It has a bit noise but the location is very close to JR and all the shopping area. The walls are thin, you can hear the other room door open sound for all night, as well as snoring from the next room.
Perfect location—super convenient! It’s only a 1–3 minute walk to Susukino and Hosui‑Susukino subway stations, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, the airport bus stop, and the bus to Sapporo Station.
The hotel has a traditional style and offers a reasonable price, plus free breakfast, which is a nice bonus. The staff are polite, and although the room is quite small, it has everything you need. The outside...
The location for the stay was perfect, very convenient. Breakfast included as the photo attached below for the stay and it was really yummy. Very worth for money to stay in Sapporo.
The hotel has a very nice view and is located right in the middle of Sapporo city Center. The breakfast provided is good too!
Fantastic location. Rooms size is good. Lockers available. Parking also at the hotel. Overall everything is good. Check in is at 3pm. Paid laundry also avaliable
Check in process need to improve. To be smooth and fast. Everything just perfect

Very clean, Toyoko Inn is the king of value for money.
This hotel room offers a clean and suitable environment for one person. Located near Sapporo Station, it provides easy access to New Chitose Airport and the subway system. Convenience stores are also nearby, adding to the convenience of the stay. Breakfast is delicious and ample, making for a great start to each day.
When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total. I went to the North Exit before and walked for ages!!! P2 and P3 show the hotel's breakfast, which is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
comfortable and clean, bed was nice. I slept very well for 3 nights. Breakfast was also great
They practice eco cleaning but change the towels daily. They don't serve muslim friendly breakfast but the staff were so helpful when I asked about the ingredients. There is a coffee machine available until 12 am. Water and ice dispenser are also available. I like that their washing machine and dryer are available 24hrs for a small fee.
I especially like the location of the hotel which is close to...
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location is unbeatable – super close to Sapporo JR Station, which made it incredibly convenient for meeting up with day tours, heading to the airport, or taking the JR to Otaru. Walking to Odori Park wasn't far either.
Secondly, the service was excellent. Although they stated cleaning would be done every three to four days, the staff actually came...

This is my second year staying at this hotel in Sapporo, and the main reason I chose it again is its convenient location, which works perfectly for my personal travel needs. Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly adequate for one person, and it's nice and warm, which is great for someone like me who tends to feel the cold. I want to specifically highlight the service I received during this...
It was a decent room, small but comfortable beds. Good location in susukino, and yet quiet enough to have a good sleep.
The breakfast was very poor, just boiled eggs and some cold and hard toasts and pastries. You can have something better for the same price in any cafe around.
The staff was not the most friendly either, the first guy I met when I arrived was very helpful and lovely but the ladies...
Although it's only 600 meters from Sapporo Station, the paths were covered in ice shards, making it very difficult to pull luggage, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere. The single room was tiny; it was hard to move around with two suitcases open. The most frustrating part was that the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Breakfast only consisted of bread and soup curry, which I wouldn't recommend buying...
If you enjoy walking, this location is absolutely fantastic! Most nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance, and it was great that the bus stop and Sapporo Station were also close by.
However, it was a shame that the front desk service varied significantly depending on the staff member. Some were very polite, while others provided only minimal service without even making eye contact....
The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus. If I ever come back to Sapporo, I'd definitely stay here again.
The room was a bit small, but well-maintained and clean. However, the location was super convenient, very close to Sapporo Station. It's only a 3-minute walk from the subway exit, making it perfect for solo travelers or those taking the JR to other destinations.

Not far from Sapporo Station. The breakfast was good, and they provided plastic box to take food back to your room.
Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.
The staff cant speak english at all. Check in and check out with passport and so easy, the location near from the Sapporo station. The room was tiny but spacious. Maybe i’ll come back for the next journey at Sapporo👍
It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable.
The staff were polite and efficient from check-in to check-out, and requests were handled promptly.
The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station and directly opposite Hokkaido University, making it super convenient for transportation and exploring the area.

Comfortable, clean. Shower only on B1 level, with the sauna and onsen. No issue at all. Would love to come back next time I visit Sapporo. High recommended!

Comfortable and immacutalety clean

All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. Parking is just 1 block away. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Card key for each floor. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am . Vending machines and microwaves and eating area available. Amenities are provided. Safe and easy to find. Lockers are under the bed.

