Nagasaki, 1-3277-7 Ioujima-machi (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
My absolute favorite place to visit!
The staff's genuine kindness is truly heartwarming.
Three distinct spas, each offering its own unique charm.
You can feel their sincere desire to go the extra mile for guests.
Great stay, room was really comfortable and saw activities for kids i guess. Feels like club med i suppose.
i like this hotel. the food is very good quility..room is so wide😀i want to come back again..
The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for money, so you can easily spend a full and enjoyable vacation without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway!
Excellent value for money. The room was in great condition, and all the resort facilities were fantastic. However, it was a bit disappointing that dining options closed so early, around 2-3 PM.
There's a wide variety of activities to enjoy around the property. For instance, even small children can ride the buggies, so it's an activity the whole family can enjoy together

amazing! best hotel experience on my japan trip!
service : amazing service from hotel staff & reception was very friendly [10/10]
room : very spacious & very clean with many amenities! [10/10]
location : 2-3mins walk, just opposite of nagasaki station [10/10]
cost : amazing value given the great service & quality ($162 sgd for 2) [10/10]
miku & I loved our stay! ありがとうございます!
The hotel condition and location is very good. The room is very big in Japan’s hotel room context. Near to train station and AMU shopping complex. Will definitely stay there again if I visit next time.
The hotel is only a three to four minute walk from the train station, which was a lifesaver for my exhausted self. It's clean, and the brand-new facilities are a refreshing change from typical Japanese hotels
I went to the newly created Hilton Nagasaki. The entrance is not so bright, but the inside is very bright and beautiful. First of all, it is the best place because it is very close to Nagasaki station
You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!
Just next to Nagasaki station, fairly new building, and the staff very friendly, recommended if you have more budget to stay with luxury atmosphere.

Good stay and will consider staying here again for the amazing breakfast spread and onsen spa. Hotel is generous to supply complimentary laundry washer at no charge. Dryer is affordable at 100yen for 30mins spin
Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell
Great breakfast! Unfortunately the room was not very clean full of dust on surface. Also the room smelled like a smoking room though it's a non smoking one. Onsen and late night snack were really nice.
Their locations are almost always prime, and this Nagasaki branch is no exception. It's less than a 300-meter walk from the airport bus stop, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions
I've become a huge fan of Dormy Inn hotels! They offer incredible value for money, featuring hot springs, a generous breakfast, and even complimentary late-night ramen along with other sweet treats
Very generous and considerate for hotel guests. Complimentary supper Ramen and ice cream. Well done and staffs were friendly and helpful

The hot water and sauna at Sky Spa were also the best
Very convenient location in Chinatown. Parking just around the corner, very decent pricing when you get the voucher from reception at checkout. Nice onsen on the roof with outdoor baisin
The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages
The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It’s on a quiet pedestrian street just two minutes from Chinatown, and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby
We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people
The hotel environment is great and the location is excellent. It was just during Chinese New Year, so it was a bit hard to find parking. The hot springs were really relaxing, though. I'll definitely come back next time.

Hotel is on the mountain with very good view of the whole harbour! Breakfast included was very good with plenty choices of food! Staff are very helpful and car park provided is reasonable!
Down side of this hotel are the condition if the whole hotel was too old and out of maintenance, I been here 8 years ago while the decoration and interior are still the same old fashioned design from maybe 2 decades...
Nice Japanese style hotel
Clean and good service
Night view is great
The inn itself is a bit dated, but its main appeal is the excellent value for money, and the rooms offer night views of Nagasaki city
Hotel is quite old especially the bathroom.my kids dont like their shower.extra fee for car parking.
However, the views of Nagasaki from the hotel are simply breathtaking!
The rooms are traditional tatami style, and they use physical keys instead of card keys
The air conditioning is ancient! It's hard to control the water temperature in the bath! The room is too far away! The price for the buffet was different from what was listed on the website! The staff who handled foreigners were good, though!

The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax
This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one
The hotel was small but enough space and The vibe was very stylish and the free laundry was a definitely huge plus! And the public bath was so beautiful …
I really enjoyed staying here
Although the hotel is small, the overall experience was truly wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and they even had Nagasaki's local specialty cake, all handmade by the staff!
The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture
The only strange thing was the bathroom with windows in both side - to the room and outside. You can close it but you have to cover all the windows every time you go tge toilet

The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was amazing, clean, tidy and beautiful. The location is awesome everything is there.
Building may be old but it is very clean and spacious rooms. Ample toiletries and amenities. Staff members are courteous and helpful but English is limited so prepare to use translation apps
It is a pity that the opening and closing metal fittings of the window are broken and there is a little vacancy and there is a sound of wind pressure
Stayed on a trip to Fukuoka and Nagasaki. In terms of location, it's the best location, you can eat while walking, drinking, and buying castella
As for the room, it was clean with good space, good bath, good toilet, but the amenities are about cheap Bizho
It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely use it again when I'm alone.

