Great location right opposite the Tanukikoji shopping street, making it very convenient for shopping and food. The hotel also has a private lift that goes directly to the basement, which connects to the subway, so you don’t need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. Guests also receive a daily drink voucher that can be redeemed for free drinks at the hotel bar, which is a nice touch. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.

The location is excellent. However, the hotel does not have an in-house onsen, and the breakfast selection is quite limited with few choices. Nevertheless, I would definitely book this hotel again, as the location is perfect.

The hotel's location is great, right outside JR Susukino Station. It's next to the Risokoji shopping street, and there are many small shops along the underground JR street too. You'll have no trouble finding food, and there's a supermarket downstairs. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, and they provide free drink coupons – one for each day you stay, based on the number of guests. I booked a Deluxe King Panorama room, which had a good view. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and very comfortable. The air conditioning was super warm in winter.

Nothing to complain. Location is top notch. Human made store is just right at the hotel entrance!! I love this fact:D Room is perfect. Bed is clean and comfy. They provide you welcome drink (guarana is recommended!) and you will have your own Jinbei in the room which is very cute!! Toilet is easy to understand. Thai staff is nice and polite. I really have nothing to say except "I will come back here again for sure!"

As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby.
Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful.
Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem.
Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift.
Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)

We booked a Deluxe King Room for over 2000 per night. The room offered a spacious view, and the hotel is located right on Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The elevator goes directly to the subway shopping area from B1. It's super convenient, just two streets away from Lake Toya Station. Plus, the trendy store Human Made is right next door. The reception is on the second floor, and the coins they give you can be used directly at the bar on the second floor, which is a nice touch. Service: Most of the staff primarily speak English.

B1 where the Pole Town section of the underground shopping arcade. Pole Town has direct access to Susukino Subway station.

It is also surrounded by lots of shopping and eating places. Also, it’s directly opposite Mega Don Quijote!!!

The hotel is conveniently situated between Tanukikoji 3 and 4, directly opposite Don Quijote. The airport bus stop is also incredibly close, just a 3-minute walk away. A laundry room is available on B1, which also provides direct access to the underground passage. I redeemed the complimentary hotel tokens for afternoon tea. Checking out was seamless; you simply drop your room key card into the designated box in the elevator. (I accidentally broke a glass and paid 500 yen compensation after speaking with the front desk.)
