We made the reservation just two days before, so we didn't have high expectations, but the meal was a buffet with local dishes and we were very satisfied! Everyone in the family was happy.

This time, I chose this hotel with the sole purpose of enjoying the hotel.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath and dinner and breakfast included.
Sparkling wine was provided in the room, and it was sweet, so even I, who usually don't like wine, enjoyed it very much.

The buffet had a wide variety of options, both in the evening and in the morning, and I was very satisfied.
The dinner menu featured sushi and Joshu beef, and everything was so delicious that I ended up overeating.
The porridge served for breakfast was a personal favorite.

The hotel also has a convenience store and playroom, and you can enjoy a stamp rally, so I recommend playing while touring the building.
There's also a shuttle bus to the Yubatake, making transportation easy.

I was very satisfied with the room, food, and facilities, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It was a wonderful stay!

Now Resort was very polite and kind, attentive, greeting, customer service, everything was the best.
However, the room I booked through Trip was changed because it was not suitable for families.
Children were not allowed.
I did book a room for children.
I have photos and details.
In the end, I paid just under 70,000 yen in addition to the payment to Trip to change the room (;;)
The room was very nice, but I hope Trip will make sure this doesn't happen again in the future.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel has excellent Onsen baths with hot spring water. You can book a separate room with a bath, this is a 24-hour service. The hotel has a shuttle service to the center of Kusatsu. We booked a stay without meals, went to the center. In the rooms they give clothes and slippers in Japanese style

Although it is a little far from Yubatake, there are minibuses that shuttle back and forth every 15 minutes. The food is very good, which is a bit unexpected. The hygiene is very good, and the hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, which is a very good experience. The environment is very good. It is very close to Tenguyama Ski Resort. In addition, there are free drinks in the lobby. The hotel's English service is also no problem. I should come here again next time I come to take a hot spring bath.

The hotel staff has good service. The hotel has a beautiful and large environment. There are shops selling souvenirs. Parking in the parking lot is convenient. The buffet options are not many but delicious. The room is of medium size.

Gunma Kusatsu Onsen♨️! So famous! I often heard that a colleague in our company who likes to take a bath comes here every holiday.
I understand! It is even more beautiful in autumn!
