This airport hotel is truly top-notch! The hot springs were fantastic – clean and not crowded at all. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was excellent. Super impressed! The only minor thing is that it's a bit of a walk to the domestic terminal, about 15 minutes.

This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t like leaving extra time for travel.

We had a beautiful view of Lake Shikotsu right from our balcony.The staff were attentive, while there was a slight language barrier, it’s completely understandable given the more remote location and didn’t take away from our stay at all. During the off-season, the hotel upgraded to a high floor room. The service was good and responsive. The hot springs were great and private. It is incomprehensible that such an expensive hot spring hotel does not include dinner. Since it is expensive, it should provide value for money and provide breakfast and dinner. Instead of saving dinner costs, there are no other good places nearby.

Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants. We had dinner and breakfast and both are excellent food quality and value for price. The breakfast at 3200 yen with crab soup is a value plus several made to order food items like the riceballs.

With the shuttle bus to airport, convenience store inside the hotel and spacious room, very happy with the stay!

Love this hotel. It was clean and easy to find. A bit near the train station, there’s a 7-11 right across the street, near the bus stop as well. Uber is like 1 minute away. Love the room amenities and toiletries.

The hotel was located about 10 to 15 mins walk away from the station and AEON. There were quite some restaurants within walkable distance.

This hotel is a great option for a layover. It's close to Sapporo's New Chitose Airport, making it perfect if you have an early flight the next day. The only downside is that parking costs extra; there's no free parking for guests. However, it can at least accommodate four people with four beds in one room.

The hotel management is really poor. The public hot spring always has a sticky film on top, and there were foreign objects in the large pool where people lie down, almost cutting my skin. The worst part is that these things can't be removed. The day after soaking, my feet were incredibly itchy, probably due to a fungal infection. The hotel offers a shuttle service for guests to and from the airport and JR station. I found the shuttle schedule and booked my seat easily on the hotel's official website, which was very convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive.

Here's a review/guide: 1. Honestly, the location is quite remote. The last bus from Chitose Station is at 4 PM. If you're coming from central Sapporo, you'd probably need to leave by 2 PM. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh option but the only problem is that the room doesn’t comes with shower . You will need to walk outside to take a shower which is inconvenient . Happy to see the deers during dinner time! The place is serene and secluded. Housekeeping did their job to keep the rooms in spotless conditions. Buffet breakfast and dinner has lots of variety and restaurants staffs are friendly and helpful.

The environment and staff were wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Both the food and spring water were excellent. The resort even offers a nighttime star tour, which was a fantastic experience.
