I stayed here for a concert. It was conveniently located near the venue, and there was a large public bath so I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel service was very satisfactory, just like other APA hotels. The only drawback is access. I took the free shuttle bus from Susukino to get there. I took the local bus back, but it was very crowded. It would be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. I recommend taking a taxi.

I've stayed at Toyoko Inn in Tokyo before, and this one in Hokkaido is also great. It's right near the attractions, surrounded by many large shopping malls, and not far from the TV Tower.

Nice location, room very clean

The location is superb! There's an airport shuttle right outside, Odori Park is nearby, and downstairs there are tons of restaurants that make the evenings lively. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores around, making it very easy to pick up anything you need.

A standard Toyoko Inn Hotel - nothing to complain. The breakfast area is really crowded in the morning and could be larger, but you get everything also some croissants as a longnose westener. The airport busstop is 20m away.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's just a 20-step walk from the airport bus stop right to the entrance. Although the room is small, it has everything you need.

Although it’s about a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station, it is quite a distance from Odori and other main areas. If you plan to go to Susukino frequently, I recommend booking a hotel somewhere in between. The room had a window, but it could not be opened. The double room was rather small, so if you have a lot of luggage, I suggest choosing a larger room. There were three convenience stores nearby...

Have stayed many times at Keio Shinjuku and always enjoyed the location, service, and room sizes. Stayed at the Sapporo one for the first time and similarly impressed. Great location, parking is convenient for guests, and because of an unfixable electronic error in our room, they moved us to a nicer room and it was great. Overall would stay again and prices were great for the quality and service.

I wanted to stay somewhere near the Sapporo Station because I planned to join the day-tour to Biei and I also needed to take the train to Otaru, so the location of the hotel was pretty good although there were a few more hotels that were a bit closer to the Sapporo Station. It is located near Susukino, so it is easily accessible and offers good value for money. The only downside is that there is no smoking room in the hotel, so you have to walk quite a bit.

Booked a 2nd room for 3pax. Location is near the subway. Just that there isn't any sheltered walkway. The hotel looks old but room small for 3pax. The breakfast was great with amazing view of the city. Basic amenities provided. No free hotspring. Housekeeping is not available everyday.

Emisia is kind of a mystery, it feels like a huge powerful luxury hotel, indeed a skyscraper, right next to Shin Sapporo station. The rates can be very high compared to other hotels right in downtown, and the staff is a toss-up between Extremely Professional and just...weird. I went back to pick up some packages, and the desk girl wrote down my name and disappeared into the back area, and never came...

It's a nice hotel located very near to the shin sapporo station. Lots of shopping, eateries and amenities around the hotel. I was impressed that they offered you onsen vouchers for use daily depending on how many nights you stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful even though most only can speak simple english. Rooms are a bit out dated but very spacious already for japanese hotel rooms.

The hotel is very nice and most convenience to connect with JR sapporo station. You can take train and get through the hotel most convenience and walk by underground walkway. The hotel is most comfort with the best amenity provided.

Made another seperate booking without breakfast due to the reason that we will be leaving earlier and breakfast will open at 6:30 the morning . The good side is that we request someone to help us with our luggages to bring it down to the lobby for check out and they sent someone right away . I would definetly recommend this hotel even though proximity to heart of shoping is not that close to the hotel...

Great location — it's right in the city center and very close to Sapporo Station, with an underground walkway that connects directly to the station, which was super convenient, especially in bad weather. The room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable and easy to use. Overall, a very convenient place to stay if you're visiting Sapporo.

Conveniently located about 50m away from Susukino station exit 4, and easily can walk to Odori Park and Sapporo station via a long and wide“Sapporo Ekimae-dori underground walkway” and skip taking the train. Takes about 20min from Susukino to Sapporo station. I love that walkway, it was sheltered, not stuffy, along the way there are many restrooms, exits to stations/ malls/ bus stops, food, seats etc...

Extremely old, not really liked the place, but the staffs are okay.

At the begging the front desk was super helpful and we're not queue to do the check in. It was a room for 4 people and they only gave us 1 key, was very problematic to manage that situation. The bed and amenities were good enough but the carpet was hideous. The location is very comfortable and you can walk anywhere in the downtown.

There are two buildings in apa hotel sapporo, the older looking building had super dirty and rundown rooms. Make a request to get the new rooms.

Right next Sapporo Station you can not ask for better in terms of location. Rooms were clean. Staff are friendly. There even Korean speaking staff. One thing I did not appreciate about the hotel is the fact that you are charged for the Big Bath. Why not include that in the hotel bill!

Proximity to Sapporo station is the main consideration why I booked this hotel because it’s my first time in Sapporo. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is very well put together: rooms clean with impressive amenities, breakfast buffet is excellent. Stayed in the twin room with breakfast for two nights. The breakfast was the highlight. Western buffet provided a wide delectable selection of food while the Japanese set breakfast was exquisite.

Spacious room with a fantastic breakfast, within walking distance to the MRT station, and the staff are very nice. However, they don’t offer laundry service, and the air conditioning isn’t strong enough to handle the summer heat.

Rooms are huge and spacious for my family of 4. The location is quite near Subway station. You may even have a distance walking to Susukino. Will definitely book the hotel if I visit Sapporo again.

One thing that surprised me, though, was a total lack of laundry machines... it's the only hotel in Japan from 20+ that I've stayed in that doesn't have coin laundry on site... this made it not very convenient... other than that, it was great!

I have been staying in this hotel a few times. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and polite. The room and amenities are clean. Also, there is a pillow corner where you can get extra pillows if you need. The location is so convenient, close to JR Sapporo station and Odori park. Overall, I was very happy staying there and will go back again

Located just a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station and around 10-15 minutes to the lively Susukino area, with Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower nearby. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with comfortable beds and a pillow selection on the second floor which also offers a public bath, laundromat, and lounge. The staff is friendly, and overall, it’s a great value for the price and stay.

Perfect location for the stay, is 10mins walking distance to Sapporo station and not too far from Odori park. JR accomodation does not disappointed at all. Room was clean and staffs were able to speak english. I will stay here again once i am in Sapporo again!

My room was on the 3rd floor. It was about 50 meters from a train bridge. You could hear any train that passes by (see the photo). To avoid the noise, there is sort of a "heavy door" to cover the window, thus you receive a room without windows. Secondly, the breakfast was the poorest I had in the last 3 weeks of travelling in Japan. So extreme basic.

I have asked if I can use my point to offset the late check out charge, and was told it was Ok to use 1000 points for an hour, when I checked out they said I need to pay 1000 yen and 1000 points, as I am in a rush so I pay, although most of the staff is  trainee, but I guess they should improve those command information. It cannot be wrong

Service was great, amenities were appreciated and the room was pretty spacious. However, the women’s onsen was a bit disappointing as it was always crowded, hence the cleanliness of the facility was also not up to our expectations.

Very good location with less than 5mins walking distance to many spots such as Sapporo Clock Tower, CTS airport bus stop and Sapporo Station. Smooth check-in process. Only the coin laundry, the dryer machine is a bit too small so we have to dry for 3 times for our 2 days clothes.

The hotel is a classic premier hotel, the facilities are old but clean. The room is spacious from Japanese point of view. There is shuttle bus service from CTS airport to the front of the hotel. But it is not near to subways or train stations. Airport shuttle bus stops right infront of hotel. Hotel was a bit far from downtown though free shuttle bus was provided.  No restaurants nor shops nearby, only Lawson is opposite the hotel. Good compliment with free draft beer is served till 7pm.
