Tokyo Shinhouse-Ikebukuro in Tokyo

The landlady has posted her contact information (Line) on Facebook. It's about a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. The room has air conditioning and a TV. There's a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There's a balcony outside where you can dry clothes. It's a very convenient guesthouse.

The owner of Xiaoxin's Home is a very nice Taiwanese woman. She personally greeted us on the day of our check-in and introduced the facilities of the guesthouse. We were a group of 2 adults and 1 child, and the room was just the right size. The room had all the basic amenities, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. There was also a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor, so we could take our clothes out to the balcony to dry. It's about a 10-minute walk from the guesthouse to JR Ikebukuro Station. If you need to transfer to the subway, you'll have to walk a bit more within the station. We stayed for a total of 9 nights, and overall it was pretty good!

The environment is clean and quiet, and access requires a card, making it relatively secure.

Although the lockdown has been lifted, you still need to bring your own personal hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryer are provided).

The guesthouse is very easy to find; just use Google Maps on your phone and follow the directions.

Xiao Xin's mom is very nice and friendly, and will be happy to answer any questions or provide any travel information.
