Small room with no amenities except for toothbrush and towels and jug. The futons were comfortable. It is a little expensive but compared to the prices of other hotels in the area it is cheaper. It is old and run by an old couple and a 2 star hotel, so don’t expect much but if your looking for a place to sleep then it’s not bad. The onsen was good and if you go there at the right time you can have a private bath.

Located close to the Yubatake hot spring, the private baths (including an open-air bath) use the hot spring water from the Yubatake hot spring, and they're free. For dinner, we have Akagi beef teppanyaki, so you don't have to worry about missing dinner. Relax in the hot water and enjoy the teppanyaki, guaranteed! Our mascot cat, Loki, will be waiting for you.

I had rice for breakfast. It was perfect. The cat was so gentle and had such beautiful fur. For some reason, it started rubbing its tail against me, so I petted it.

It's within walking distance of the Yubatake. Perfect for those who love touring the outdoor baths and visiting Kusatsu Onsen hot springs! 🤭 The public bath, Chiyo-no-yu, and the nearby Ninokawa-no-yu and Otaki-no-yu baths are conveniently located nearby, offering 24-hour access. 🙆☺️ It's very convenient. Free parking.

The beautiful private bath is open 24 hours a day, with an indoor bath (open 24 hours) and an outdoor bath (open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM). The water is truly Kusatsu-quality hot spring water. ♨️ I loved being able to use the private bath freely.

There are two buildings: the main building and the annex. I stayed in the main building. While the building has an old-fashioned feel, the interior is simply cleaned, and fresh flowers 🌹 were beautifully arranged on the staircase.

Towels, yukata, and toothbrushes are available for rental. You can borrow a bath basket and stroll around in your yukata.

The friendly staff, a mother and son duo, offer delicious homemade bread for breakfast for 1,080 yen. ❗❗The bread is delicious. The hollowed-out loaf of bread filled with corn soup is also great🙆☺️❗. The homemade apple jam is delicious too🤭✨. Japanese food is also available.
・Please be patient with any concerns about the room. You will have to make your own futon, but the sheets and pillows are clean☺️👍 🙏I hope you have a good trip😌

We stopped off at Oze for the night after descending the mountain.
It was within walking distance of the Yubatake hot springs, so we enjoyed a leisurely evening and morning stroll.
Meals were included, with seafood and meat teppanyaki for dinner and yakisoba noodles for the final course. There were also a variety of appetizers and side dishes, so we were completely satisfied. 🍴😣💦
Breakfast included a variety of homemade bread, bread stew (bread balls), luxurious sandwiches with three kinds of cheese and prosciutto, and homemade jam. 🍎 It was delicious.
We checked out early, but when we left, the restaurant was bustling with non-guests.

Although it is a little far from the center of the hot springs, we were able to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the Yubatake.
Dinner is served at the same time at this inn, where the food is the highlight. The owner is a sommelier and has a wide selection of wines. My wife, who stayed with me, can't drink alcohol, so I opted for non-alcoholic drinks as well, which seemed a little disappointing to the husband. If they had offered non-alcoholic wine, we might have been able to enjoy it at least to the fullest.
The facilities are old, but well maintained and the beds were comfortable. There is a 24-hour hot spring, so we were able to enjoy it many times at the inn. I would definitely like to go again.
