Close to the bustling area of Susukino and right by the park. Very dated and could be cleaner. I submitted details before arrival and had to enter these again when checking in.

I especially loved that the room had an oil heater! I'm sensitive to air conditioning drafts, so that was a huge relief. Even without the AC on, it stayed warm and cozy, even when it was below freezing outside. Although the building is old, the facilities and plumbing were new and clean, which made my stay very satisfying!

Super comfortable stay for 4 nights, Japanese style room is not big, but enough for my 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely great value for a wonderful start to every day of my trip. Plus there is a hot spring pool, cool🛀. The counter staff was polite, to thank them for helping me book the mountain stream return express bus. 🙇

Awsome hotel in sapporo, even though the room is small but have lots of add on facilities such as public bath, comic book corner, massage chair, and lots item on loan.

It was during the week when Sapporo had the snow festival. Relatively convenient with convenience stores and aeon my basket, dinner bell nearby. Times car rental was also very close. Had to get a smoking room as not many rooms were available due to the high season. Didn't expect a coffee machine and microwave being available to use. That was nice.

The bathroom was tiny, the smallest I've ever seen in a Japanese hotel, but for the very low price, I can't complain. The location is excellent, with plenty of convenience stores nearby and the subway station just a few hundred meters away.

There was a fine layer of black dust on the duvet, but the bedsheets underneath were quite clean. The location is excellent, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Sapporo TV Tower. The room looks exactly like the pictures, maybe a tiny bit smaller. The parking lot isn't great; it's right on the street and you definitely need a reservation. Otherwise, there's another one nearby that's a little pricier. There's also a Lawson convenience store about a 7-8 minute walk away. The only downside is that there are no smoking rooms.

For the price this hotel is hard to beat! We found it to be clean, convenient and very reasonable. Others are twice as expensive for the same room. Smoking is allowed in the hotel although are room did not smell at all. Would come back!

It's Ok. I picked the hotel thinking there was a sauna or onsen but there is a private sauna only which is at extra cost. Bedroom and bed are ok, breakfast is good but a tiny slice of bacon with the pancakes is not right.

While the facilities are indeed quite old, it's a standard, ordinary old-style business hotel. The cleanliness is acceptable, and its location at the end of Tanukikoji Street is convenient. During the Snow Festival, it wasn't particularly expensive. There's a coffee machine and vending machines on the second floor.

The room wasn't big, but it had everything I needed. I was traveling alone, and the hotel was conveniently located right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which is a great shopping area. The receptionists were also very helpful! Overall, I recommend it!

Highly recommend! I will definitely stay again. Close to train station which only a few stops to Sapporo city centre. No parking provided but it only cost 770 per night in nearby coin parking.  The room is clean and tidy with washing machine and sitting room. Kitchen and cooking ware is provided which is a big bonus.

The location was great, and it was larger and more comfortable than I expected. On the downside, the shower room was a little small, about the size of a telephone booth, but I'd definitely stay here again.

Very handy facility and practical location. The facility is very well equipped. They have everything we needed. A bit far from the center but very near to the station. But as it’s located alongside of the railway, it’s quite noisy and you can’t open windows as people pass by in a meter away. Due to its size, it has air conditioning even in the summer, and I visit it every year as a group. There are many unique items inside the building, which is great for anime and special effects fans. There is a public bath nearby that is open until late, so it is convenient for groups. Since I visit every year, I always receive special service and am grateful for the thoughtfulness.

It had parking and was in a quiet location. The guest room was beautiful, but the shower curtain of the unit bath was short, and it was a bit disappointing that water would come out when the child entered. It seems that you can play games for 10 or 30 yen, but it ends at 19:00 and you can't use it in the morning, so it felt like you couldn't play if you didn't check in early. The staff were all nice...
