Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable. This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel.

Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions. The room size is decent too; I could easily open my 26-inch suitcase. The cleanliness was good, and the service was quite friendly.

Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. I love this place, tried the breakfast on the last day of my stay.. Foods variety was good enough. I used the spa(public hot bath, and also open air public bath), and i really like the temperatures, vibes and facilities inside Room was also very clean and tidy.

At the begging the front desk was super helpful and we're not queue to do the check in. It was a room for 4 people and they only gave us 1 key, was very problematic to manage that situation. The hotel is clean and very new. It is very close to Chitose Station which is very good for me as I can go to the airport in the morning without rushing. There is an onsen and the lounge provides nice coffee in the morning.

Smooth check-in process. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The Odori station exit 1 is just next to the hotel and access to the underground shopping area is few distance away.
