It's not bad if you're traveling solo and just need a place to sleep, though the transportation is a bit inconvenient. However, considering you can walk to Sapporo Station in about 30 minutes, it's not too bad. There's also a park nearby, which is great for walks.

It was incredibly convenient having convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and we really appreciated that cooking utensils were already provided in the room, so we didn't have to bother the front desk. Due to its size, it has air conditioning even in the summer, and I visit it every year as a group. There are many unique items inside the building, which is great for anime and special effects fans.
