Reslly loved our room which was big n clean

My family of four stayed here on September 14, 2025. There were quite a few foreign tourists, but it wasn't crowded and we had a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel had a very luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The air conditioning was so strong that it was almost cold inside. The room had a modern feel, and the bathroom and toilet were made of transparent tempered glass. The double sink was nice.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my many trips to Japan.

The staff was superb, and the room was beautiful.

There was nothing lacking.

The room had such a classic feel. Haha

The amenities were L'Occitane,

and you were given a welcome drink, which included plenty of non-alcoholic options.

I was truly impressed and will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Ibaraki.

It was a party meal, but the course meal was delicious. The amenities were also good. The parking lot was spacious and easy to park in, but it was a bit far from Mito Station, making it inconvenient for going out into the city.

Very good hotel, retro gentleman atmosphere, the room size is terrible in Japanese hotels. The toiletries are L'Occitane, the coffee cups are Wedgwood, full of style.

The hotel is high with ample parking space. Rooms are clean n bed comfortable. Only deviation is hotel serve English bf though sufficient but lack variety . For the past weeks of travel this is the only hotel we came across serving western bf only. .overall we are satisfied! Hotel supplies L'OCCITANE toiletries

I was skeptical about whether this small city was worthy of a 5-star hotel, but when I visited, it was worthy of a 5-star hotel, from the staff service to the condition. The room was large and I had a very comfortable stay.

I wish it was a little closer to Mito Station, but it was such a good hotel that I was very satisfied.

Definitely go...you can see why it's 4 stars. It may be a bit old-fashioned because of the 20th century atmosphere. But it was really great.

There is a feeling of quality, and the service is also advanced. Clean, shiny bathrooms with lots of amenities. Personally, this was the perfect hotel. The hotel has a patisserie where you can sample gourmet cakes for adults.

I decided to stay in Mito and looked for a hotel, but could not find a hotel more comfortable than the one in Tokyo. I discovered this hotel when I was about to give up on turning it into a small business hotel. · Reception There is a doorman at the entrance who will assist you with check-in. The staff who check in and bring luggage to your room are welcoming and excellent. ·room It seems like time has passed since it was built, but it is in good condition. The interior has a slightly nostalgic design, but that's not a problem. ・ Restaurant There are Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurants. Every restaurant is satisfactory. By the way, I would be happy if the food had more character. Even one dish should increase repetition if there is an original plate that makes you want to return to that restaurant. · Banquet There are many banquet halls. It's easy to use and wonderful. Overall, Mito Plaza Hotel is one of the best places to stay in the area. Without this hotel, Mito's image might not have been its best. I'm not a big networker, but I try my best. I hope you continue to do your best as a base for tourism and business.

It's a bit of an inspiring price, but I was more pleased than it was worth. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor bath room was full. Regardless, the room was beautiful and the en-suite bathroom was luxuriously designed to match the room. (As shown in the photo!!) Luxuriously designed furniture and interiors that everyone dreams of, regardless of gender. I think you can have a peaceful time in a quiet place. Ideal for gifts for parents and anniversaries. The paintings and pottery displayed in the hotel are beautiful so it was fun to walk around the large hotel. I stayed in the fall and the maple trees with lighted gardens were fantastic. And I think you should definitely have breakfast! You can choose between Japanese and Western dishes, but I recommend Western dishes. Also, only professional hotel workers work in the state. This is a hotel I would like to stay at for about a year. Next time I would like to stay in a room with an open-air sauna.