Nagasaki, 523 Otori-machi, Nagasaki-shi (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel has a shuttle bus service, but remember to book at least one day in advance
Good food quality and a wide variety of buffet options
The view from the open-air hot spring on the 11th floor is amazing, be sure to take a dip!
The hotel is on the mountain opposite the station. It takes about an hour to climb with weights. And the navigation shows only steps and paths for climbing. In fact, there is a minibus behind the hotel
The hotel is quite a classic one and is located next to a small mountain. The view from upper floor (our room was on the 9th floor) give your a really nice view of the Nagasaki bay
My dinner timing slot was specified to be at 7:30-9pm but when a go in at 7:30pm sharp most other guests are already inside. At 8:30pm food are already gone!
Very nice onsen hotel, onsen with good view but specific time period for male and female to use the pool with view at 11 floor
The facilities in the room are a bit old, but it is very clean and the room is relatively large. There is a tatami next to the window, where you can lie down and look at the street view of Nagasaki

Super nice view room, wide view, Kengo Kuma's work is different, the night view of Nagasaki Port is in full view, breakfast and dinner are very delicious, and the dishes are exquisitely presented!
I originally wanted to stay at Nagasaki Marriott, but there was no room available that day, so I chose to stay here. The environment far exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended!
This is a wonderful place to be especially in the night.. Their menu is quite delicious even though the portions are small.. It looks expensive too but the experience is well worth it.
The sushi diner is carefully prepared by the masterful chefs, and the teppanyaki dining experience is out of this world. The rooms are neat and boasts a decent view of the city
The service staff at the hotel are very friendly. It’s the best place to stay in Fukuoka. I will definitely come back when I bring my parents to play next time
Perched on a rocky summit overlooking a stunning view of Nagasaki city, the resort truly lives up to it 'best in Nagasaki' claim

What a beautiful hot spring ♨️ hotel, clean and beautiful, great service, it is worthy of being in the top 100 Asian hot spring ♨️ hotels. I booked breakfast and dinner, and the dinner was great. This is my second stay
Very beautiful ryokan, nice and clean with a zen lush garden which you can walk around in the morning and evening. Meals were fantastic and prepared using fresh local ingredients, portions were great and filling
Staff were super hospitable, breakfast and dinner were decadent and during dinner each dish/course was introduced to us in detail.
The onsen was also super nice and relaxing with full amenities provided.
Everything was great! The dinner was wonderful, especially the beef and fish with mashed potatoes (a French dish). Everything is explained very clearly and politely! The staff is very warm-hearted.
It is a newly designed Japanese-style hotel. The large bathhouse is also very beautiful. The Western-style rooms are not big but very beautiful. The view from the open-air bath is pretty good
No very good service during dinner

There is a lounge with free snacks and alcoholic beverages at tea time. Only drawback is the hotel is situated up a hill which means you need to drive. They however do provide a free shuttle bus to the station
The hotel is located on a mountaintop, and there are buses from Nagasaki Station right outside the hotel. It's a very welcoming place, and the staff are very patient
Dinner menu changes if you stay more than one night which is very thoughtful. Breakfast however was buffet style and the choices were limited and same everyday
My only advice is to take a car/taxi/bus, but don't walk to the hotel! Yes, Google Maps will show the walk is short and only involves a couple of stairs. But that's not true; I've experienced it firsthand
A wonderful hotel! The room has a great view of the city, and the room itself is simply beautiful. If you're ever in Nagasaki, I definitely recommend staying here
Clean, well appointed hotel with a fantastic night view of the city. There is however a big cemetery below the hotel which some what mars the fantastic views

It's good for a walk right behind the shrine and it's very quiet. There's also a stream flowing nearby, so it was very healing.
Near to Isahaya station
The hotel is around 5-10 minute walk to Isahaya station. The receptionist is nice but barely understand and speak English
Good staff services
Always stay here. Very helpful hotel staff when seek for help !
The room is neat and it’s super great to have a foot massage machine in it
The facilities were old, and the bathroom was noticeably old, with things like the hand soap containers, and it didn't feel clean.
I felt it was a bit disappointing considering the price.

With the active assistance of the customer service staff, we were lucky to solve and overcome the problem and actively compensated for our losses. Thank you trip, it is still a booking platform that makes me feel at ease
Amakusa is at the edge of Kumamoto, and transportation is inconvenient. You can take the Amakusa bus from Kumamoto, which takes two and a half hours on the road. There will be no group tours in this place, which is good
The men's and women's baths will rotate on single and double days, so we go to the bathhouse in the evening and early morning. It is really relaxing and great. It should be one of the best hotels in Amakusa
Hotel had public baths and breakfast buffet came with the room we booked. Spread of the buffet was alright. Location wise, it’s nothing exceptional, but I don’t think there’s much to do in town anyways
The hotel is located in the first row of the sea view. The scenery in the morning and evening is superb. The service staff is very friendly and the food is also very satisfactory
We were about 15min drive to the dolphin centre which was the main itinerary for our day in Amakusa. View was good, hotel had its own garden area and sea view

