Business hotels in Sapporo

Spacious compare with other city hotels. Staff are helpful and pleasant. A convenience store is nearby and no restaurants are around. However, short walk to Susukino where lot of eateries.

It's not bad if you're traveling solo and just need a place to sleep, though the transportation is a bit inconvenient. However, considering you can walk to Sapporo Station in about 30 minutes, it's not too bad. There's also a park nearby, which is great for walks.

Clean and great customer service.

The hotel is great! The front desk service was excellent. They were very enthusiastic about helping guests solve problems and were always polite. They'd greet everyone they met with a "Good morning," which made for a really pleasant experience.

It's a short walk from Nakajima Park. Just be careful during the snow season. It's very close to Exit 3 of the station, and the park is beautiful. The hotel service was excellent. They provided microwaves, iced drinks.

The hotel is about a 5-7 minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station Exit 3. If there's snow and you have a lot of luggage, it might take a bit longer. The hotel seems to have been renovated. The standard business room is small, as expected for a Japanese hotel, but it's very comfortable. There was no room cleaning during my stay, but fresh towels were provided daily. The lighting in the room is a bit dim...

The staff provided quite good service.

The location is close to Hokkaido University, a bit out of the way. You can walk to Sapporo Station, but there's no underground shopping street nearby. One male staff member, after realizing we didn't speak Japanese, became very rude and inexplicably lost his temper with us. The room was also very small and had no heating.

This place is near Kita-Juni-Jo Station. It's a bit of a walk from Hakodate Station, but if the weather's bad, you can just take the subway. The staff are very polite and friendly. For the price, getting breakfast included is an amazing deal! They don't clean the room every day, but they do empty the trash and change towels (just leave them by the door). Convenient location and walking distance to Sapporo JR station. Staff spoke limited english but were genuinely sweet and friendly. Will book again.

It was very comfortable, the room was warm, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious too:)

Aside from one unfriendly receptionist, the stay was quite comfortable. The young male staff at the front desk were very friendly, and the female staff at the restaurant were also very welcoming. The eggs at breakfast were delicious! The location is a bit remote and inconvenient.
