This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. I love this place, tried the breakfast on the last day of my stay.. Foods variety was good enough. I used the spa(public hot bath, and also open air public bath), and i really like the temperatures, vibes and facilities inside Room was also very clean and tidy.

The hotel is clean and very new. It is very close to Chitose Station which is very good for me as I can go to the airport in the morning without rushing. There is an onsen and the lounge provides nice coffee in the morning.

I left my charger at the hotel and called them, but they said they didn't find it.

Smooth check-in process. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The Odori station exit 1 is just next to the hotel and access to the underground shopping area is few distance away. Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing.
