Have public bath, really clean and people at reception are very helpful. A very good spot for any traveler!

Nestled right opposite a shopping arcade and within minutes walk from the City Tram, this capsule hotel is clean and comfortable! You can rent a humidifier from the front reception, and there is also a hot bath where you can relax after a days walk! Right behind the hotel is Chinatown, and there is a 7-11 too! Will stay here again when I come back to Nagasaki. Highly recommended as it's value for money

The hotel is located in the same building as the underground station as well as Donki. Worth it for a short stay for a solo trip.

Situated in a lively area, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There's also a shopping centre nearby with a wide variety of stores. Public transport is also easy, with bus and tram stops nearby. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English, and we had no problems checking in. Thank you, First Cabin! ❤️

It was great that it was in the perfect location.

Located close to Kankodori Station, it's the perfect place to stay and have a drink. There's also a bath so you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

We used this restaurant for a memorial service. Although the building was old and worn, it was clean. The meal was a kaiseki meal, and the seasoning was excellent overall, especially the crunchy freshness of the sashimi. The cooking method also had a retro-modern feel.

Love the location Saint Hill, hotel offers the good spacious room and lots of amenities. Parking is not free but have affordable rate for guests. Highly recommend

I was impressed by how thorough the room cleaning was. The facilities themselves are not new, but I believe it is thanks to the staff's daily work that the rooms are kept so clean. The service of being able to choose the shampoo was also great. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The hotel kindly upgraded us to a Japanese-Western style room, which was very comfortable.

I stayed here during the Nagasaki Lantern Festival. The location was great and it was perfect for sightseeing. The food was also delicious.

I made a reservation because it said breakfast was included, but the receptionist told me that there is no breakfast for stays on Sundays.

It was nice that breakfast was included and that the bus stop to the airport was nearby. However, the mirror was dirty and the room lock was a bit of a hassle as it didn't auto-lock with a key. I thought the service was good.

The location is not bad, and the price is also good. If you get a smoking room, it smells a lot. I recommend getting a non-smoking room. It is good that you can leave your key and go out.

It was my second stay and the breakfast was good.

It's an old hotel, but it's well-maintained, so the rooms are clean. You will be healed by the relaxed atmosphere of the front desk.

Although it was an old inn, the cleaning was very thorough, and the hot springs were also kept clean. I was very satisfied with the accommodation for the price.

We had a great time relaxing as a family ^_^ The hot spring smelled nostalgic, bringing back memories of going to the hot springs early in the morning with my grandma when I was little ^_^

I stayed with my family, and they carefully taught me how to make steamed dishes, where to find fishmongers and grocery stores, and more. Also, the hot springs left my skin feeling silky smooth. I could hear the sounds of a party next door, but I was able to sleep. It was a fun experience.

An interesting clean guest house. Very conveniently located, right next to the local bus station. You can see it right away even without a map). I didn’t receive a code for get in at the first. But super friendly people in reception. Great location, maybe the air conditioning during the night was too strong..very cold even with pijama and Nordic blankets.

The room is clean and cosy, free breakfast provided. The only one thing might be challenging is there is no elevator but my bed is on fourth floor 😆

One of the best places to stay. Very chilled, quiet, nice and with amazing jam toasts in the morning. The issue for some may be that you should climb the third floor which may be a challenge with a big suitcase. Apart from that nothing serious. It is also close to Chinatown.

This hostel has some genuinely strong points, but also several issues that stop it from being a great stay. It’s very much a mix of highs and lows. The positives: The common room is comfortable, with very good sofas and fast Wi-Fi (though it occasionally drops out — a router upgrade would easily fix this). Amazing hostel! Very nice staff, and the location is just great! There is a train station just in front of the hostel.

You can spend the entire stay without meeting any staff from check-in to check-out. It's great for a place to just sleep, as it's cheap and well-equipped. There's a shower and toilet in the room, which is convenient. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The only thing that's a bit of a hassle is that you can't exchange money and you have to remove the sheets.

Got a nice e-bike here for a reasonable price! Took it around the peace park/museum and area. The owner is sweet and gave me an easy way to return the bike in case he was away.

A little up hill across Nagasaki station, close to 26 Martyrs monument and museum, restaurants and main road of streetcar and buses. Super quiet neighborhood. Bicycle rental available. I rented an ebike to explore Nagasaki. Very friendly staff, decent bikes. I went all the way down to the Kaba Island Lighthouse and return and the battery were still at 30%. Overall it should last around 100km if you use Eco mode.

It is a hostel, so do not expect air-tight privacy. However, besides being a cafe, it has a kitchen so you can cook, and a laundry machine. Shower and restroom are shared.  Staff is super friendly and will help you on the spot should any necessity arise.  Perfect for solo or a young couple traveling on a budget
