Sapporo, Ward, Minami 4 Jonishi, 5 Chome−1, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Best location Becos it’s only 2 mins walk from Susukono station, 50 m away from the famous Nikka whisky sign. Plenty of foods, pub n shopping around the area. Rooms was bit old, cleanliness so so but if you are looking for a perfect location to stay in Sapporo, Tokyo Rei might be your choice
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions. The room size is decent too; I could easily open my 26-inch suitcase. The cleanliness was good, and the service was quite friendly.
The room size is smaller than my image, the hotel location is at the centre of susukino and short distance to places like sapporo tanukikoji Shopping Arcade and odori park
Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options. If you keep an eye out, you can often find great deals on the rooms, making it excellent value for money overall.
Excellent stay! The bathroom was soundproofed well, and the location was fantastic. This hotel experience was superb! 👍 The room was cozy and well-decorated, with complete and new facilities. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The location is convenient, with many great food options nearby.
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very close to city center , making it very convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend...

Sapporo, 4 Chome-1 Kita 4 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Best location ever. It is connected directly to the JR station and no need to carry luggage and walk outside. The room is tidy and comfortable. Worthy the price.
The hotel is super convenient, directly accessible from the JR train station via an underground passage. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the transportation is excellent.
The location is excellent, right across from the south exit. If you're familiar with the area, you can use the underground passage, which is especially convenient during heavy snowfall in Hokkaido. The room is quite small but has everything you need, and the cleanliness is good. I really enjoyed the breakfast ambiance, especially sitting by the window watching the snow fall outside—it was incredibly...
This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the JR station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the service is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone. If I go to Sapporo again, I'll definitely book this hotel.
Excellent! The free luggage storage is a lifesaver, and the convenient location makes it easy to get anywhere quickly, especially for shopping.
The hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding. By the way, hotel does provide free coffee and drinks for hotel...

The room was spacious, perfect for a few friends to chat. The cleanliness and environment were both good, and it was convenient to explore the surrounding area for food and shopping. The breakfast had a full variety, nothing spectacular but decent. The staff didn't speak Chinese.
Overall experience and environment is good but hotel is a little old and didn’t upgrade.
The room is quite spacious, excellent! 👍👍👍👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent!
The hotel boasts an amazing view, offering a stunning panoramic of Sapporo's snowy nightscape. The room size and space were also quite generous, which is a rarity for hotels in Japan. However, it seems the decor is a bit dated, as the bathroom fixtures felt like they were from the last century. On the plus side, the hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station!
Great~ few mins walk to subway, room is large enough to put two big luggages. Hotel has auto parking.
This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. I dropped off my luggage around 8 AM and was able to check in early when I returned after 12 PM. The hygiene and service were both very good. There's also a 5:30 AM bus nearby to the airport, which is perfect for catching early flights.

The triple room was a bit cramped, but with some clever rearranging, it worked out great. The bathroom's odor extraction and dehumidifying features were surprisingly powerful, and I have no idea how they managed it since there's no visible switch or noise. Every day, I'd head to the second-floor hot spring bath; it was so relaxing and never crowded. Just remember to bring your room key to scan for...
This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Onsen is great
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.
Guests staying at the hotel have complimentary access to the large public bath. Facilities: There's a smoking room, and free self-service tea and coffee are available. Cleanliness: Multiple cleaning options are provided, and the service is very thorough. Location: It's also very convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk from JR Sapporo Station.
The room was clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious; I stayed for five days and never got tired of it. It's also close to the station, making it super convenient for getting around. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Sapporo, 1 Chome-1-1 Kita 2 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins). Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha. Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort...
The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can find many places to eat nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Sapporo
The room was a bit small. The hotel promotes eco-friendliness, so there's no room cleaning for stays of two consecutive nights. **Location:** Very convenient, close to the subway station and JR Sapporo Station, and within walking distance of Odori Park and Tanukikoji. **Breakfast:** A wide variety of dishes, including local specialties like Hokkaido Miso Ramen and Soup Curry, plus freshly made onigiri...
This was my second stay here. The hotel facilities are all good, and this room was even a bit bigger than the last one. The surrounding area is also convenient, though it's a bit far from Sapporo Station. Since it was snowing heavily, dragging luggage was quite difficult. Also, there were suddenly a lot more people at breakfast, and we had to queue for over 15 minutes two days in a row. Aside from...
From the moment you're greeted, to the front desk, and the overall architecture, everything exudes a sense of grandeur and luxury. It feels very upscale. The facilities are what you'd expect from a well-established star-rated hotel, and the location is absolutely prime, making it convenient to get anywhere. The night view from the upper floors is particularly beautiful. You can pretty much book this...
The lobby was nicer than the room facilities. The room size was okay, but I noticed several stains on the duvet, which made it feel not very clean. The service attitude was decent. The location was also good, but despite the significant temperature difference between indoors and outdoors in Sapporo, the room still felt stuffy.

