The location is fine, I booked this hotel for an event at Messe Hall. The bed was ok, but unfortunately the bathroom had leaking problems, there was always water on the floor.

Perfect if you plan to just directly want to check in from the airport (haneda or narita) then feel the magic of disney. Limousine to and fro the airports are readily available. Only about 200meters flat path walk. So are the train station , bus station , convinience store and supermarket.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted my room cleaned since I was staying multiple nights, so I didn't use an unnecessary card, but it wasn't cleaned and a spare towel was hanging on the door knob, which was disappointing.

The location was great. The view from the room gave me a sense of downtown Japan. It's also close to a park on the coast, so I thought it would be a great hotel for a two-day stay.

My family love this place! Very reasonable price for family accommodations of 4 person. Comes with simple delicious free Japanese breakfast from 06:30-09:00 daily in hotel lobby and free tea or coffee until 10:00.
