It was convenient to have buses to New Chitose Airport and Chitose Station right in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.

The hotel service was excellent, it had parking, a nice environment, and was very convenient.

Location, drive to Airport is about 20 minute. Easy to locate the hotel, even first time arrival by self drive during the NIGHT. Staff service Good. I didn't take meal to early departure.

Not bad, it's just over ten minutes' walk from the train station. There is a big AEON supermarket nearby, which is convenient for eating and shopping. It only takes over ten minutes by tram to the airport, and there is also coffee to drink!

A very modern and new hotel because the room I booked was a newly extended block. The hotel is in front of a bus stop. Comfortable stay but parking space are limited. They have a big laundry room, breakfast having choice of traditional Japanese or Western style.

We booked twin beds room but only allow ONE adult to stay there,after negotiated with them,they asked for adding 4000 yens for four persons.🤦🙄🤦♂️,not recommended!!!
