Best Hotels in Nagasaki

Overall, this isn't about atmosphere or design, but about convenience and predictability. It's a good value-for-money option if location and basic comfort are important to you

It has everything you need, without anything extra – a good option if you plan to do a lot of walking and just come back to rest

The staff were friendly, but their English wasn't very good (luckily, we had no problems with a translator), and they helped us send our suitcases to another city

The service is very standardized; check-in and check-out are done via machines, but there are staff members on hand to assist. Breakfast is very simple, but the room itself is pretty good, with a sufficiently large desk

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March. The main plus is the location: the hotel is literally right next to Nagasaki Station, which is convenient for transfers and generally as a base for exploring the city

This isn't the first time we've encountered the fact that, among all hotels, the soundproofing is probably one of the worst; you can hear the road even on the 7th floor, but it's generally bearable

Friendly staff that speaks good english. Luggage storage on the first floor that can be unlocked using ic card. Clean and extremely short distance from the train station, bus and trams.

JR Kyushu hotel Nagasaki is within walking distance to Nagasaki JR station and it is surrounded by shopping malls. We were grateful for the early check in at 1pm. The room is cozy and comfortable

Excellent location just next to Amuplaza which is next to Nagasaki train station. Easy access from the station by just cutting through the mall

Excellent location with easy access to the main station. Breakfast with 2 variations is great. Perfect place for short trip.

Hotel’s location is also very central and easy connecting by bus or trams to places of interest such as Mt Inasa ropeway, Atomic Bomb Peace Museum, Glover Garden, Dejima, Gunkanjima Digital Museum etc

The space is just nice for one large and one medium luggages. The toilet and amenities provided are great. Luggage storage was available after check out. Umbrellas was also available for rainy days

The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for money, so you can easily spend a full and enjoyable vacation without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

i like this hotel. the food is very good quility..room is so wide😀i want to come back again..

The best seaside Hot spring I've had!

Excellent value for money. The room was in great condition, and all the resort facilities were fantastic. However, it was a bit disappointing that dining options closed so early, around 2-3 PM.

The 'Island Pay' e-money, which can be used at shops throughout the island, offers excellent value: you get 2,000 yen in points when you charge 10,000 yen

My absolute favorite place to visit! The staff's genuine kindness is truly heartwarming. Three distinct spas, each offering its own unique charm. You can feel their sincere desire to go the extra mile for guests.

The hot water and sauna at Sky Spa were also the best

Very convenient location in Chinatown. Parking just around the corner, very decent pricing when you get the voucher from reception at checkout. Nice onsen on the roof with outdoor baisin

The hotel environment is great and the location is excellent. It was just during Chinese New Year, so it was a bit hard to find parking. The hot springs were really relaxing, though. I'll definitely come back next time.

Excellent location and hotel is very new located in center of city which has lots of eateries around Hotel staffs are very helpful and kind definitely will stay again in next visit

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It’s on a quiet pedestrian street just two minutes from Chinatown, and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby

The rooftop spa is excellent!

Good stay and will consider staying here again for the amazing breakfast spread and onsen spa. Hotel is generous to supply complimentary laundry washer at no charge. Dryer is affordable at 100yen for 30mins spin

Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell

Great breakfast! Unfortunately the room was not very clean full of dust on surface. Also the room smelled like a smoking room though it's a non smoking one. Onsen and late night snack were really nice.

I've become a huge fan of Dormy Inn hotels! They offer incredible value for money, featuring hot springs, a generous breakfast, and even complimentary late-night ramen along with other sweet treats

Very generous and considerate for hotel guests. Complimentary supper Ramen and ice cream. Well done and staffs were friendly and helpful

There are self check-in kiosks in the hotel but most of the staff are proactive about helping you have an efficient and easy check-in. Rooms are spacious enough for a standard Japanese business hotel

Great hotel in an excellent location. Buses and trams just outside the door. Halfway between peace park and train station. Coffee shop inside the foyer and onsen in the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend it

Great location, friendly counter service as they tried their best to assist in booking our ferry to kumamoto. Public bath house is awesome!

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a rich choice of food to suit different tastes

The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop and Family Mart just outside the hotel, which made getting around and picking up daily necessities very easy

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and always helpful, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out

I especially appreciated the onsen facilities, which were clean, relaxing, and a highlight of my stay

Nice hotel, good location. Providing on-site parking conveniently. A lot of food choices outside hotel.

The Nagasaki Shianbashi Richmond Hotel, a 3-star business hotel, underwent renovation in 2023 and boasts excellent overall quality

i applaud the housekeeping staff for thorough jobs; i love the eco-cleaning option. the location is also very good, close to the arcade and chinatown

Very nice hotel in a great location. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, and the hotel has parking. The staff is very friendly.

