Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby
location a bit far from town , free parking lot , staff was good , hotel breakfast nice
The free parking was a huge plus! As expected from an APA hotel, the interior was very clean, and I really enjoyed the hot springs
This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. It is indeed a bit far from downtown, but there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is even a foodcourt in Aeon
I like this hotel, big room and Onsen is verry nice and have free parking!
Recommended, it is very good stay if you have car.

Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.
The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the generous portions of salmon – I really enjoyed it. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo
The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo
It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!
Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all

With the room key card, you can also get discounts at the hotel's partner restaurants! I really loved the window; the view was great!
Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very close to city center , making it very convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it
The location is excellent, with a subway station very close by and an underground passage that takes you directly to any city attraction, shopping center, or JR station, which is incredibly convenient

Except the location is a little bit far away from central downtown, everything is perfect for me,good service ,huge space for one pepole and the room is quite clean, will come next time if I back to Sapporo again.
Amazing breakfast with a great view. The microwave is downstairs next the reception. The spa(onsen) is not free, u need to pay ¥1300 but very clean and well looked after by the staffs so it is worth it for sure
The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (Personally, I find Shin-Sapporo Station even more convenient than Sapporo Station – fewer people, quicker to get in
In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in
We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather
B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly. If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended

The location is excellent; you can reach the hotel from Sapporo Station entirely through an underground passage. The Japanese breakfast was good. However, we stayed for two nights, and the hotel didn't empty our trash
Room is tiny (but is expected in Japan). Just above a train station so it's very accessible and because it's one of the major hotel in Sapporo, most tour buses make a stop there. 24hr Lawson is just across the street
Excellent hotel with underground connections to the Sapporo station. Rooms are quiet from the traffic perspective but you can heavy footed guests wich is a bit let down if you are a light sleeper
A special shout-out to the apple pie for dessert – it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for taking such good care of us during our stay. We hope to visit again someday!
Even the bathroom facilities, like the drainage and ventilation, were modern and completely odor-free. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, showcasing traditional Japanese hospitality at every turn
We were incredibly lucky to be assigned a large Hollywood Twin room in the East Wing – a spacious 40 square meters, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases and two snowboards with plenty of room to spare

The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, with most ingredients sourced from Japan and Hokkaido. I especially appreciated the unique option of sparkling wine in the morning
However, those packages need to be booked in advance, which isn't suitable for a traveler like me who needs flexibility. One thing to note is that the duvet didn't have a cover, it was just a sheet over the duvet
The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making access easy. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more comfortable
It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan)
I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the premium floor, adding a joyful touch to my last night in Sapporo
The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect

Nice Location, very convenience to tourist area and shopping. Staff NO smile is the only draw back, smile often make customer feel staff is friendly. Convenient parking.
I vividly recall our check-in experience: we were supposed to check in at 12:00 PM, but due to a massive snowstorm, we were stranded at the airport right after landing and couldn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM
However, the hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. It's also super convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the subway. There's a duty-free shop right downstairs from the hotel, which was very handy
Other than that, the location and transportation are quite convenient, and there are restaurants within walking distance. However, if it's snowing, don't even try to walk – just call a taxi
The sidewalks around here are perpetually covered in snow and ice, making it impossible to wheel a suitcase
The room was very clean, a bit small, but we could open and place both of our suitcases. For breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options available, and we tried both – they were pretty good

Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding
Best location ever. It is connected directly to the JR station and no need to carry luggage and walk outside. The room is tidy and comfortable. Worthy the price.
The room is quite small but has everything you need, and the cleanliness is good. I really enjoyed the breakfast ambiance, especially sitting by the window watching the snow fall outside—it was incredibly therapeutic
The facilities here are excellent and well-maintained. The spotless environment made me feel incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. The overall experience was perfect, with every detail just right
This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the JR station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the service is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone
Hotel directly opposite Sapporo station, very convenient, that's a link from the hotel basement to the train station underground, no worries if it's snowing. Check in was smooth, front desk staff are friendly

The bed and amenities were good enough but the carpet was hideous. The location is very comfortable and you can walk anywhere in the downtown
I used the spa(public hot bath, and also open air public bath), and i really like the temperatures, vibes and facilities inside
Room was also very clean and tidy
I love this place, tried the breakfast on the last day of my stay. Foods variety was good enough
APA is very reasonably organized and well managed , providing all the necessities to travellers. I booked a bigger room and as usual it is clean and thoughtfully designed. It's a bright room with enough lights
There's a spa/onsen and I enjoyed it. I love the beddings, they made me sleep like a baby!
Location is good, walking to

A nice standard route inn with everything they usually include in their facilities. My non-smoking room did not have any trace smells and included a skin care pack for your face. Recommended for a stay in Sapporo.
I think this is my best hotel because located near all public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. All the reception staff , housekeepers were very lovely
Every time I come here, I am very happy
Unlike other budget hotels, this one offers daily cleaning. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was delicious, and eating while gazing at Sapporo blanketed in snow outside the window was incredibly romantic
The location is absolutely excellent. From Sapporo JR Station, you'll need to head towards the West Exit due to ongoing exterior maintenance, though the signs might point to the North Exit/Hokkaido University direction
The front desk staff are generally very friendly and helpful; they'll do their best to resolve any issues if you communicate clearly. I particularly liked one chubby, adorable female staff member at the front desk

The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino
The room was spacious, perfect for a few friends to chat. The cleanliness and environment were both good, and it was convenient to explore the surrounding area for food and shopping
Great~ few mins walk to subway, room is large enough to put two big luggages. Hotel has auto parking.
The room is relatively spacious, and there's a Lawson convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. The hotel's shuttle bus goes directly to JR North Exit, which is a great bonus. Overall, it's really good!
This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. I dropped off my luggage around 8 AM and was able to check in early when I returned after 12 PM
However, it seems the decor is a bit dated, as the bathroom fixtures felt like they were from the last century. On the plus side, the hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station!

