The biggest advantages are the low price, separate bathroom and toilet, and the fact that Tomikuru is within walking distance. The soundproofing isn't great, but because of the location, there aren't many noisy young guests, so while you might get a bad room, it's not a major issue.

Very convenient location with a convenience store nearby. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Each floor had a separate microwave as well. There are restaurants nearby and the staff called a taxi for us.

The view is really beautiful, like a painting, the onsen is very good, interestingly there is a certain time given for photos and videos, there are special hours when the onsen is closed.

Excellent ryokan, great facilities, very clean, staff are amazing. Free parking helped. The breakfast spread was the best I had at any Japanese ryokans.

I highly recommend driving there if you have a rental car! They even gave us soba and sake, so even though we didn't do the kaiseki dinner, we were full and well-rested. The open-air bath was absolutely wonderful; I want to go back again!!

Each room has a hot spring bath. There are two private baths, and I chose the rock style one. The spring water is basically the same as the room, but the environment is large enough! The room was normal, just enjoying the quiet feeling by the lake.

If you are ever in the Chitose area, or in Lake Shikotsu, this ryokan is the best place to be. To be honest, I don’t think 5 stars is enough. The waiter was very friendly. The dinner was French cuisine, which was delicious. It was right by the lake and the view was amazing. The hotel has only 8 rooms. The private bath is facing the lake. No Chinese people come here, so it is quiet and beautiful.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right inside the airport near the domestic departures. However, the facilities and room conditions are quite old and a bit dated. It's especially good if you have an early morning flight the next day. Plus, the hotel offers free hot spring tickets, so overall, the experience was decent.

The hotel English name is not available in Google Map search, only Japanese name, causing us a little difficult to navigate from New Chitose airport to the hotel. Free on site parking for hotel guest is available. Breakfast is cozy Japanese meals in buffet style, delicious.

I booked this hotel because they say there is airport bus in front of the hotel, yes there is. Unfortunately, on the day i checked out, the bus was not on schedule, i had been waiting for more than 20 mins on Sunday but there is no sign of bus coming even if the staff give me the timetable. Finally, I had to ask the hotel staff to call a taxi to pick me up to the airport.

The room was clean and the location was relatively quiet. Getting around was still quite convenient, and there were several izakayas nearby.