Spacious room, love the separate bathroom & toilet. Amenities provided at lobby was awesome, lobby area was cozy. Onsen at the hotel basement was great, less crowded, clean with indoor & outdoor. Used the coin laundry next to the onsen, monitoring of the availability & status in room was convenient. Breakfast buffet was super crowded after 8AM, good spread. Overall good experience.
Walking distance to the train station! The public bath have many pool option to choose to! Really great hotel!
Great location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station. The room is very spacious (unlike the tiny rooms in Tokyo) and clean. There are plenty of complimentary toiletries available in the lobby, and umbrellas can be borrowed from the reception. The washing machines are clean and well-maintained. Although the public bath is not spring water, it is well-maintained and very clean. This is my favourite...
The hygiene was quite good. It's super convenient for getting around, really close to the subway, so no need to worry about heavy snow. Getting anywhere is easy. Check-in is fully automated, and the hot spring was nice, not crowded and clean.
The breakfast view with the snow falling was beautiful, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. The location is also very convenient; even on a snowy day, it only takes 2 minutes to get to the underground passage, which connects everywhere. Walking to Boyeo only takes about 15 minutes. The airport bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, it's one of the first few stops to the airport, so you...

The hotel’s location is excellent. There’s a Genghis Khan BBQ restaurant nearby, which is incredibly convenient. I made my reservation through Trip.com and did not include breakfast at the time. Love this place! Breakfast was amazing - I woke up at 5.45am every morning for it 🤣 And made sure I used the public bath every day. ❤️
The breakfast at Vessel is so good, here’s how to enjoy it to the fullest. In Chainsaw Man, Fami says that the secret to pig out yet staying slim is to drop massive ordnance afterwards. You may laugh but this is the way. Perfect in every way, location-wise and transport-wise. Drop your ego and get butt naked in the public bath, it’s well worth it. If you’re reading this, stop and go book a room!
Moderate room space, able to open 2 28’’ luggage. Excellent breakfast!! There’s a sauna inside public bathroom. Staff service are great too. I’ll stay in this hotel next time when I travel to Sapporo.

Love it ! No regrets booking here for the japanese style room. Was given a mountain view. Lovely.
The hotel have free shuttle bus for hotel guest. It was book via hotel web site. The view of the room was great and beautiful
Jozankei Manseikaku has so much delicious food! The scenery is beautiful too! It's super convenient, only about a 30-40 minute drive to Sapporo Art Park and Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort respectively.
Onsen was nice and right behind the attraction within walking distance. Do note on the season when visiting because off peak may not have as many open stalls.
This hotel is quite affordable for Jozankei, though it doesn't have private onsen. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious enough. Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty. It was also very convenient for...
Hotel furniture is very old. There is bad smell in the room. The hotel is big and the attentiveness of service is below par of Japanese standard but of course better than American standard. Food quality and variety of Buffet is good. You have most of Japanese food you can think of.

