Location: From Exit S1 of Apia Underground Shopping Street, it's just two traffic lights away, about a two to three-minute walk on the surface. The location is great.
Service: My child wanted to take a bath, but the cleaning staff had already left for the day. A handsome guy with big eyes at the front desk re-cleaned the bathtub for us. We really appreciate it!
Cons: The breakfast selection is limited and not tasty! My 2-year-old could only fill up on pasta every day.

The room was very clean. Toiletries and skincare products are available downstairs. The convenience store is very close to the hotel, less than 100 meters away. It's also not far from the TV Tower and the Big Buddha.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sapporo Station. The hot springs on the second floor were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant, including soup curry.

This hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station. Although it's not a large hotel, it has an elegant atmosphere and the front desk service is very welcoming. The rooms are compact but neat and clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. You can walk to attractions like the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, the Clock Tower, and Odori Park. It's perfect for those who want to use the train for day trips as it's close to Sapporo Station and the one-day tour bus stops, making transportation very convenient.

Environment: The location is very convenient for getting around. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the train station, where you can find everything from shopping to dining. Major attractions and the Tanukikoji shopping street are also within easy walking distance, which is incredibly handy.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is superb, very close to Daimaru, JR Sapporo Station, Stellar Place, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport. Plus, there's a free on-site hot spring for guests on the second floor. The hotel is also very clean, and it was quite convenient for three girls staying together. Right across the street is Rokkatei, and there are FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson stores nearby – incredibly convenient! The Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West is right next door. Since there were three of us, we had to choose this specific Mitsui Garden location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The design of the hotel is good. Location is just a few minutes walking from the JR Sapporo station, quite convenient. Facilities and the service of the staffs are great.

I booked this hotel last minute after cutting short my stay at another hotel in Otaru due to exposed cable wiring under the bed area. Having learnt from that experience, I checked this room carefully upon arrival and was relieved to find everything well maintained. Mitsui Garden did a great job with the room setup, and everything felt clean and safe.

The room is spacious enough for three guests, with good walkway space, a hanging area, and a proper wardrobe. It feels more comfortable compared to other triple rooms I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is also a decent size and not as cramped as what you typically find in many Japanese hotels.

The hotel offers a public bath for both men and women, which is a nice feature to relax in. However, the laundry setup could be improved. There is only one combo washer-dryer machine, and the waiting time is quite long. Even at 3–4 a.m., guests are queuing to use it, and each wash-and-dry cycle takes around two hours. You can monitor the washer status directly from your room TV, which is convenient, but it would be much better if the hotel could add a few more machines. It can be inconvenient when guests miss their pickup time and others have to wait. So, you really needs to plan and be more considerate in using the washer.

Breakfast has a limited selection and leans more towards Western-style dishes, but there is a live chef station serving both sweet and savory crepes, which adds a nice touch to the morning experience.
