When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total. It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable.

All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. Parking is just 1 block away. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Card key for each floor. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am . Vending machines and microwaves and eating area available. Amenities are provided. Safe and easy to find. Lockers are under the bed.

Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking.
