The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right outside JR Chitose Station. Across from the JR station, there's an Aeon mall with McDonald's, KFC, Saizeriya, and Yoshinoya, making dining very convenient. Overall, the hotel offers average value for money. If you're not catching an early flight, I'd recommend staying in Sapporo instead.

All amenities, room, and facility are OK. They has a small Onsen tub. I stayed here to plan to get to the airport in the morning fast. It is only 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport and very close to Chitose station in 1 mins walk. Pretty expensive during snow festival tho.

This onsen hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The large public bath was spacious and comfortable, with both indoor and outdoor pools offering stunning views. The hot spring water is natural, and after a soak, my skin felt smooth and supple, and my mind and body were completely relaxed. The hygiene was impeccable, the service attentive, and the combination of snow scenery and the onsen created an incredible atmosphere. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hokkaido!

The hotel is a few minutes away from the JR Chitose station. There is a 7- Eleven nearby. It is also walkable to AEON. The room is spacious. Definitely my fav hotel. Only 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport.

Very close to JR Chitose Station. There's an automatic check-in machine on the first floor, and the beauty product selection downstairs is comprehensive. A hairdryer and bathtub are also available. You can play in the snow right downstairs, and the phone booth makes for great photos.

I had an early morning flight from Sapporo to Osaka the next day, and to avoid any weather-related transportation issues, I specifically booked an earlier flight and came to the airport area a day in advance. I chose the JR Inn, which was recommended by fellow travelers and is conveniently located right next to the Chitose JR Station exit. It was incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time and hassle. It's a well-established, no-frills Japanese hotel. Though small, it has everything you need and is quite clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they contacted the bus company to retrieve a bag we'd left on the airport bus, helped us tie up loose ends, and gave us directions. I'm very grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend it for anyone with a late arrival or early departure flight.

I also took the opportunity to explore Sapporo Airport during dinner time. There's a lot to see and do there, with many shops open until 8 PM, though they don't open until 9 AM the next day. So, arriving near the airport a day earlier and spending some time browsing was a great choice.