When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer...
The restaurant buffet was delicious.
I had to go to a conference, but I wanted to make some fun memories for my kids, so I stayed here with them, as it has a pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs.
The buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I was able to eat a lot of crab, which was great. There was a TV in the bathroom in the room. The pool and hot springs were great. If you're afraid of heights, the elevator might be scary... I'll post a photo, even though it's not very photogenic.
It was so amazing I've already booked another trip and will be going two more times this year!
Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Buffet choice is awesome.

Nice hotel with a super convenient location! It's just a 3-minute walk to Tanukikoji, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. All the crab, lamb, and yakitori restaurants are also within a 3-minute walk.
This hotel is centrally located in Sapporo, very close to Odori Park, Shiroi Koibito Park, and Sapporo TV Tower, all within walking distance. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with complete amenities and a spacious bathroom. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and some even spoke Chinese, which was a thoughtful touch.
The room was quite spacious for Japan, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. Enjoying breakfast while watching the snow outside was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
location was great as it’s near to 2 stations. convenience shop just downstairs and walking distance to the main shopping street. however the room is slightly smaller and different as in photos. still good overall.
Very convenient location to visit Nijo Market, Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping St. Great Ramen Alley within 5 min walk. Next to Susukino station and just 2 min walk from one of the pick up points for the Sapporo to Niseko coach. Quiet and clean with amenities for guests in the lobby to self-collect.
The transportation here is quite convenient, with the Toho Line right downstairs from the hotel, which also goes to Sapporo. I even saw this line at Sapporo Station. Location and buffet was the reason it got 3 stars. Lost 2 stars for the disgraceful wifi. In 2020 I expected better internet. It was unusable, came here in 2018 and the internet was the same. The location and the in room amenities, price is reasonable.
Very clean. I enjoyed staying in it. However, the sound of the AC during the night kept me awake even though I set it to lowest wind speed. Generally, very recommended.
Fancier, cleaner and smaller version of Entended Stay America.
It comes down to the little things: bed doesn’t fill up entire room (rare in Japan), bed is wide enough for 2 6 foot tall people (also rare here), each person gets 2 pillows (never heard of here) and you have complete control of AC/heat
Very friendly and helpful staffs and are able to communicate in English. Rooms are nicely cleaned and properly arranged. Inclusive breakfast were prepared on time. Large varieties of food to choose from. Free WiFi is also available and at acceptable speeds. Price paid for was very reasonable. Will definitely stay here again the next time visiting.

The hotel's location is pretty good, only about 500 meters walk to Susukino. However, in winter, with all the snow and ice, it was a bit tough to drag my luggage from the subway. Also, the hotel breakfast was just so-so; no fried eggs or milk, mainly traditional Japanese style.
Everything else was great, but what I'm really unhappy about is that I paid an average of 10,620 JPY more per day than others, and we stayed for 6 consecutive days. However, once the booking was made, they couldn't do any price matching, and the hotel didn't even proactively offer it. I'm very disappointed by this.

They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5.

I have to give a big shout-out to the hotel's service! The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The location was convenient, yet quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. It was a very satisfying stay!
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the JR station, and there are many convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room size is just right, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Highly recommended.
Hotel service: Excellent! We arrived before check-in time, but the lobby staff were incredibly friendly and politely stored our luggage. When we returned, our bags were already in the room. Thumbs up! 👍
This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. Hokkaido's Former Government Building is right across the street, and Hokkaido University is a short walk behind the hotel. The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully explained everything about the hotel. The hotel breakfast can also be exchanged for a fish market breakfast – just confirm with the front desk. They were very helpful...
Food superb with varied choices. Amenities are provided at the lobby. Clean and friendly staff
The room was a bit small, but there was still space to open a suitcase. There's a public bath and a coin-operated laundry facility with dryers. The location is quite convenient, not far from the JR station's south exit, and close to the Hokkaido Government Office. I even caught a police band performance while walking by. If you don't mind walking, both Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street are...
