Facilities: Very new, I really like the minimalist style. Hygiene: Very clean, the bathtub was very comfortable for a soak. Environment: The environment is excellent. I booked this place specifically for the Tokyo Tower view 🗼. The King Room with a view was exceptional. Service: The service was great, and the deposit was only 3,000 JPY.

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service is good, and the room is clean. It's definitely recommendable, and I'll stay here again next time.

This hotel has a great resort-like feel. All the staff are fluent in English (I barely saw any Asian staff at the front desk or in the restaurant). The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety for an à la carte hotel. The valet parking, housekeeping, and front office restaurant service were all excellent. Highly recommend!

The lobby lounge has a fantastic ambiance, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Tokyo Tower. I stayed there and had drinks in the lounge both nights. It was a really great experience, and I hope to visit again.

Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient

The location and view is best of the best in Yokohama area. However, The room is tiny and restricted.

Because I was planning a road trip and needed to return the car, I wanted to find a convenient parking spot near a national highway, so I chose Masahiro, but it turned out to be in the heart of Yokohama. Shopping and sightseeing are very convenient, but it's not ideal for road trips. Parking is in an automated garage, and it costs 2000 yen per night.

I was assigned a runway-facing room, which was a bit odd, being L-shaped. The location is very convenient; you can walk to both Ginza and Tokyo Station. However, it's a bit pricey.

Good quiet location away from the super busy Tokyo Stn which is a 10 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice lounge for resting and some coffee & biscuit snacks. Only letdown is the weak and slow internet connection in the room... hope they can improve on it. Overall, it has been a very good and pleasant stay for us... Will come back again.

I've stayed here a few times and it's a reliable no frills business hotel. Average size room for Japan, staff efficient, very well located (worth noting that some rooms face the railway tracks, though sound insulation is pretty good).

I've stayed at Kichijoji Tokyu Inn many times. The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location for shopping, with an abundance of dining options. The vibrant local atmosphere is perfect for experiencing daily life like a local.

The room isn't big, but it's very clean. The biggest plus is the excellent location; it's right by the light rail station, making transportation super convenient. Shopping is also a breeze, and it's close to a park where you can take a stroll! The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, highly recommend it!

I always stay at Spring Hotel for my business trips because it's so close to Makuhari Messe. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby.

Absolutely loved the natural hot springs, and the complimentary ramen in the evening was a delightful touch. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, featuring a wonderful selection of Japanese dishes that I truly enjoyed. Being able to customize my own seafood rice bowl, especially with the fresh tuna, was a fantastic bonus! The room was also a good size. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I've stayed at many Dormy Inn hotels, and their breakfasts are always fantastic, and the one in Mito is no exception. They have an outdoor hot spring and a sauna. After a relaxing soak, you can enjoy a popsicle and even a late-night snack.

Staffs are good but just few can speak English. Laundry must be on queue and didn’t know when it finish or some guests didn’t pick up their cloths on time but staff can help that.Everything’s perfect!!! Love this hotel

Do take the staircase beside the hotel from the metro is stairs. You need to go to the A4 exit for the lift if you have heavy luggage. Generally good. 7 eleven beside. Got some restaurants open till 11. There is a supermarket opposite Denny with good prices for water. If you are there on Sunday there is a Sunday market near the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near Suidobashi Station, making it easy to get around. First time staying at Tokyo and not very familiar with Tokyo hotel room size. The room has a queen size bed and still has space to open luggage wide. If you booking 2 x double room, please do expect your room will be at separate floor as staff told us they only have 1 double room at each floor. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The shampoo really stood out to me; it was fantastic and lathered up so much with just a tiny bit. This place offers incredible value for money, is close to the subway, and you can walk to Senso-ji Temple and the market in just two minutes. Super high value for money, highly recommend!
