hot spring resort,...
Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. Kids under 12 stay for free. An extra bed costs 1000 JPY. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily. The location is superb; it's right across from Deoksu Palace and just one street away from Daimaru Department Store. Plus, free luggage storage is available. Definitely a strong recommendation!
Nice Location, very convenience  to tourist area and shopping.  Staff NO smile is the only draw back, smile often make customer feel staff is friendly.  Convenient parking.

After watching Ken Takakura's movies, where Hokkaido was mentioned many times, I finally fulfilled my dream in 2026. What a beautiful region, a beautiful city, and a beautiful hotel – Sapporo Odori Park View Hotel! I was happy to find a smoking area in the hotel lobby. In the evening, while I was smoking, I met an American ice sculptor. I don't speak English, so I used a translation app, but it was...
Great location and spacious room! Neat and orderly too! I would book here again if i come back to Sapporo :)
The location is nice, lawson opposite the hotel, staff barely speak English, room’s heater has wheezing sound but my heart melted to this little robot ! 🥰😍
Close to quite a number of attractions in Sapporo. Plus point: lobby has 2 cute robots waddling around
relatively good location, about ~10 min walk from odori station. very nice that there’s free lounge from 3-9pm, with free snacks and drinks
I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they decorated our room accordingly. They even gave us some Shiroi Koibito chocolates! Their email responses were very prompt, which was great. The hotel's location is also excellent.

So comfy and hotel just so clean, as my requested they adjusted my room near by elevator.. of course i will stay here again if i come to Sapporo ☺️
Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance. This makes taking the JR to Otaru very easy.
The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb...
The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the...
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.

Best location ever. It is connected directly to the JR station and no need to carry luggage and walk outside. The room is tidy and comfortable. Worthy the price.
The hotel is super convenient, directly accessible from the JR train station via an underground passage. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the transportation is excellent.
The location is excellent, right across from the south exit. If you're familiar with the area, you can use the underground passage, which is especially convenient during heavy snowfall in Hokkaido. The room is quite small but has everything you need, and the cleanliness is good. I really enjoyed the breakfast ambiance, especially sitting by the window watching the snow fall outside—it was incredibly...
This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the JR station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the service is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone. If I go to Sapporo again, I'll definitely book this hotel.
Excellent! The free luggage storage is a lifesaver, and the convenient location makes it easy to get anywhere quickly, especially for shopping.
The hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding. By the way, hotel does provide free coffee and drinks for hotel...
