The tram station is also nearby, allowing smooth access to tourist attractions such as Glover Garden and Chinatown

The location is perfect, but there is no parking, so I parked nearby, but parking fees are high if you drive in and out. The room was small but clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including a menu unique to Nagasaki

It was a shame that there was no smartphone charging cord provided in the room. They did offer free rentals, but it was a bit of a hassle

There is a freezer built into the top of the refrigerator, so it may be difficult to store ice cream and other things. There were two pillows, and the bed was very comfortable for me, so I slept soundly

The shampoo, treatment, body shampoo, hand and face soap were not bad either. Instant coffee, powdered milk, and green tea bags were available in the room

Hotel Saint Paul Nagasaki

The store manager is Japanese, very enthusiastic, very patient, and the service is very good! The room is also very clean and comfortable

The location is excellent for visiting the Atomic Bomb Peace Memorial Museum, as it's less than a 2-minute walk away. It's also close to the Peace Park, which is why I visited this hotel for a memorial service

The staff were pleasant and I wanted a hotel which was very close to the hypo center and you don't get any closer than this it is literally about 50 yards from the museum and maybe 150 yards from the ground zero

It's a 3-minute walk from the tram and bus stops (you need to go up and down a ramp), and Nagasaki Station is about a 15-minute public transport ride away. There's a shopping mall nearby, but only one cafe

Cleanliness is acceptable, and the rooms are quite spacious for a hotel in this price range. There are convenience stores near the hotel, and the hotel also has a convenience store open until 21:30

There is a convenience store on lobby, a lawson is within 2 minutes walk, and a Chinese restaurant around the corner. I will use this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Nagasaki

APA Hotel Nagasaki Ekiminami

There is a small gap between bathtub and wall where the water can go, who knows how it looks down there. The hotel is in walking distance to the train station, but a bit farther to the city center

room size was typical for japan (in my limited experience), and layout was like the rest, but the little things were a bit nicer, like a little more space in the entryway and around bed, so easier to lay out our travel gear

The rooms are fairly luxurious, everything you need is there, the beds are incredibly comfy. Everything is very clean and the staff is nice. Although I dislike breakfast not being a standard part of the booking

However most of the eateries nearby the hotel are only open for dinner, hence if you are an early riser, it's better to go to Nagasaki station for breakfast. Staff are friendly but speak limited English

Rooms are small as most hotel rooms in this category! WiFi worked well in my room, but may not be the case everywhere in the building. Look for a room towards the harbor and mountain across the water

A clean and cheap hotel, with nice harbour view from my room. The in-room wifi is strong and stable. 15-20 min walk from Nagasaki train station 長崎駅, but the tram station is just 3 min away.

A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking

🚙 Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists

🛌 The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote

🏞️ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance

The external washbasin is also very large, and a curly head is thoughtfully prepared for guests to use. The most important thing is that the bed is comfortable and relieves me from the fatigue of traveling for a week

The breakfast was very luxurious and filling. The room was very spacious, and the interior had a lovely atmosphere reminiscent of a Western-style building.

The hotel although looks old on the outside but well furbished interior with a little vintage style. The room and toilet is spacious with amenities that you can collect at the hotel reception

I had a great stay here in this quaint hotel, it's very convenient and located near many attractions. Many parking options as well if you are driving

It is also convenient to get around with a bus stop just right outside the hotel that goes to Nagasaki Station and a tram stop within 3-5mins walking distance

The only downside is that our toilet's washlet/bidet wasnt working during our stay and nothing was done even after informing the hotel reception

Strategic location that is within walking distance to Chinatown and Nagasaki Hamamachi Shopping Street

Overall i would recommend this place for its location, price and spaciousness
