Room was rather clean, however the room was kinda small for 3 +1 family. Nonetheless the location was fantastic.

The staff at the restaurant are not polite enough, but so far is satisfactory. It was a bit stinky on the 2nd floor.

The hotel location was great! It's can be accessed directly from the tanukikoji shopping street. Room space was big, we able to open 2 luggages at the same time. The free bath and welcome drinks were so good. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we go Hokkaido next round.

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but I was honestly very disappointed. The soundproofing was terrible — I could hear every noise throughout the night and couldn’t sleep at all. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing; the food was dry, cold, and tasted like it might have been leftovers from the previous day.

The only positive point is the location, which is convenient for shopping. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked two rooms for a family of four. First, the location is strategic, they have a back door leading straight to Tanukikoji shopping street. Second, the service is attentive. They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5.

Only good thing about hotel is location and theres airport limo across the street

The hotel always overcrowded and onsen bath is small yet dozen of users.

Ideal location for foodies and shoppers! The location offers a safe and convenient environment with eateries, cafes, convenient stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops just a stone’s throw away. The hotel side door connects directly to Block 5 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s also near enough (within 1.5km) to walk to the Nijo fish market, Odori Park and Sapporo JR station.

Very good location connect to shopping street. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. The room was very clean. There are free public bath and free  lounge to relax.

The location is both an advantage and a drawback. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally situated, close to nightlife and shopping areas. However, the immediate surroundings feel crowded and not very clean. We previously stayed near Sapporo Station before moving to Karaksa, and we found that area to be far more pleasant.

The hotel’s public bath (onsen) was also disappointing—it is extremely small and feels uncomfortable with more than six people inside. In addition, both the hotel and lounge areas often felt overcrowded, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.
