Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Yokohama1 / 29
9.0
Kanto region, Yokohama, 1-3-23 Kitasaiwai 🧭 Map
Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping. Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.
Overall, the service was great, and the location is super convenient – definitely worth staying here! The breakfast selection, while not as extensive as in China, was still very good. Highly recommended!
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Plus, the location is super convenient. I'd definitely come back again.
The hygiene was good, and the location was very convenient, with easy subway access to Tokyo. The trade-off is that there's a lot of foot traffic nearby and many exits, so it takes a bit of getting used to when you first arrive. Overall, I recommend it.
This is a great, old-school hotel. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, really washes away the day's fatigue.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! The subway takes you directly into the hotel and the mall, making shopping a breeze. Getting to Yokohama Station is super easy with all the connections. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Kanto region, Tokyo, Marunouchi, 1 Chome?7?12 Sapia Tower 27F, Tiyoda, 100-0005 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The room was very well designed with excellent use of space, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service was attentive and professional throughout my stay. The location is outstanding — right by Tokyo Station — making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere in the city, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety...
Great location. Lots of dining and shopping options. Hotel is new. Rooms are well equipped. Not large but very comfortable. The large model railway in the hotel lobby is brilliant. Tokyo city complete with Shinkansens and multiple other trains!
This is my second stay at Hotel Metropolitan Marunochi. Great location literally steps from Tokyo Station, great central location for all Tokyo sights and restaurants at the station and via the extensive rail network. Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and quiet with good soundproofing.
I chose Marunouchi because I had to catch an early Shinkansen the next morning. Being right by the subway and Shinkansen entrance was a huge time-saver! It's also super convenient for shopping and dining within walking distance. The room, while small, was incredibly clean, and the amenity kit even included a cleanser and skincare set. The front desk staff were also very nice.
I really like this hotel's location, ambiance, and style. This is my second time staying here, and although I encountered a minor issue, thankfully Ctrip helped resolve it. The hotel is conveniently located right at the Tokyo Station entrance. The facilities are excellent, the amenities are high-end, and the view is great. I love it!
Have stayed a couple of times now and each time staff are lovely and very helpful with any requests. Location is convenient for taking Shinkansen but harder for some of the local subways as Tokyo station can be a bit of a maze. Rooms are a good size with a nice sized bathroom and bath too! I love the amenities offered inside the room too.

Kanto region, Narita, 818-1 Hanazakicho, 286-0033 Narita, Prefektura Tiba, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
Great location near the train station. In front of the hotel has a convenience store.
The location is super convenient, just around the corner from both Narita train stations. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a little over a kilometer down one road, which is a great spot, and there's delicious unagi (eel) rice nearby. The room isn't small and even has a bathtub.
Hotel was suitable for us after a long road trip back to Narita. Rooms were well-maintained and facilities were clean. Had a peaceful stay during our time there.
Pros: Room is spacious Bathtub Very convenient location as located beside train station. Cons: Quite an aged hotel. Aircon is only used for heating during this period and cannot be controlled. Have to open the windows for the cool air outside to enter. Very noisy as next to train station and you can hear the train passing by.
Closer to Keisei Line when compare with JR, however too fast to reach Narita Airport
This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.

Facilities: Extremely clean, as expected from Japanese standards. Hygiene: Very clean, with sanitizers available everywhere. Ambiance: Very old-school elegant, the bedding is super comfortable, and I really loved the bathroom mirror – it's perfect for photos! Service: Absolutely on point!!!!
I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay. The hotel offers beautiful views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, which made the experience feel really special, especially at night. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was very helpful whenever I had questions...
Even though it's an older hotel, the room decor is very bright and modern. Aside from the bathroom, which shows its age and isn't very comfortable, the rest of the room feels like a new hotel. The sea view is beautiful and breakfast is good. The service was a bit subpar. My IHG member welcome amenity was only delivered to my room a day after check-in. Also, when I tried to check in before 3 PM, the...
The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. The kids loved watching the containers being loaded and unloaded. The service was professional, and the breakfast was good, especially the Udon noodles, which I highly recommend. I would consider staying here again.
First time in Japan, and I booked the hotel myself – it was a fantastic experience! Firstly, the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Secondly, the hotel service is impeccable. They were always ready to help with any questions I had. When I had an issue with directions, a front desk staff member actually walked me there herself. So warm and thoughtful!
The hotel's location is excellent, overlooking Tokyo Bay with views of the Rainbow Bridge, and it's convenient for getting to places like Marunouchi. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex, Tokyo1 / 28

