Location is 20min walk from downtown, has free shuttle bus until 10.30am to the main station but need to walk back.
Onson is small and somewhat enclosed so can not appreciate outside nature but ok.
The hotel does not have a complementary late check out and does not allow use of its facilities after check out which is annoying when you have a late flight back. The hotel management should change its policy in this regard in line with other international hotels.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Obihiro is a little inconvenient rural town. You need some cash before you get here as there are no foreign currency exchange place in this town.
Overall it was a ok 2 night stay but not memorable enough to come back.
It’s Garden is full of beautiful autumn colours and pretty.
Clean room, great breakfast service and must-try moor onsen.