Pros:
1. Located next to Hokkaido University in a safe residential area, making it ideal for those visiting the university.
2. Close to the subway, only a 12-minute ride to the city center.
3. Rooms come with a private washing machine and dryer.
4. Reliable and well-organized due to its Japanese management system.
5. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs.
Cons:
1. Far from the main tourist...
The room is clean and full of necessary facilities.
Very Nice Hotel, Clean and Good
Station, Convenience store close to Hotel
Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking. So sleeps were not that comfortable. The size of the room overall is much bigger for sure. Didn't use much of other hotel facilities
The room was very spacious, equipped with a sofa, washing machine, dryer, and a sink. The service was also excellent. However, the heating wasn't very strong, which might be due to the room's large size.
Since the accommodation was for students taking exams, I thought it would have been nice to have a study room.

It's not bad if you're traveling solo and just need a place to sleep, though the transportation is a bit inconvenient. However, considering you can walk to Sapporo Station in about 30 minutes, it's not too bad. There's also a park nearby, which is great for walks.

This is a business hotel. The guest room facilities seemed old, but the walls were not torn and it was well cleaned.
There is no power outlet next to the pillow, so it is best to bring an extension cord if possible.
There is a free breakfast, and the bread was delicious. There is a machine that dispenses juice and soup, and it is self-service.
Check-in and check-out are done by machine.
I think it...

I stayed here for a concert at Sapporo Dome.
The location was perfect, just off the underground passage.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, starting on September 1st, because it was the closest to the Kanamoto Hall for a concert. I took the limousine bus from the airport and was dropped off on a main street, but I couldn't find the building the hotel was in and had a lot of trouble finding it.

It's a bit of a walk from Sapporo Station, but it's conveniently located right after exiting the underground passage.

There was one washing machine (300 yen) and one dryer (100 yen for 30 minutes) so you could do your laundry.

Super friendly staffs, excellent service. Short walk to everything, lots of good restaurants. Highly recommended.
Given the hotel's location in downtown Susukino, free parking is a great plus. The room, bathroom, and restroom were all clean, spacious, and immaculately tidy. This was my first time staying here because it was cheap, but it was clean enough for a room only stay and I felt safe staying there.
Also, the drinks in the vending machines were cheap, which was nice.
Although it's close to Exit 21 of the underground passage, there's no elevator; it's recommended to use Exit 24, which has an elevator. The hotel is located in a small alley next to the ANA Crown Hotel. The bed was a bit firm.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A complimentary breakfast is included with the stay; while the selection is limited, everything is delicious. For those driving, there is a private parking lot nearby, but please note that it's open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It was during the week when Sapporo had the snow festival. Relatively convenient with convenience stores and aeon my basket, dinner bell nearby. Times car rental was also very close.
Had to get a smoking room as not many rooms were available due to the high season. Didn't expect a coffee machine and microwave being available to use. That was nice.
The bathroom was tiny, the smallest I've ever seen in a Japanese hotel, but for the very low price, I can't complain. The location is excellent, with plenty of convenience stores nearby and the subway station just a few hundred meters away.
Clean, affordable hotel. Delicious pastries and juice for breakfast. If they added cheese, ham, or eggs, breakfast would be more substantial, but for the price, it's perfectly fine as is. Responsive staff. We forgot our watch, and they returned it to us.
The hotel is very clean and nicely located around
the train station and bus station..calm and cosy,
lobby is good and professional staff. I feel very
welcome and check in check out was smooth.
Amenities great with daily change.

It's Ok. I picked the hotel thinking there was a sauna or onsen but there is a private sauna only which is at extra cost. Bedroom and bed are ok, breakfast is good but a tiny slice of bacon with the pancakes is not right.
Nice hotel & spacious for 4 pax and near to subway station.

The room was so fitting and it really felt like Hokkaido and on top of all that it’s so close to the station. Overall great experience, would recommend and for sure coming again in the future!
The location was great, and it was larger and more comfortable than I expected.
On the downside, the shower room was a little small, about the size of a telephone booth, but I'd definitely stay here again.
Very handy facility and practical location.
The facility is very well equipped. They have everything we needed. A bit far from the center but very near to the station.
But as it’s located alongside of the railway, it’s quite noisy and you can’t open windows as people pass by in a meter away.
A bit complicated to check in and out, that was not the best thing about this place.
Nice place, with free parking onsite. It's under the JR line, but we are barely heard the noise from the trains. Our family very much enjoyed the entertainment area.
Not a bad stay for a family of 4 with vehicle. Guess the property aged, some item was spoil, like kettle, bed divider etc. during checkin, abit dusty, but overall still not bad.
Cute & Cosy
