Good enough if you just need a place to sleep

We stayed as a family of five and were able to relax. The breakfast bento box had a wide variety of options and was a generous portion.

Fair value, breakfast is free but do not expect much. Located right in the harbor. Good staff

It was great! Ishigaki is the best! The hotel provides complimentary meals, so I enjoyed a delicious meal.

The facilities are old (bathroom faucets are separate, no washlet), but the price is reasonable. The homemade breakfast (boxed lunch) was delicious.

The room is minimally equipped, and there is a kettle, but no teabags or coffee. The breakfast bento box comes with a choice of sandwiches or rice, and miso soup.

Strategic location, nearby Karry Kanko/Azuma bus station to/fro Ishigaki Airport. Also 3mins walk to Euglena Ishigaki Port. The only downside there is no lift, however host will assist to carry luggage up the stairs.

For a simple stay. The every day fresh baked breads were amazing. Ishigaki is not so small Island. For exploring on your own with full flexibility, don’t forget to get an international driving license. Restaurant, Bars and Shopping reachable by foot.

I stayed here while diving. The location was great and it was convenient for eating and drinking after diving and for walking around.

Quiet nice spacious clean full function and non-expensive apartment with hospitable hosts. Not only do they give you a clean apartment when you check in, they maintain it clean everyday. The host Yuka and her husband are very helpful. They allow you privacy while readily provide assistance. Rent your car with them if you stay there. They offer excellent price for apartment guest. Very nice, cozy place with everything you need in the room, nice kitchen area and veranda on the 1st floor. The staff is very friendly and suggested the best restaurants and beaches in the area. The location is convenient. Very happy, hope to come again

My family of five (2 adults and 3 children) stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, and the owner was very kind. On the first day, he gave us a large fireworks set and prepared a BBQ for us. He was a friendly and kind owner. Apparently, the owner, Alex, speaks four languages! The room I stayed in had a view of the ocean. I'd love to come back!

Highly recommended for family trips. The rooms and beds are spacious, so even a family of 4 or 5 can stay comfortably and affordably as a family room. It has a refrigerator, kitchenette, and washing machine, so it's also recommended for staying for a few days. The location is a little far from the city center, so you'll need to rent a car.

This guesthouse makes you feel like you're back home. You can even use the washing machine, so it's just the right environment for you. It's located between the city center and the airport, and there are buses running about twice an hour, but if you have a rental car it's no problem. The owner is a wonderful, warm-hearted person.

The building is close to the bus stop called "Basuki na yo" ("Don't forget me" in Ishigaki dialect), but it is far from the center of Ishigaki. If you rent a car, it should not be a problem. The people at the guesthouse were very kind.

I was looking for a cheap hotel close to the airport. From the airport, take the number 4 bus from bus stop A, and get off at the fourth stop, "Basuki Naayo"? (I don't really understand what it means, so I can't remember it ^^;) It took less than 10 minutes, and it cost 210 yen to get off. It was very nice and comfortable. We were treated to mangoes from my grandmother's farm and Yaeyama soba noodles.

I stayed there the next day because it was near the airport to head to Yonaguni Island. It was cheap so I should have just slept, but the room was clean and very nice! The inn was also a simple local person and I felt good. I would like to use it again.

This was a great place to stay. The owners were super kind and helpful. The property is surrounded by nature and is quiet so you can listen to sounds of the animals and ocean. The village is right beside Sandy Beach which makes it easy to watch the sunset at night. Free parking as well. Highly recommend!

Second time staying in a real guest house and after this experience, it wont be the last one! The staff at Guest house chura cucule were very kind. Place was clean and offered a lot of utensils. There is also an option to buy necessities. Parking available for 700 yen/day Most importantly, it was clean, calm and wonderful to live there!

I had a really pleasant stay. No real complaints. Price was good and the facilities are clean well maintained and stocked.

It's a bit of a walk between the downtown area and the terminal, but it's still relatively close. It's also close to the market, so it's recommended for those who want to eat out with children or who want to cook with local ingredients.

I really enjoyed my stay here but they aren't very flexible with checking in and out time. You are not allowed to stay in the communal area once you've checked out. I understand this is normal but it might nice to be flexible for one hour especially I stayed there for 8 nights.
