Narita Gateway Hotel, Narita1 / 30
8.2
Kanto region, Narita, 658 Oyama 🧭 Map
I love this hotel because it's aesthetic look
The room decor is a bit old-fashioned, unlike the modern express hotels in China. In the lobby, you can use your passport to get a room card directly. There are three machines, and you can select Chinese as the language. Some staff members also speak Chinese.
I booked this hotel because I didn't want to wait an hour for the Mystays shuttle at the airport. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, and check-in is strictly at 3 PM. However, the front desk can store your luggage, and you can take a free shuttle to Narita City or Aeon Mall. The room facilities are quite old. Compared to the Mystays across the street, it's tens of dollars cheaper...
good value for your money. they have shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel to narita station and vice versa. the buffet breakfast was also nice. the heater was a bit weak but it's manageable.
23 January 2026 I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026. The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel. Arrived...
Good access hotel from Narita, they have free shuttle bus. Rhis hotel is old building but still comfort for stay

Good service, clean and modern with nice view over the Harbour
It’s nice and rare to have an electronic piano (Casio) in the room.
The service is really nice Breakfast was amazingly good
Overall was ok, location was good. Just few employees love to give funny faces to foreigners.
Excellent! The staff were all very patient and attentive. I really enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby a few times. The room size was good, and while the gym was a bit small, it was clean. The location is superb. Highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo.

Kanto region, Tokyo, 4 Chome-12-8 Higashi Shinagawa, Shinagawa Ward 🧭 Map
The hotel has an underground passage directly connecting to the Rinkai Line, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient. The scenery is also great.
The room was spacious, and the entire hotel is located on the 16th floor and above, offering distant views of Mount Fuji. Downstairs, there's a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. Transportation is also excellent; there's a direct bus to Haneda Airport right downstairs, and the JR station is only a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommended!
Extremely convenient! The rooms are spacious, and it's only two subway stops to Odaiba. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby for shopping. All in all, it's unbeatable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo! Highly recommend!
Fair accommodation for the money. Rooms were dated but clean. Staff handled our requests well. Good base for exploring the area without breaking the bank.
I was quite satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent in terms of transportation. There's a Keikyu shuttle bus from Haneda (though I didn't end up using it for either trip), and the bus stop is right downstairs, which is convenient for getting to and from the hotel. The only downside is that the bus schedule is quite infrequent, sometimes only once an hour, and at certain times there are no...
Nice location, just few mins walk to B1 can access directly to Rinkai line. Also the most spacious hotel I have ever stay for this trip, receptionist is helpful to assist you if any doubt!

The facilities were minimal and clean.
The location was great and the staff was very polite.
Overall, it's very good and clean, except the storage space is a bit small.
It's right next to Kanda Station, and being a women-only facility gives you a sense of security. Depending on the time of day, the lockers can get crowded and full of people unpacking their suitcases. The capsule is spacious, so I was able to sleep soundly.
the locker is on first floor ree so we have to up n down to get our things, they don't provide you a toothbrush if u don't ask for it, when you leave your luggage you even can't use the toilet even you have reservations there
I just wanted to experience the capsule room. It felt quite spacious. The hotel provided earplugs but I didn't use them. Maybe I was tired after walking all day and didn't hear any sound. However, the price was a bit high. If two people were together, it would be more convenient and private to find an ordinary hotel.

Super convenient location with a public bath. The room was quite spacious and the luggage storage was a lifesaver.
The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Tokyo Station, making it perfect for a layover in Tokyo. A pleasant surprise was the free happy hour, offering alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and soft drinks. For an 800-yuan hotel, what more could you ask for?
Very good service and polite personnel. only downside was windows had no sunlight coming in. impossible to know id it’s morning or dusk
Hotel is very conveniently located. Clean. Room a bit small but good enough for us.
The location of hotel is good and convenient to go MRT station. Nearby got a lot of restaurants and family mart.
The hotel is close to Tokyo station and very convenient to take train to visit places of interest in Tokyo city. Breakfast is simple & room is a bit small.

Rooms in Tokyo are generally a bit on the smaller side, but this one was still perfectly adequate. The location is super convenient, about 900m from Tokyo Station. There's a 7-Eleven just a two-minute walk downstairs, and it's really close to the subway entrance, making it incredibly easy to go shopping in Ginza.
The room space is decent; there's enough space to open a suitcase.
Room was smaller than expected for 3 people but overall decent stay
Room is adequately big enough for our family of 3.  Located near to subway stations and shopping cum restaurants.
First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent. It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities.
Although the price is comparable to the nearby hotel, we were quite disappointed to find that there was no water bottle giveaway. The space was also quite small for the price charged.

Kanto region, Tokyo, 2 Chome-10-8 Sekiguchi, Bunkyo, 112-8680 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
A truly excellent experience. From the guest rooms to the lobby, all the services made guests feel right at home. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and comfortably warm. I will definitely be coming back.
The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture. The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details...
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. Otherwise, everything was great
This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I chose this hotel specifically for cherry blossom viewing, and overall it was excellent value for money. The location is superb, the views are fantastic, it's convenient for getting around, and the quality is consistently good, making it a top choice for seeing cherry blossoms in Tokyo. If you can, opt for a high floor, preferably on the Tokyo Tower side, and during cherry blossom season, you'll likely...
I am a fan of mitsui garden hotels in tokyo and the roppongi chain is the third mitsui’s for me following ginza and kyobashi chains. The staffs are super friendly & helpful and the location of mitsui roppongi hotel is amazing. You can walk to azabudai hills, midtown, mori tower and even tokyo tower. I would definitely stay again next time.
Good location, unfortunately did not get the room with Tokyo tower view. Guest service and facilities are great.
Great room with high floor and partial tokyo tower view as requested. Breakfast was alacarte and it was very nice. Had a very good stay here 👍🏻
This is a mid-sized hotel in the city center with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby has a great design, but the room itself is tiny; aside from the two beds, there's barely any space to open luggage (we had to put ours in the hallway by the entrance). It's suitable if you're out and about all day and just need a place to sleep at night. Breakfast is served on the top floor, à...
Every Mitsui Garden Hotel I've stayed at has its own unique charm. This was my first time at the Roppongi location, and the front desk even gave my daughter a cute teddy bear, which was such a warm gesture. My husband and I were very happy with the room layout and the overall service. We even received pastries and small gifts for our New Year's Day check-in. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Tokyo.
I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling...
I personally feel that the Capitol Hotel Tokyu offers the best value for money among Tokyo's luxury hotels. Safety is, of course, a given, located in the very heart of the government district. For shopping, you can take the Ginza Line directly...
The hotel's overall scent, which was replicated in the rooms, had a slight spicy note that I wasn't a big fan of. It wasn't crowded and was very quiet. The location was also excellent. You can access the subway directly from the hotel's B2 level, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's just one stop from Akasaka Station, and you can easily walk to its commercial street for dining. I originally...
Having enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene...
Located right next to the Prime Minister's residence, the security here is, understandably, top-notch. However, dining options within walking distance are quite scarce, with only a single Chinese noodle shop available. The swimming pool is rather small, meaning guests often have to take turns. On the upside, direct access to a subway station downstairs makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient.

A beautiful hotel with amazing classic feel. The interior felt very posh and comfy. Had some tea with my friend and was surprised with their lovely ambience.
Checked in around 2 PM on arrival day, but didn't get my room key until past 4 PM! On check-out day, after lunch, I went to retrieve my luggage after 12 PM, only to find my room key didn't work. The floor attendant spent ages on the phone but couldn't help me open the door. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and deal with that hassle for quite a while.
