It has a bit noise but the location is very close to JR and all the shopping area. The walls are thin, you can hear the other room door open sound for all night, as well as snoring from the next room.
Perfect location—super convenient! It’s only a 1–3 minute walk to Susukino and Hosui‑Susukino subway stations, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, the airport bus stop, and the bus to Sapporo Station. The hotel has a traditional style and offers a reasonable price, plus free breakfast, which is a nice bonus. The staff are polite, and although the room is quite small, it has everything you need. The outside...
The location for the stay was perfect, very convenient. Breakfast included as the photo attached below for the stay and it was really yummy. Very worth for money to stay in Sapporo.
The hotel has a very nice view and is located right in the middle of Sapporo city Center. The breakfast provided is good too!
Fantastic location. Rooms size is good. Lockers available. Parking also at the hotel. Overall everything is good. Check in is at 3pm. Paid laundry also avaliable
Check in process need to improve. To be smooth and fast. Everything just perfect

Very clean, Toyoko Inn is the king of value for money.
This hotel room offers a clean and suitable environment for one person. Located near Sapporo Station, it provides easy access to New Chitose Airport and the subway system. Convenience stores are also nearby, adding to the convenience of the stay. Breakfast is delicious and ample, making for a great start to each day.
When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total. I went to the North Exit before and walked for ages!!! P2 and P3 show the hotel's breakfast, which is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
comfortable and clean, bed was nice. I slept very well for 3 nights. Breakfast was also great
They practice eco cleaning but change the towels daily. They don't serve muslim friendly breakfast but the staff were so helpful when I asked about the ingredients. There is a coffee machine available until 12 am. Water and ice dispenser are also available. I like that their washing machine and dryer are available 24hrs for a small fee. I especially like the location of the hotel which is close to...
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location is unbeatable – super close to Sapporo JR Station, which made it incredibly convenient for meeting up with day tours, heading to the airport, or taking the JR to Otaru. Walking to Odori Park wasn't far either. Secondly, the service was excellent. Although they stated cleaning would be done every three to four days, the staff actually came...

This is my second year staying at this hotel in Sapporo, and the main reason I chose it again is its convenient location, which works perfectly for my personal travel needs. Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly adequate for one person, and it's nice and warm, which is great for someone like me who tends to feel the cold. I want to specifically highlight the service I received during this...
It was a decent room, small but comfortable beds. Good location in susukino, and yet quiet enough to have a good sleep. The breakfast was very poor, just boiled eggs and some cold and hard toasts and pastries. You can have something better for the same price in any cafe around. The staff was not the most friendly either, the first guy I met when I arrived was very helpful and lovely but the ladies...
Although it's only 600 meters from Sapporo Station, the paths were covered in ice shards, making it very difficult to pull luggage, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere. The single room was tiny; it was hard to move around with two suitcases open. The most frustrating part was that the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Breakfast only consisted of bread and soup curry, which I wouldn't recommend buying...
If you enjoy walking, this location is absolutely fantastic! Most nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance, and it was great that the bus stop and Sapporo Station were also close by. However, it was a shame that the front desk service varied significantly depending on the staff member. Some were very polite, while others provided only minimal service without even making eye contact....
The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus. If I ever come back to Sapporo, I'd definitely stay here again.
The room was a bit small, but well-maintained and clean. However, the location was super convenient, very close to Sapporo Station. It's only a 3-minute walk from the subway exit, making it perfect for solo travelers or those taking the JR to other destinations.

Comfortable, clean. Shower only on B1 level, with the sauna and onsen. No issue at all. Would love to come back next time I visit Sapporo. High recommended!
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was, quite frankly, the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. Comfortable and immacutalety clean
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. Parking is just 1 block away. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Card key for each floor. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am . Vending machines and microwaves and eating area available. Amenities are provided. Safe and easy to find. Lockers are under the bed.
Fantastic location in Hokkaido near absolutely everything . Onsen is extremely good and rates are an excellent deal for solo travelers . Highly recommended for short stay . Staff is very nice and very pleasant stay. I will return:

Not far from Sapporo Station. The breakfast was good, and they provided plastic box to take food back to your room.
Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.
The staff cant speak english at all. Check in and check out with passport and so easy, the location near from the Sapporo station. The room was tiny but spacious. Maybe i’ll come back for the next journey at Sapporo👍
It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable.
The staff were polite and efficient from check-in to check-out, and requests were handled promptly.
The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station and directly opposite Hokkaido University, making it super convenient for transportation and exploring the area.

