I love the hotel’s design, and most importantly, it is impeccably clean, kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards. At the concierge, I was warmly greeted by a very courteous male staff member who even offered to carry my bags to the room while I checked in.

During the off-season, the hotel upgraded to a high floor room. The service was good and responsive. The hot springs were great and private. It is incomprehensible that such an expensive hot spring hotel does not include dinner. Since it is expensive, it should provide value for money and provide breakfast and dinner.
