5 star hotels in Sapporo

So comfy and hotel just so clean, as my requested they adjusted my room near by elevator.. of course i will stay here again if i come to Sapporo ☺️

Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance. This makes taking the JR to Otaru very easy.

The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.

The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.

The room was very clean, a bit small, but we could open and place both of our suitcases. It was fine for three people. The service was excellent. For breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options available, and we tried both – they were pretty good. Other than the small room, it's definitely Crowne Plaza standard.

This older hotel has really small rooms; with an extra bed, we couldn't even open our luggage. However, its location and service are excellent. Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. Kids under 12 stay for free. An extra bed costs 1000 JPY. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily. The location is superb; it's right across from Deoksu Palace and just one street away from Daimaru Department Store. Plus, free luggage storage is available. Definitely a strong recommendation!

Nice Location, very convenience  to tourist area and shopping.  Staff NO smile is the only draw back, smile often make customer feel staff is friendly.  Convenient parking.

Upon checking in, I upgraded from a standard twin room to a deluxe corner twin room for the first night directly at the front desk. The hotel is located on top of the JR towel, right next to the train station. Very convenient for taking snow bus from Rusutsu or Nesiko and JR train to and from the airport. Excellent location, accessible through the mall, so no need to drag luggage through the snow. The room was spacious with large corner windows offering expansive views. Toiletries and pajamas were provided, and the humidifier was a great bonus.

The location is super convenient, especially in heavy snow. When the roads are covered in slush, it's a huge relief that this hotel has direct access from JR, so you don't even have to go outside. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, and the view is great – the west-facing scenery is particularly beautiful.

Excellent stay in Sapporo with great service. The staff speak fluent English and were very helpful. The room was very clean and well arranged. For the location, you can walk through the hotel’s path to Nagajimakoen Station Exit 1—it’s not as far as Google Maps suggests, and there’s also an elevator nearby, which is super convenient. This hotel surrounding with greenery, I especially love it’s snow scenery in winter. Extremely beautiful!

The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station

Overall, it's pretty good. The path from the subway station to the lobby is beautiful, with cedar trees, lights, and music, creating a very romantic winter atmosphere. The Japanese breakfast at the hotel is also good, but there were too many Chinese tourists.

There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all.
