Lobby was big. Rooms were clean and spacious and onsen at 9th floor was also nice. You have to your own amenities at the lobby. Most importantly parking is available.

Booked 2 rooms, Annex and main building side. Good size of the rooms for double beds. Car parking fees at the basement is 1500yen per night.

Close to the arcade undercover trip of Sapporo main tourist district. Decent sizing of rooms. Very handy laundry, dryer level along with spa, sauna and cold plunge. Thoroughly enjoyed the washes which made my day after being out all day. Super market around the corner and under rated ramen store too serving flavoursome chicken ramen. Very happy with stay which was complimented with free coffee in lobby. Thanks

Room in new building is new and nice

No need to bring amentes Has all skin care and tea and coffee all day long.

Onsen is no good. too small and no view at all.

breakfast is ok but too small and not much choices.

overall, room is good.

bad thing is too far from Attraction.

but will this price Should not be complain.

It was a perfect getaway spot. Calm, clean and great location walking distance to the main area.
A lot of good food area this area.

Spacious room with maisonette. Location is very near Tanukikoji 6 (end of the shopping street)
Very convenient and most importantly it is very clean.
Free coffee and ice cream bar provided.
Near to many amenities and convenient stalls.

i stay main Building, quite a old Building, old lift (as photo), room's sofa a bit dirty (as photo).
The best is breakfast, a lot of choice, fresh, yummy. free for small kids.
overall ok with the price One night about 5000yen.
