The window in the room only opens a tiny crack, and the smoking room reeked of smoke, which hadn't been properly aired out beforehand. I won't be coming back; definitely a place to avoid. The only real upside here is the breakfast with a view, and the breakfast itself was decent. If breakfast isn't included, there's no reason to choose this hotel. The room was tiny, and the window only opened a 1cm gap, making ventilation impossible.

The room was really small and the hotel itself was quite old. There's a hot spring bathhouse on the basement level, which is convenient for showering, and toiletries can be picked up for free in the lobby, which is well-stocked. There's a self-service laundry room on the ground floor; washing and drying are separate, and the dryer isn't very efficient, so plan your laundry time accordingly. The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful view, and the breakfast is very rich with daily rotating dishes – they put a lot of effort into it. The location is great, not far from Asahikawa Station, and dining is very convenient with many restaurants to choose from.

1 night in Asahikawa, this hotel easily to get there but you have to park opposite side of hotel if hotel not free( I guess or maybe if you stay more than 1 night might be can park at the hotel area) big hotel. Room is okay, there is a window but cannot open. Heater not easy to open. Overall is okay. There is onsen inside hotel.

The room was incredibly small, uncomfortably so. The Ctrip interface stated that breakfast was free for children aged six and under, but upon check-in, the staff tried to charge us 900 yen for our six-year-old's breakfast. We had to argue with them to get it waived. This wasn't a great experience. Additionally, the room didn't have bottled water, and when we asked the front desk, they first asked for our room number and then told us there was direct drinking water in the room... Overall, it was a very poor experience. Aside from the breakfast, which was a bit pricey, it was actually quite good.

The hotel room was really old and the bed was very thin. It was just okay for an overnight stay. The two single beds couldn't be pushed together. The hotel has central air conditioning, but they also provided a small fan, which was quite thoughtful. The only thing worth five stars was the breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic!

It's about a 500-600m walk from JR Asahikawa Station, which isn't far, and the surrounding facilities are convenient. However, dragging luggage through the snow was truly a killer! Since I was staying alone, the room size was perfectly adequate. On the first floor, you can pick up lotions, hair care products, and more. There's also a natural hot spring bath, but due to personal reasons, I wasn't able to use it.

Wonderful breakfast! Wonderful view from the cafe! Room had bathtub which was great! Onsen on the basement floor was also great. Only setback was the lift which was extremely busy near check out time!

Our Japanese-style room with a private onsen was fantastic — spacious, relaxing, and much nicer than the aging, less-clean-looking public onsen in the hotel. The location is very convenient, with the bus terminal and JR station within easy walking distance. We also loved the thoughtful amenities. Overall, a great stay and excellent value.