Kanto region, Tokyo, 3-2-9 Nishi-Shinjuku 🧭 Map
Stayed one night and liked it so much that I'm planning to return to this hotel tonight after visiting Kamakura. The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient. Traveling with my son, this was a very satisfying stay in Tokyo. I also stayed one night at the Washington hotel nearby, which has A and B buildings. We had unagi (grilled eel) at a restaurant next door; they only serve 10 portions...
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's underground passage. On the first day, I couldn't find the passage, but walking along the main road from the South Exit works just as well, and it was a pleasant walk. The room was clean and not too small, which I was happy with.
Whenever we go to Japan Tokyo we always stay at Washington shinjuku hotel always a pleasant stay and the staff is nice. Japan rooms are typically small so manage expectations but for cleanliness and accessibility to a lot of places with a lot of restaurants at the hotel itself
Choose this hotel if u r taking airport limo bus, it’s just located outside of the hotel. But it might takes walking distance 10 minutes+ to Shinjuku station. I stayed in Annex and it looks new
Strange odour in the room upon entering. Fortunately they provide an air purifier, air freshener spray and fan, but it still took about 2 days to rid the smell. The room is small, barely enough for putting your luggage and walking space. Room is just basic, so don't expect too much. But location is good, located on one of the stops for airport shuttle. And tube station is walking distance
For a business traveller, this place is convenient.  There’s Japan Limosine Bus stop right in front of this hotel.  Within the building, there are also many restaurants around.

