Kyushu, Ibusuki, 1912 1912 Jitcho, 891-0402 Ibusuki, Prefektura Kagosima, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The sand bath was amazing! The building is currently undergoing repairs after typhoon damage, so it's a little old, but the food was amazing and delicious! The views of the high-speed ferry arriving and the sunset from the large public bath and our room were beautiful. I'd love to stay here again.
While their service is good enough, their facities such as building, rooms, etc are old fashioned and outdated. The location is okay if you have a car.
It's a shame there aren't any restaurants nearby
Sunrise and sunset are very beautiful because you can take pictures at the beach. The room is on the 4th floor, and there are vending machines and ice machines on the floor (as well as beer vending machines). I stayed in a beachfront room (tatami room). The overall style is retro. It is suitable for those who like retro-style hotels. There are also sand baths and large baths where you can take a dip...
The outside was a little old, but the inside was really nice. The room was spacious and the amenities were good. Dinner was delicious and I plan to visit again.
The location is convenient and the environment is comfortable.

Kyushu, Ibusuki, 3750 Jyuni-cho 🧭 Map
It was located further out of the Ibusuki hot spring area than I thought, but if you time it right, it was a 5-minute bus ride or taxi ride from the station, so it wasn't too inconvenient. The guest room was spacious and spacious enough for a single person. The large bath and breakfast restaurant were well-equipped, and the breakfast menu had a variety of menus and was delicious.
A very cost-effective experience. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and the breakfast is great! The hotel's hot springs and services are very good. The key is that it is not far from the station. But now it is off-season and the whole town is deserted.
The welcome drink, mini concert, and location were all great. Dinner and breakfast were delicious ☺️ I'd love to go again.
rather old hotel. we came during the low season so not so crowded but most restaurants outside the hotel were closed for business. there is only one onsen pool indoor (no outdoor). the fun part was the sand bath for experience @¥1500/pax. Ocean facing room is nice.

The hotel is clean, though it is a bit far from the city center. The spa facilities are nice, and the staff is friendly.

Nice hotel and enjoyable experience! The service is very good and amenities are updated
Outdoor onsen sea view was fantastic. First time experiencing full Japanese style breakfast.
We stayed here to celebrate after recovering from a serious illness. Even though we checked in early because my father wasn't feeling well, they allowed us to enter the room early and were very kind and helpful. The welcome drinks and sweets were a welcome respite. The food was also well-prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. Above all, the kindness and politeness of the staff made us feel...
Hello. This trip was a trip for two women celebrating their 60th birthdays. The biggest event in our visit to Kagoshima was staying at Ibusuki Royal Hotel. The service, the people who looked after us, the food, and the charm of the owner. Everything has become a fond memory. We were deeply moved by the attentive hospitality, which is something we don't see these days. Thank you, Kagoshima. Thank you...
The best hotel in Ibusuki! 5 minutes by taxi from Ibusuki Station? It costs 1200 yen. The facilities are luxurious and friendly, and the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were both perfect, and the open-air bath was perfect!
Free coffee and detox water in the lobby on the 2nd floor Free snacks and tea on the way to the public bath on the 2nd floor 1 large public bath, 1 open-air bath with ocean view The room was sea view and the open view was nice Breakfast was a Japanese meal served + rice, miso, egg, porridge, and seaweed that you can get when you go. Tea and drinks available Very satisfied

Onsensui Pool & Fufu Rotenburo no Hanareyado Yurian, Ibusuki1 / 15

Kyushu, Ibusuki, 6771-6 Yunomori, Junicho 🧭 Map
The food is delicious, the sunken kotatsu table is nice, the spring water is good, the pool is fun, and the staff are nice. The signal is poor, and my feet are cold in the middle of winter, both in the room and the dining room. There are bugs even in the middle of winter, so it'll be terrible in summer. If you hate bugs, don't stay. The building is old, with peeling wallpaper and scratches. On days...
A family of 14 stayed in five rooms. The road from the Somen Nagashi area was winding and mountainous, while the road from downtown Ibusuki was wide. The staff were friendly, and I especially appreciated the fact that one of them spoke Korean fluently. There were adult and children's sized clothing available, as well as vests and coats for colder weather. There were also roasted sweet potatoes for...
Our family stayed here when our child was 2 years old. The pool was large and there was an open-air bath, so the whole family could relax and enjoy some time together. The food was delicious, and although you can get around in a cart, walking was also fun. My daughter, who hates bugs, screamed a lot, but since it's deep in the mountains, I think it would be best to take precautions by putting on insect...
It was great to spend time with my family quietly without people and have dessert. If I have the chance, I plan to visit again. I plan to recommend it to other acquaintances.
The room is large, with a swimming pool and sea view. The hotel is very private, and breakfast and dinner are served with Kaiseki cuisine. The hotel service is very good and you can borrow a lot of things for free in the lobby. To go to the hotel, you need to take a taxi from JR Station. The forest path is also very artistic.
The location was great, the open-air hot spring with a view of the sea, and the friendly staff who spoke Korean were the best. Food is also great