Close to restaurants and a famous castella/ Japanese pastry shop

The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV

The hotel is very convenient and near to the tram station. It is a good price with a reasonable bed size.

This is a pleasant hotel located right next to Dejima, the former Dutch settlement, and less than 10 minutes away from Chinatown. A tram stop is also right opposite the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean

10 min walk from jr Nagasaki with luggage. 3 mins walk from you me where there's a big supermarket,Starbucks ,Uniqlo n

* Room size is a little bit small * Breakfast food was quite delicious, but the food choices are too few * The location is so close to the tram and bus stop, so it's really helpful when traveling alone

Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park

Great value, great location and great service. It is conveniently located near the main bus to/from airport, trams and shopping and sightseeing. I was not expecting such a good level of service for that price

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants, which made getting around Nagasaki really convenient

Overall, a great place to stay and excellent value for the location!

Good value for money, and the two beds can be pushed together.

The hotel location was good, near Amu Plaza n Bus station.

Everything is ok, but room is too small. I need to manage 2 luggages by opening one of them at front door.

Good hotel with an enticing price. Up to par with other affordable, small business hotels you'd find across Japan. I appreciated the simple check-in and baggage storage options.

The hotel is a bit old and the ceiling is a bit low, but the room is clean and the location is best, next to Amu Plaza and Nagasaki Station.

Beautiful and spacious tatami room. Bed was very comfortable with futon options. Nagasaki is such a special place to visit and the hotel makes it comfortable for restful time

Breakfast can be improved and onsite parking is available but comes with a daily fee

It's close to Nagasaki Station, the facilities are clean, and it was very nice. I'd host to come back again.

Overall, the place was very clean, the complimentary amenities provided were excellent, and the price was also incredibly reasonable

The hotel is within walking distance to JR station and a big shopping mall

amazing! best hotel experience on my japan trip! service : amazing service from hotel staff & reception was very friendly [10/10] room : very spacious & very clean with many amenities! [10/10] location : 2-3mins walk, just opposite of nagasaki station [10/10] cost : amazing value given the great service & quality ($162 sgd for 2) [10/10] miku & I loved our stay! ありがとうございます！

The hotel condition and location is very good. The room is very big in Japan’s hotel room context. Near to train station and AMU shopping complex.  Will definitely stay there again if I visit next time.

Best service I ever had in my life. Restaurant assisted with restaurant bookings and lent me umbrella when it was raining

I went to the newly created Hilton Nagasaki. The entrance is not so bright, but the inside is very bright and beautiful. First of all, it is the best place because it is very close to Nagasaki station

Excellent location, the hotel facilities are very new, and they even arranged an early check-in for me.

Good location and nice facility, but breakfast waiting around 7AM.

The food was decent and the price was reasonable. The convenience of this location is its best point

Located is near to China town and Hamanomachi Arcade. This hotel has its private parking and coats 1200 yens. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, just steps away from Chinatown. The breakfast spread was also pretty good.

Walking distance to busy shopping area. Very good area. Room are good too

Overall, it was pretty good, and the location is excellent. The only minor issue was the room size.

Located right next to China town and Shian bashi street so there are lots of restaurants and bars. About 5 min walk to the nearest tram stop and the airport limousine bus stop. The staff were helpful and professional

Do not look any further. This is THE place to stay in nagasaki. Good locstion, nice people, modern hotel and excellent price

We had a great stay in this hotel. It’s close to train station and a lot of places to eat around. The hotel doesn’t provide parking space so we had to park at the public parking area near the hotel

Very good place to stay. Super easy to travel around. Recommended.

Very convenient location across the JR station. Room was good but sometimes too overheated. Chose option without breakfast.

But other than that, the location is super convenient to bus stop and everywhere, breakfast is agood

The location is super convenient. It is across the nagasaki train station and In front of the tram stop. There are restaurants and 2 convenient stores near the hotel. The staff is also very friendly

Good location and quiet and comfortable rooms. Very nice bedding and good mattress.   No communal spaces in the hotel other than the lobby. No laundry service at the weekend

A nice hotel in Nagasaki, close to the No. 5 tram stop and in a good neighbourhood. The room was a bit small, but that is pretty standard in Japan. The bathroom was clean. For a stay of one or two days, it is perfect.

Very relaxing, especially at night. Perfect if you want a calm and stress-free stay. Close to tourist spots, restaurants, and easy transportation access. Highly recommended for a relaxing and stylish stay in Nagasaki!

