I love this hotel because it's aesthetic look

The room decor is a bit old-fashioned, unlike the modern express hotels in China. In the lobby, you can use your passport to get a room card directly. There are three machines, and you can select Chinese as the language. Some staff members also speak Chinese.

I booked this hotel because I didn't want to wait an hour for the Mystays shuttle at the airport. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, and check-in is strictly at 3 PM. However, the front desk can store your luggage, and you can take a free shuttle to Narita City or Aeon Mall. The room facilities are quite old. good value for your money. they have shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel to narita station and vice versa. the buffet breakfast was also nice. the heater was a bit weak but it's manageable.

The hotel has an underground passage directly connecting to the Rinkai Line, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient. The scenery is also great.

The room was spacious, and the entire hotel is located on the 16th floor and above, offering distant views of Mount Fuji. Downstairs, there's a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. the locker is on first floor ree so we have to up n down to get our things, they don't provide you a toothbrush if u don't ask for it, when you leave your luggage you even can't use the toilet even you have reservations there

I just wanted to experience the capsule room. It felt quite spacious. The hotel provided earplugs but I didn't use them. Maybe I was tired after walking all day and didn't hear any sound. However, the price was a bit high. If two people were together, it would be more convenient and private to find an ordinary hotel.

Rooms in Tokyo are generally a bit on the smaller side, but this one was still perfectly adequate. The location is super convenient, about 900m from Tokyo Station. There's a 7-Eleven just a two-minute walk downstairs, and it's really close to the subway entrance, making it incredibly easy to go shopping in Ginza.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was great in every aspect, and it's not far from the subway station and a shopping mall. The hot springs on the 2nd floor are a unique feature.

I am a fan of mitsui garden hotels in tokyo and the roppongi chain is the third mitsui’s for me following ginza and kyobashi chains. The staffs are super friendly & helpful and the location of mitsui roppongi hotel is amazing. You can walk to azabudai hills, midtown, mori tower and even tokyo tower. Every Mitsui Garden Hotel I've stayed at has its own unique charm. Checked in around 2 PM on arrival day, but didn't get my room key until past 4 PM! On check-out day, after lunch, I went to retrieve my luggage after 12 PM, only to find my room key didn't work. The floor attendant spent ages on the phone but couldn't help me open the door. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and deal with that hassle for quite a while. This is a very good hotel in the center of Tokyo, close to Shinbashi Station and the Shinbashi entertainment area. The hotel has full service and at a reasonable cost. This is my third year in a row staying there and I will be back next year too. The hotel team are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Gem hotel near Shinjuku! Just 20 steps away from Metro which is the best for tiring after the long days roaming around. A bit small space if you have 32” luggages (two) and two more 20” luggages like us but still manageable. Staffs are helpful, speak English and well organized on the luggage storage. It's been a while since I've stayed at a satisfactory overseas hotel, and remm comes highly recommended. The only downside was no bathtub, but all other facilities were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic value for money. What was particularly rare and impressive was the excellent service from both the front desk and the restaurant staff.