A renowned hotel 6 minutes drive away from Ibusuki station and 3 minutes walk to Saraku Sand Bath. The hotel is well maintained and staff are friendly and professional. They have staff that speaks both Japanese and English, and there is a shuttle bus service from the station to the hotel. Within the hotel, there is a single bath area, shop for locally produced souvenirs, dining and lounge area. The...
Their service is excellent as they assign a staff to follow through your stay there. She will manage your meal and room cleaning schedule and bowed to bye you when your leave. There is sand bath at ¥1500.
The hospitality upon arriving at the inn was great, and the food was absolutely delicious! I was very satisfied with the delicious meals I was able to eat both in the evening and in the morning! The sand bath was also just a 3-minute walk away!
I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate my last-minute request about my child's likes and dislikes. The service staff were also highly skilled, making for a very comfortable stay. (Thank you, Kazuko ❤️) However, while this is understandable given the size and location of the inn, I was disappointed that the open-air bath only offered a view of the sky.
The room was clean and the food was delicious! The sand bath near the inn was also a very memorable experience.
The staff training for the staff seems to be thorough, and I was very satisfied with my stay as it was a comfortable one.

Hana no Onsen Hotel Ginsyo, Ibusuki1 / 30High rating

Kyushu, Ibusuki, 5-26-29 Yunohama, Ibusuki-shi 🧭 Map
It’s a fantastic hotel with hot spring, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The boss is nice and very kind. The hotel are full of Japanese traditional culture and decorations. If you go, must join their dinner set. It’s wonderful and yummy
The views are absolutely unbeatable, and the location is super convenient. Right next door is a local specialty, the sand bath, and you can buy tickets directly at the hotel – definitely give it a try! You *must* watch the sunrise from the open-air bath on the top floor; it's stunning, despite how incredibly cold it gets. Breakfast was plentiful, but the service felt a bit too procedural and standard...
The hotel room was incredibly spacious, a pleasant surprise with its indoor pool! The accompanying hot spring, facing the ocean, was so relaxing, and the kaiseki dinner included with the room was truly authentic.
The ocean view room had a great view of the ocean. The room had an open-air bath and a great atmosphere.
Very good and very suitable for family outings
The room is quite big, the food is also good, there is a Chinese lady at the front desk who patiently explains things in detail, there is a large sand bath nearby, and there is a light party on the beach at night, the hotel's hot spring pool is quite comfortable to soak in, the only shortcoming is that the Internet is really a bit bad, I hope the hotel can complete the repair as soon as possible and...

You can see the grand scenery in front of Iseebisō. Mt. Kaimon stands far away in the ocean. The black rocks prevent rough waves. Actually they are not rocks but lavas which were made when Mt. Kaimon was an active volcano. I walked toward the mountain through the lava’s narrow path…it’s a dynamic natural and poetic experience we cannot have in the daily life. In Edo period, Tadataka Inō who surveyed...
It's been 16 years since I last visited. I think the staff have changed, but they provided great customer service. The food, including the live spiny lobster, was also excellent!

Very customer service oriented & professional. Seaview room is wonderful. Room for improvement is to upgrade power charging points to USB & type C friendly, sell cup noodles in your resort shops
Insane accommodation it absolutely blew my mind. Very value for money considering the astounding facilities and sumptuous dinner and buffet breakfast. Will stay again anytime. Rooms very clean and comfortable
Very good!beautiful view and service!
This resort is definitely overrated! The resort seriously need a major overhaul. The room we stayed was so old & aged, I am pretty sure they have not done any upgrade in the past few decades 👎! My wife and I don’t even feel like spending time in the room at all. Everything in the room need to replace or touch up, I mean literally from the wall, toilet tiles, basin, shower faucet even the mattress…...
Excellent ryokan hotel with excellent service, amenities and food. The outdoor/ indoor public baths (onsens) are one of the biggest and most amazing I have ever seen. Although there are many rooms and guests, the service is unparalleled so you don’t experience long queues anywhere. There is a museum in the hotel compound if you are bored!
A nice and comfortable hotel. The hotel should inform this booking website about dinner option and allow customers to choose between Italian or Japanese cuisine.