The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet
After watching Ken Takakura's movies, where Hokkaido was mentioned many times, I finally fulfilled my dream in 2026
What a beautiful region, a beautiful city, and a beautiful hotel – Sapporo Odori Park View Hotel! I was happy to find a smoking area in the hotel lobby. In the evening, while I was smoking, I met an American ice sculptor
relatively good location, about ~10 min walk from odori station. very nice that there’s free lounge from 3-9pm, with free snacks and drinks
Close to quite a number of attractions in Sapporo. Plus point: lobby has 2 cute robots waddling around
I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they decorated our room accordingly. They even gave us some Shiroi Koibito chocolates! Their email responses were very prompt, which was great

I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other
It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine
This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm
They had rice sets, desserts, and drinks, all of which could be exchanged and tasted good. The room was spacious and worth the price. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo
Great location, just beside JR Sapporo station with lots of underground shops and connected to malls. 2 subway lines here as well. Staffs are very courteous and greet everyone. Perfect service and location.
Although it was a bit pricey, coming back to a comfortable room after a day of sightseeing was definitely worth it. The hotel is also quite close to Sapporo JR Station, about a 6-7 minute walk

The location is fantastic, and it's very clean. The breakfast was delicious, a pure Japanese style. The onsen (hot spring bath) was also very clean and I really enjoyed it
Great value in a good location! My only complaint is that there's not enough washing machines for everyone. The lone machine in the ladies' bath was always occupied
Comfy hotel but not much of a view if you're on the wrong side. Breakfast was hearty and added good value to the overall cost of staying here
Location is awesome and having its own car park albeit having to pay ¥1500 was a huge plus. Water pressure in the bathroom was awesome
The location is a bit of walk if you’re using the airport bus from the stop (about 8-10 mins) but it was close to the Susukino main area so it was convenient. Overall good value for money stay
The hotel rooms were old but mostly clean. It had a public bath facility too. The breakfast was pretty good, it was mainly Japanese-Western breakfast

Even though the decor is a bit old-fashioned, the room was spacious, and so was the bathroom – both very clean. The service was excellent, and the hotel breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options
These details make even the chilliest day feel exceptionally warm. **Unique Experiences**: Some hotels also incorporate their unique features, offering snow-view rooms, hot springs in the snow, and other amenities
Lawson opposite is an added convenience. Rooms may be aged but I love the spaciousness of the connected rooms and the access to the Level 10 lounge (with alcohol from 4 to 7pm for those interested)
They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo
**Thoughtful Service**: Many hotels also offer heartwarming services to enhance the experience, such as a complimentary cup of hot ginger tea to ward off the cold or reminders for guests to dress warmly
The location may not be close to train station but the buses outside hotels bring us to Sapporo station easily. Walking distance to Nijo market and Odori but not so easy in the winter snow

This hotel is in a great location. The convenience store was just at opposite of the road. The staffs were friendly and the room was clean. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall
However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once
Very clean
Public bathroom is great
Struggle to deposit my luggage, I have to use locker at second floor, must be lift up my 25 kg luggage to second stall of locker
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights
We even found a university supermarket next to the campus cafeteria with delightful prices for souvenirs and food, where I snagged some limited-edition Sapporo Agricultural College egg tarts! The hotel's surroundings offer excellent transportation links; it's less than a ten-minute walk to the JR station's North Exit and Daimaru Department Store

There's a shuttle bus right outside to the outlet mall, and another bus to the airport. The tram loop is at the intersection, and you can cross the street to an underground shopping area with direct access to the subway
It has a bit noise but the location is very close to JR and all the shopping area. The walls are thin, you can hear the other room door open sound for all night, as well as snoring from the next room.
The hotel has a traditional style and offers a reasonable price, plus free breakfast, which is a nice bonus. The staff are polite, and although the room is quite small, it has everything you need
Perfect location—super convenient! It’s only a 1–3 minute walk to Susukino and Hosui‑Susukino subway stations, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, the airport bus stop, and the bus to Sapporo Station

Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins)
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is 1 convenience shop just beside it. The room is consider spaces in Japan. The toiletries can take from the lobby which is quite convenience. The hotel staff is friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can find many places to eat nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Sapporo
Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha. Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here

For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Japanese options. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring), and you can check the crowdedness level on the TV, which was usually not busy
During peak evening hours, it was often impossible to get a machine, so you need to plan your laundry time carefully
Initially, I booked for two nights, but then extended for an additional night. The breakfast was plentiful, especially for us as we mainly focused on eggs, vegetables, fruits, and coffee

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location is unbeatable – super close to Sapporo JR Station, which made it incredibly convenient for meeting up with day tours, heading to the airport, or taking the JR to Otaru
Good location.
Bathroom is small.
TV has Youtube.
Elevators are always overloaded during checkout time. We've been waiting for 5 rounds still no chance to get in then given up and use staircase instead.
Although they stated cleaning would be done every three to four days, the staff actually came daily to empty the trash, make the bed, and replenish toiletries, which was incredibly convenient
When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total
This hotel room offers a clean and suitable environment for one person. Located near Sapporo Station, it provides easy access to New Chitose Airport and the subway system
Plus, there were complimentary mini packets of hand cream in the lobby, which was a lifesaver for hands that get chapped and dry in the cold weather
