Hotel locates near the city centre/ terminal. They owns two parking lots which you will not find any difficulty in parking. Room is very spacious. Offers very comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with variety options. Staff speaks both Japanese and English.

Good location, near to Ishigaki ferry terminal where vendors pick up and drop off participants for water activities, however parking spaces in the main carpark are always full and the second carpark is quite a distance away. The pool and suntanning deck were nice but pool was filled with kids and their parents and you can't do any lap swimming. Pool also opens late from 0930hrs so no early morning...

A wonderful location and delicious breakfast. The hotel's indoor wear and bags were so cute I wanted to take them home with me. The beach walk and the view from the pool in the front yard were amazing! I also had a wonderful time gazing up at the starry sky while swaying in a hammock. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel has friendly staff and beautiful environment. The outdoor swimming pool offers a beautiful view of blue sky and white clouds. The room is very clean and the breakfast has a variety of choices and is delicious. It is highly recommended!

The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal. Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! The room was really spacious. We stayed in the villas, which were very nice, but the only flaw was the cleanliness, which could be improved. The bed linens and first towels smelled absolutely awful, which was unpleasant. There were a few stains on various older furniture. The service and staff were very good, and breakfast and dinner were excellent.

It's located on a beautiful beach with jellyfish protection netting. The food is delicious, and we even had the opportunity to grill at our table once. Public transport buses run very infrequently, so excursions and airport transfers need to be well-planned. IC cards (e.g., Suica) don't work on the buses here. It rained a lot, and some paths were flooded for days, meaning rubber sandals and shorts...

I chose this accommodation to see the sunset. Since it's on the 7th floor, the ocean views are clear and far away, and the room is quite spacious compared to other Japanese hotels, so I had no problems staying there for three days. The only downside is the abundance of bugs, but the ocean view and sunset make it all worthwhile. The sunset from the ocean in front of the hotel is the best👍

I'm from the countryside, so I should have been used to it, but when I checked in, there was a huge spider in front of the entrance, a small spider in the entrance as soon as I entered the room, and a tiny gecko in the living room at the back... I was so sorry, but I immediately called the front desk and asked if there was a staff member who could do something about the gecko...and they took me there...

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! 👍 The hotel staff was very nice and even helped with restaurant reservations. If there were any communication issues, they could easily communicate with them using their mobile phone translator! The room was huge, big enough for kids to play hide-and-seek! 🐱 There was also a washing machine, which was convenient for drying clothes on the balcony...

The room was so spacious that we had more than enough space, and the interior was beautiful everywhere. The view from the balcony was amazing, and gazing out at the sea and sky in the morning was truly relaxing. The hotel is renovated and the building itself is old, but it is very clean. The staff were all smiling and friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary rice balls at breakfast. The bus terminal and Ishigaki Port Terminal are also nearby, making it convenient. There doesn't appear to be a parking lot, so those with rental cars may need to check.

Location for trips to island is perfect. Breakfast sushi is wonderful which I like most. The scenery on the roof is very good. Only the room is small and no free car parking. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am.

The location of the hotel is perfect, a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, the bus stop to the airport and the centre of town. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious. What sets this hotel truly apart though is its staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We liked it so much that we returned to the hotel after having spent a week visiting nearby islands.

We had some trouble at the hotel and had to move to Seven by Seven at short notice. They quickly arranged it for us, and the result was... I'm so grateful.