This hotels so great. The location, the service so excellent. I will stay there again.

The hotel has a unique vibe. It has a good location, close to Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden. Staffs are nice.

Places of interest easily accessible by tram as there is a tram station near the hotel. Staff are super helpful.

One of the bigger rooms I had on my trip to Japan. Great location and don t miss the excellent lunch buffet with harbour view. Will come back@

The weather was nice and the sea breeze felt great. Breakfast was also delicious.

The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; I had a wonderful night's sleep. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The facilities are a bit old, but overall they still reflect the standards of a long-established luxury hotel. The service is excellent, and the hotel is located very close to the city center.

The location is good and staff are very nice. There is a free shuttle bus service to Nagasaki ropeway every night and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel

Great service, really confortable, the location is excellent. And a plus all the amenities!! I loved the eye warmers and the bath powder :D

The hotel is located between 2 tram stations. It’s also not far from You Me department store. The price is good for twin bed room with non-smoking. The wall is quite soundproof so barely hear noises from nearby rooms

Very comfortable beds. Good location. Helpful staff. Bus and tram stop nearby. Clean and good amenities for bathing, including bath bomb.

About an 8-minute walk from the train station. Standard room with everything you need. The front desk is helpful, but not everyone speaks English. Small breakfast area, good breakfast buffet

The staff is amazing, but it's not like South East Asia in Service, but for Japan, this hotel is fulfilling exactly what you expect! You don't do something wrong booking this hotel, if you want a bit of a decent budget solution - this is your go-to hotel!

The 5/5 for location is due to nice closeness to the train station - perfect! Please note that it's far from the Nagasaki Nuclear Bomb Museum, Monument and the one legged Tori! The 5/5 for Service is because it's Japan

I made a spontaneous trip around Kyushu, so I went also spontaneously to Nagasaki. I found the S Peria with great reviews and it's exactly what is written here and everywhere! It's a decent choice

The location was great, as it was close to the lantern venue! The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was grateful that the parking lot was nearby, and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient

This was my second time staying here, and just like the first, everything was perfect and I had a comfortable stay. They offer complimentary mineral water daily, and if you wish, room cleaning and towel changes

I was very satisfied with the staff's service, the cleanliness of the room, and above all, the great location. I would like to use this hotel again on my next trip to Nagasaki.

Check-in and check-out are done via a terminal at the front desk using a card key. It's right next to Chinatown and an Aeon supermarket

It was a very easy-to-use hotel

It's really conveniently located, with a tram in front, Chinatown behind, and Aeon Mall next door. I was satisfied with the service and facilities, but the only real disappointment was the small bathroom.

Very convenient, only a few minutes away from mini markets and aeon and the shopping street. Service is good too!

The hotel was located in good area and the famous arcade was just cross the street

This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one

Amenities are good and bought a few shower gels and shampoos there as they smelled so good. The room and bathroom are perfectly clean. Very tasty green tea met us on the reception

The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax

The service was also excellent, and the facilities were great! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Nagasaki

The location is excellent, right in Chinatown, and there are buses going everywhere. It's just a one-minute walk if you turn right out of the hotel. I hadn't booked a hotel and wanted to challenge myself and test Trip

Because the hotel was so good, I decided to stay an extra day in Nagasaki. On the second day, a Saturday, the price went up to 280 RMB

When I asked at the hotel, it was 330 RMB per night. I had seen it online for 180 RMB, and by the time I checked out, it was a little over 230 RMB, which is still much cheaper than booking directly

I'm not sure what the price would have been if I'd booked it the day before, so I can't say. Also, to get to Spectacles Bridge, you just walk right out of the hotel for about six minutes

Perfectly clean, new and stylish . Best breakfast i've ever seen in Japan. Lady on the reception speaks english 10/10

The room is clean and spacious and the staff is nice. The location is super convenient that closed to the China Street for dinning and we can go shopping at the street near the hotel.

Excellent service and care from all the staffs! Recommended to drive due to stiff slops approx 1km from peace stadium

Room was spacious with comfortable beds, and perfect for a good night of rest. That said, parts of the room has shown its age and could do with a makeover

The best part is definitely the view and location of the hotel, It's perched up on a hill. The rooms are decent although nothing to really write home about

It’s located up a hilly slope, and need to drive to reach there. There’s no food nearby, but the hotel provides shuttle bus to Nagasaki station and back. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly

the only thing I could complain about is the unstable wifi. not a big issue as long as you got mobile data

Staff very friendly, old hotel but still have the luxury feeling. Big room.