This is a business hotel. The guest room facilities seemed old, but the walls were not torn and it was well cleaned. There is no power outlet next to the pillow, so it is best to bring an extension cord if possible. There is a free breakfast, and the bread was delicious. This was a truly wonderful stay! The location was great, and there was parking, so I highly recommend it!
Super friendly staffs, excellent service. Short walk to everything, lots of good restaurants. Highly recommended.
Given the hotel's location in downtown Susukino, free parking is a great plus. The room, bathroom, and restroom were all clean, spacious, and immaculately tidy. 1. Affordable Price & High Value: Prices are relatively low compared to similar hotels in Japan, especially advantageous in major cities or near train stations. 2. Clean and Standardized Rooms: Although not large, rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities (bed, desk...
This was my first time staying here because it was cheap, but it was clean enough for a room only stay and I felt safe staying there. Also, the drinks in the vending machines were cheap, which was nice.
Although it's close to Exit 21 of the underground passage, there's no elevator; it's recommended to use Exit 24, which has an elevator. The hotel is located in a small alley next to the ANA Crown Hotel. The bed was a bit firm.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A complimentary breakfast is included with the stay; while the selection is limited, everything is delicious. For those driving, there is a private parking lot nearby, but please note that it's open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It was during the week when Sapporo had the snow festival. Relatively convenient with convenience stores and aeon my basket, dinner bell nearby. Times car rental was also very close. Had to get a smoking room as not many rooms were available due to the high season. Didn't expect a coffee machine and microwave being available to use. That was nice.
The bathroom was tiny, the smallest I've ever seen in a Japanese hotel, but for the very low price, I can't complain. The location is excellent, with plenty of convenience stores nearby and the subway station just a few hundred meters away.
Clean, affordable hotel. Delicious pastries and juice for breakfast. If they added cheese, ham, or eggs, breakfast would be more substantial, but for the price, it's perfectly fine as is. Responsive staff. We forgot our watch, and they returned it to us.
The hotel is very clean and nicely located around the train station and bus station..calm and cosy, lobby is good and professional staff. I feel very welcome and check in check out was smooth. Amenities great with daily change.
The room had a strange smell, but the service was okay, and the location was good with a convenience store nearby.

Very Nice Hotel, Clean and Good Station, Convenience store close to Hotel
Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking. So sleeps were not that comfortable. The size of the room overall is much bigger for sure. Didn't use much of other hotel facilities
The room was very spacious, equipped with a sofa, washing machine, dryer, and a sink. The service was also excellent. However, the heating wasn't very strong, which might be due to the room's large size.
Since the accommodation was for students taking exams, I thought it would have been nice to have a study room.

The hotel located in the centre of the main street. Very convenient!
Overall it was okay, but there were long hairs in the corners. And it felt like there was sand under the duvet? Generally, everyone was pretty quiet, but the room next door had two Japanese people who were very loud. I'm not sure if that's allowed by the accommodation rules, but I hope next time they don't put two people in one room. Also, there was a male staff member who entered the women-only room...

It's Ok. I picked the hotel thinking there was a sauna or onsen but there is a private sauna only which is at extra cost. Bedroom and bed are ok, breakfast is good but a tiny slice of bacon with the pancakes is not right.
Nice hotel & spacious for 4 pax and near to subway station.
The room was pretty spacious (enough to open 2 large luggages) and very clean! Place was also near amenities like family mart and the subway station! They also had their own in house coin washing machine a dryer. Will definitely book with them again if I’m heading back to Sapporo.
The atmosphere was stylish and the staff were very polite. The room was very clean and I was happy that the shower and toilet were separate. It was connected to a cafe, so I could relax there until 8pm and spend a blissful time. Highly recommended for solo travelers. I would like to use it again.

Due to its size, it has air conditioning even in the summer, and I visit it every year as a group. There are many unique items inside the building, which is great for anime and special effects fans. There is a public bath nearby that is open until late, so it is convenient for groups. Since I visit every year, I always receive special service and am grateful for the thoughtfulness.
As the first stop in Japan, it is generally OK, like a family hotel, very close to the subway station, with a strong sense of age, but also a feature, tatami. I found that the Japanese service is generally very clean and exquisite. The kerosene heater in the room is very strong. Please remind everyone not to move around, and the plug cannot be unplugged.
The landlord is very welcoming and close to the subway station. But the facilities are very old
I often use this place, and the information and photos are quite old, so I wrote a review. It's close enough to the center that I get the impression that many people stay for multiple nights, as do I. In the summer, it's often booked exclusively for groups, and the inn is unique, with the owner's tastes reflected everywhere. I think the culmination of this is the Gundam Bar (Colony) on the first floor...

It had parking and was in a quiet location. The guest room was beautiful, but the shower curtain of the unit bath was short, and it was a bit disappointing that water would come out when the child entered. Very quiet! The hygiene was excellent and everything was clean. A great first experience staying in a capsule hotel.
The facilities were very clean and it was quiet at night, making for a very comfortable overall experience. However, there are some things to note regarding luggage storage: you have to call the hotel on check-in day to open the door before you can store your luggage, and on check-out day, you can't store luggage because the main door is locked (and it seems there might be a fee).