Very bright and clean. Convenient for getting around.
Just a two or three-minute walk from the Yurikamome Line's Shijo-mae Station, this hotel feels a cut above your average JAL City property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, complete with complimentary bottled water and a capsule coffee machine. It's also conveniently close to Toyosu Market and teamLab. Breakfast was quite good.
The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very clean. I'm very satisfied.
Recommend for family trip! Very spacious hotel room. My kids enjoy the room very much! It located 5 minutes walk to metro station, very near to Lalaport, which is a very big mall for family and kids. Got good restaurants and kidzonia. Also near to the new fish market, worth to have a walk and try out the food.
The breakfast selection is rich and tastes good. There's a self-service breakfast restaurant downstairs, and also a convenience store, so you can grab a quick bite or have a full meal. The hot springs are great and there are many options! The hotel is very spacious and the guests are treated attentively.
Wonderful hotel! Magnificent hot springs, total relaxation. Very good hair creams and shampoos for everyone to use, as well as excellent breakfasts and dinners – with delicacies such as crab claws, caviar, tuna, and so on. Thank you. We are guests from Russia.
I found this hotel and made a reservation when I was planning to go to a hot spring in Nasu. The food was delicious and the baths were great too. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again.
Beautiful Autumn Views, But Limited Late-Night Convenience This location offers stunning views, especially during autumn when the hilltop scenery is breathtaking. The hotel serves a buffet for both breakfast and dinner, with a wide selection of items. While the food quality is decent (around 7/10), the variety is impressive, ensuring there’s something for most tastes. The rooftop view in the morning...
The evening buffet was good and the hot spring experience was great
I went there for the first time in a long time. Perhaps because it was a weekday, only the main building was open. The baths are large and the quality of the spring water is rich, so you can soak in a variety of hot springs in one place, and there is also a sauna. It's hard to imagine that a hotel room costing over 8000 yuan per night would have unstable shower water temperature... I complained about it at check-out.
The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line right downstairs and the Imperial Palace East Garden next door. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Ginza. The room was also very spacious and luxurious, and the walk-in closet was a good size and very practical. Booked for a friend of mine. She has stayed in this hotel several times and has only compliments for the excellent service provided by all the staff in the hotel. My friend misplaced her earrings upon check out and when we called the hotel, the housekeeping staff found the earrings and safe kept it for my friend. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend.
This was my first time staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple. Asakusa Station is right outside, making transfers a breeze. The view is absolutely stunning, with the Tokyo Skytree right outside my window – it truly feels like something out of an anime!
Small single room but with a nice view of sky tree. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and varied. Very close to Asakusa’s bustling activity and cultural beauty. The area is safe and not as crowded as Shinjuku or Ginza areas. Is a great part of Tokyo to use as your homebase.
The location was awesome as it is close to the tourist spots and restaurants. The room has an overlooking view of the Tokyo Skytree. There are nearby halal restaurants as well. Amenities are ready including the sleepwear. They offer baggage transfer if you plan to travel to different location in Japan. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Exceeded all expectations! Beautiful property, spotless accommodations, and outstanding service. Convenient location with easy access to attractions. Worth every penny!
The staffs are friendly and and we had a good view of Tokyo city during our stay!
The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at. The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The service attitude is good, but the areas where the ice machines and beverage cabinets are located on each floor need daily cleaning.
The room wasn't huge, but it was pretty standard for a Japanese-style room, and we were comfortable in the triple room they assigned us. The location is fantastic – quiet but still central. It's not far from Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Within a kilometer, you have access to five subway lines: the Namboku, Marunouchi, Ginza, Hanzomon, and Yurakucho lines, making getting around incredibly convenient
Good service, Good view, perfect potion across 5 subway line, that have luggage service for the last day.
I stayed here for three nights and it was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel isn't too far from the metro station, about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store right opposite the hotel, which was super handy. Since I was staying in Omiya, I also popped over to Kasukabe to see the Crayon Shin-chan exhibits. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Luggage lockers at Omiya station are 800 yen each, or you can leave your bags at the hotel, though that means a bit of a trek back and forth.
This hotel is great in every aspect. It's about a five-minute walk from Omiya Station exit, and all the facilities are well-maintained, especially the large public bath on the top floor. It has both indoor and outdoor pools, so it doesn't feel crowded even when there are many people.
The hotel's location isn't far from Omiya Station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The triple room had two single beds plus a long sofa, which was about 0.8 meters wide. Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.
Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.
We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too. I really enjoyed the room with a terrace – the view was incredible as there was nothing obstructing it.
Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi. The value for money isn't great. The interior feels on par with a domestic Atour hotel, but it's nearly 2500 [currency]. Hotels in Tokyo are so expensive! During cherry blossom season, it was crowded. We even had to take a number to queue for breakfast, but we didn't wait long, only about 10 minutes. The only real advantage is its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.
Great location, very convenient to the National Stadium, and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation itself is quiet and comfortable, and I particularly loved the large balcony in the room.

The hotel lobby is on the second floor, right next to the subway station, and there's a 7/11 on the first floor. The rooms are on the small side, but quite new. Breakfast offers a good variety, and it's relatively close to the exhibition hall—you can see it from the hotel, though it's still about a 10-minute walk.

My stay here was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always quick to help with any issues, which made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance and will recommend it to my...
It was pretty good. Very close to Tokyo Tower. Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and there were staff available to assist. The only downside was that the room was quite small, but other than that, everything was fine. There's a convenience store right next door, and you can also store your luggage there.
This hotel offers a seamless self check-in experience. Its location is excellent, very close to Shiba Park, with a FamilyMart right downstairs and a subway station nearby.
The room was quite small, and they didn't provide complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping only came every three days, and the breakfast was just okay – pretty standard stuff. On the plus side, the Tokyo Tower is nearby, and the location is quite central.
We booked 6nights there. Personally, I think the locations are suitable for someone who preferred quiet sleeping area and accessible to the trains. If you gonna ride yamanote line to Shinjuku or Shibuya, it will take around 10minutes walk to the station ( 1km ) but if you take the subway, there are 2 stations nearby which are so accessible to many tourist attractions like Ginza, Asakusa. One more,...
The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. The bed size was just right (not like some hotels where it's only 0.8 meters wide), and although the room was small, the layout was reasonable. It had a fridge and a safe, and there were plenty of power outlets in the room. Even though the bed was by the window, it wasn't cold at all in winter because the window had excellent sealing and two layers...
