The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious 😋

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm on a business trip to Mito. Honestly, there's not much to say except for the slightly unvaried breakfast, it's pretty much perfect otherwise.

It's a very nice hotel. However, since we chose a double room, the bed vibrated a lot when my partner moved, which made for a shallow sleep. Other than that, I was very satisfied. The lunch buffet was also very delicious, and I think it was good value for money. I would like to stay here again.

Nice clean and convenient hotel by the train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay with them again next time I pass by Mito.

This trip revealed that the soundproofing in Japanese hotels is terrible. I could hear constant noise from next door, upstairs, and in the hallway. While this might be understandable during normal hours, it always happened between 11 PM and 3 AM, which was unacceptable. I couldn't sleep for two nights in a row. Very convenient location. A minute walk from the train station with shopping mall attached. Room size is sufficient for two big suitcases opened easily.

My family of four stayed here on September 14, 2025. There were quite a few foreign tourists, but it wasn't crowded and we had a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel had a very luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The air conditioning was so strong that it was almost cold inside. The room had a modern feel, and the bathroom and toilet were made of transparent tempered glass. The double sink was nice

This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my many trips to Japan. The staff was superb, and the room was beautiful. There was nothing lacking. The room had such a classic feel. Haha The amenities were L'Occitane, and you were given a welcome drink, which included plenty of non-alcoholic options. I was truly impressed and will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Ibaraki.

It was a party meal, but the course meal was delicious. The amenities were also good. The parking lot was spacious and easy to park in, but it was a bit far from Mito Station, making it inconvenient for going out into the city.

Very good hotel, retro gentleman atmosphere, the room size is terrible in Japanese hotels. The toiletries are L'Occitane, the coffee cups are Wedgwood, full of style.

The hotel is high with ample parking space. Rooms are clean n bed comfortable. Only deviation is hotel serve English bf though sufficient but lack variety . The hosts were extremely kind and could speak English reasonably well, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were quiet and traditional in every detail. The traditional bath was very hot and relaxing and we used it a couple of times during our two nights. This accommodation made our Kasama visit authentic and we would absolutely stay there again.

Its a coxy house in a residential area. Best to be there before it gets dark. But no worries too,as young English speaking lady will guide you if you are lost. (Good Points) Good value for money. The spacious floor space was nice. (Cons) It's old. The wallpaper is peeling. The electricity doesn't come on when you insert a card. You can only turn the lights on and off with a switch. Parking is available, but at 1,000 yen, it's not cheap.

Second time, I stayed here during a conference at the University of Tsukuba. The location is very convenient and easy to reach. The hotel staffs are very nice. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very close to the bus station as I had to take the first bus to Narita airport it was the best location for me. Very quiet, fast check in, clean room, it was a perfect stay.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Tsukuba. We had a great view from the 9th floor and the room was really comfortable. Tsukuba is a beautiful city and can be explored very conveniently from the hotel as a starting point.
