Cleanliness: The rooms are old and poorly cleaned, and the bathrooms are smelly.
Ambience: See the pictures. It doesn't feel like a resort hotel at all.
Service: Half a star is for Ctrip. I'm used to using Ctrip, and if I ever encounter a hotel with such completely unprofessional behavior, it's easy to be ignored when I personally communicate with them. Ctrip proactively addresses the issue.
Facilities: Air conditioning, exhaust fan, and refrigerator—the combined noise from these three old, dilapidated items will keep you awake all night.
I couldn't book a good hotel for my summer vacation in Japan, so I booked this one on the spur of the moment. There was a negative review about the broken air conditioning and the rude staff. I thought that wouldn't happen, but the entire hotel is really old and the management is extremely lax and arrogant, making it very likely you'll end up making a bad trip. Don't let a bad hotel ruin your mood and delay your trip when you finally get to travel.

On the first night, we walked-in to the hotel restaurant for dinner. As we did not make a reservation in advance, we thought we would have to go out and find a restaurant. In the end, the staff carefully arranged it for us and assisted us in ordering. We are grateful to the staff for their careful arrangements.
There is also a free drink every day, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant or take away. use
Every day, I see employees using blowers to blow away fallen leaves on the wheels of cars in the open-air parking lot. They are very considerate.
