Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.

This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

I would stay again except be careful when booking rooms and not do the rookie mistake of not double checking smoking/non smoking listed on the reservation. They will not change your room type. Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. It's a bit of a hassle to walk to and from the city center of Roppongi, but there's a bus stop right in front, which is super convenient. There's a convenience store, vending machines, and an ice maker in the building. They also hold your luggage for you.

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel. It's not far from the subway station, within walking distance. What really stands out are the two bus stops within a five-minute walk, the free Disney shuttle, and the paid airport shuttle (though it doesn't run at night). Room was small but enough for 2pax to just back in the room to rest for the night and head out the entire day. 2 Big luggage might be a slight challenge to open and pack in the room, but still ok if only 1 big luggage. Near by has quite alot of food and near to both Shinkansen and metro station.

I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. The hotel breakfast is consistently high-quality, and the night view is beautiful~

The room was great, especially having a washing machine. The view from the window was also nice, and the observation deck outside the 20th-floor front desk was particularly beautiful. The transportation was also very convenient. Hope to see you again next time.