Amenities are plentiful, including a welcome drink!
The people at the front desk were very friendly and it was worth the price! I was very satisfied!
It didn't bother me that much, but those who look for perfection might be concerned about the dirt and mold in the bathroom, but generally all areas were clean and I was very satisfied!
The bathroom is quite big, there is a stove and washing machine in the room, but it is a little far from the JR station
Really nice hotel. I would return next time I visit Isahaya.
Very friendly staff, quiet location
Isahaya trip and a short stay for one night. The room is not big but very clean. There is also free laundry service and drying is also free. There are also three or four izakayas near the station
I thought this was just another business hotel, but I was surprised to see an observation bath on the top floor.
Men can use it from 8:40pm until 11pm, so I had it all to myself.

In addition, the tatami is very comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is also delicious. Except for the old decoration of the room, everything else is very good and cost-effective
We booked 4 rooms for 10 people stays. So far my family enjoyed the stay here to experience the traditional Japanese ryokan with dinner and breakfast. Food are delicious as well
However, the hotel claims it's a problem with the system and cannot do this. This lack of flexibility causes losses for guests, which is very unsatisfactory. We hope the management methods can be improved
The hotel staff are very polite and hospitable. The hot spring facilities are also very good. There is an open-air bath with a beautiful environment. Horse oil is used for bathing and shampooing in the hot spring
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was exceptional, with a variety of dishes that were both tasty and beautifully presented. The private hot spring in the room was a highlight of my stay
Service was great, although I feel like the hotel is targeted at more elderly travelers. Breakfast was pretty and tasty. Onsen feels a bit unrenovated. The garden and the pond are pretty also

If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy a panoramic view of Nagasaki, and soak in an onsen, this is definitely the hotel to stay at
However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath
I booked a corner room to enjoy the Nagasaki city view, and it was absolutely stunning—honestly the highlight of my stay
The staff were very friendly, and there were team members who specifically assisted international guests and spoke excellent English
Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath
Overall, it was fantastic! The only slight disappointment was that the soup served with dinner was lukewarm. On the bright side, I was really happy that both bathhouses had a shampoo bar! ( *´꒳`*)

The room was filled with pink and girly amenities – so lovely! The rainy weather made me feel so warm inside… The value for money absolutely blows away the neighboring Miyazaki and Hoshino Resorts (I've stayed at both)
The Japanese-style room has futons, so I'm not sure if it's an experience that non-Japanese people would find acceptable. Both dinner and breakfast are Japanese, so this was also good
The portions were more than a Japanese person could eat, and the food was delicious. Meals are taken in the large hall
The open-air bath was unlimited. Dinner was also exceptionally plentiful. And the service was, needless to say, up to the usual Japanese standard! Extremely satisfied
I absolutely loved this place! The owner is very elegant and must have been a stunning beauty in her youth… She was incredibly kind and let us check in an hour early
The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor baths for men and women, and they have a nice atmosphere. It was the end of the year, so there were a lot of guests

This is an inn that I would like to stay at again. After checking out, they saw us off, and in the rearview mirror I could see them waving goodbye until we were out of sight. It was a really wonderful hotel ♡
The room is big but a little old. You can watch the sunset at night. The hot spring bath is big but there is no outdoor. The breakfast and dinner are very good. The service is warm and thoughtful
The building itself is old, but it has been well-cleaned and kept clean, the restaurant seems to have been renovated, it has a very stylish space, and all the food was delicious
Above all, the hospitality of the staff was amazing!
We had a comfortable stay. The adorable cats were also soothing. As one of the eight sunset views, we were able to see a big, round, beautiful sunset
We were in the old building on the second floor and it seems they had some leakage problems. For instance, small flies like springtails were in the toilet room. I guess the new part of the hotel would be better
Super good, I like the food, accommodation, hot springs and service staff. I will definitely stay here again next time. I stayed for two nights and it was very relaxing and comfortable. The sunset was also beautiful.

Unfortunately, it rained that day, so I missed out on seeing Obama's famous sunset, but the hot springs and food were fantastic, and above all, the hospitality and consideration of the staff far exceeded my expectations, making it an unforgettable night
If you're hesitating, I'd say don't hesitate. It was a truly wonderful experience. All the staff were very friendly and kind, and the facilities, while old-fashioned, were well-maintained, which was actually nice
After staying for two days, the meals were very rich, and the two breakfasts also had slight changes. The accommodation comes with the most basic fish sashimi set meal. I wanted to eat it🦀, so I added about 9
Private rooftop onsen for just ¥1,000—what a steal! Best for 1–2 people (three would be too tight). Time it for sunset. Friendly staff got me in immediately. Parking on both sides of the building.
The onsen on the first floor was also nice, but the onsen on the fifth floor rooftop was private, available for each room every 30 minutes after 7:30 PM. Before then, it was free to use
It felt wonderful to soak in the onsen while looking out at the blue sky and the ocean. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were exquisite and delicious, so I finished everything
