Quite an old hotel that needs a renovation. Rooms are typical Japanese size (not big). Airconditioning that like most older Japanese hotels are a/c in summer and heat in winter and cannot be changed. That said, ventilation ca be turned off and the window can be cracked open.  Staff were very nice and friendly.

If you're sensitive to smoke, definitely avoid the smoking rooms. Even the air purifier was steeped in secondhand smoke. However, the hotel's overall facilities are good 👍. There's a massage chair and various multiplayer card games available, as well as a play area for children.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right outside JR Chitose Station. Across from the JR station, there's an Aeon mall with McDonald's, KFC, Saizeriya, and Yoshinoya, making dining very convenient. Overall, the hotel offers average value for money. If you're not catching an early flight, I'd recommend staying in Sapporo instead.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right inside the airport near the domestic departures. However, the facilities and room conditions are quite old and a bit dated. Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year. The hotel's breakfast and complimentary large public bath service are excellent; it's a shame I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to enjoy the public bath.

Perfect location for one night stay, just a little bit confuse when check it, i went to the 2nd floor (beside domestic departure) and found entrance for a lift to 3rd floor lobby. Breakfast is provided and if extra time, u can visit the onsen on 4th floor which are quite far away from the hotel. Pls take note that the domestic terminal will close after 11:30pm and u cannot walk around in the terminal

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. Due two of my family members have more than two cases, we have to take cab to the airport. The environment is great, and the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You need to book a time with the front desk, but unfortunately, I missed it. The front desk staff can help you call a taxi, and their service is excellent. The room is small, but for this price, it's really good!

Good hotel with large parking area and very nice check in service

The toilet, sink, and bath were all separate, which made it very comfortable. The low price and the large room were perfect for a family stay. The vegetables at breakfast were delicious and looked beautiful too, so we were very satisfied. The male staff member's service was excellent and attentive.

It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in. The view is really beautiful, like a painting, the onsen is very good, interestingly there is a certain time given for photos and videos, there are special hours when the onsen is closed.

Excellent ryokan, great facilities, very clean, staff are amazing. Free parking helped. The breakfast spread was the best I had at any Japanese ryokans.

I highly recommend driving there if you have a rental car! They even gave us soba and sake, so even though we didn't do the kaiseki dinner, we were full and well-rested. The open-air bath was absolutely wonderful; I want to go back again!!
