My room is at the old building which I was not informed before I was assigned. I thought they should email me. I was so confused where to check in because lack of communication. Most of the staff, if non japanese, does not give clear information, I felt like they are part-time or work for fun, especially in dining area.

Breakfast was great, and the service was very welcoming. There's no swimming pool, but it's very close to the train station and Mount Inasa. You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!

The hotel environment is great and the location is excellent. It was just during Chinese New Year, so it was a bit hard to find parking. The hot springs were really relaxing, though. I'll definitely come back next time.

This is a pleasant hotel located right next to Dejima, the former Dutch settlement, and less than 10 minutes away from Chinatown. A tram stop is also right opposite the hotel. It was a shame that there was no smartphone charging cord provided in the room. They did offer free rentals, but it was a bit of a hassle. There was a cockroach in the room, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning.

The building was old, and the room itself seemed like it hadn't been used in quite some time; for instance, the kettle was too dirty to even consider using. The air conditioning was also an older, portable unit. I did develop a slight cough starting the next day, which made me a bit worried, but thankfully, it didn't turn into anything serious, and I was able to continue with my sightseeing plans.

Good location and quiet and comfortable rooms . Very nice bedding and good mattress .  No communal spaces in the hotel other than the lobby . No living room . No laundry service at the weekend . No English speaking  staff and google translate didn’t seem to work for them which meant I had a lot of frustration in trying to find out some information . The hotel is located between 2 tram stations. It’s also not far from You Me department store. The price is good for twin bed room with non-smoking. The wall is quite soundproof so barely hear noises from nearby rooms. The bathtub is fairly big comparing to other business hotels. The staffs are quite helpful and we do appreciated.

The impression was neither good nor bad, in a good way. If I had to give one point, it would be that the rail for the shower curtain in the bathroom is oval (curved), which gives you a little more space when showering. I wish all accommodation facilities would adopt this.
