Shiobetsu Tsurutsuru Onsen in Kitami

Lovely stay with exceptional service. In winter make sure you park in the sun so the melts off your car.

You can drop off bags undercover near reception and park. No outside shoes in the building.

There are springs for hotel guests only, but day spa visitors leave at a reasonable time.

Room was bit, clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed the service.

Food was pretty good, and I was very charmed by the hospitality of the staff.

I enjoyed the outdoor spring more than the indoor spring.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room (Suzukaze) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were top class, especially the staff who explained each dish with so much interest. And the onsen was so good, we didn’t feel like leaving!

A great gem to find, the staffs are super helpful and the facilities are decent and looked after very well.

The dinner is also excellent and the chef took his time to walk us through each dishes.

As always, the food is good and the onsen is relaxing. I suggest you bring your own bath items, as their amenities aren't that good.

Also, i recommend the onsen+meal set. You get more than your money's worth for 1000 yen.

Spacious room for a family of 3 Onsen is big. Dinner and breakfast were also good. My stomach was full.

Lovely place. Ryokan with excellent greenhouse utilizing hot spring water from the resort to warm the greenhouse. They growing their own produces. Tomato is so sweet you won't believe.
