Overall, this isn't about atmosphere or design, but about convenience and predictability. It's a good value-for-money option if location and basic comfort are important to you

It has everything you need, without anything extra – a good option if you plan to do a lot of walking and just come back to rest

The staff were friendly, but their English wasn't very good (luckily, we had no problems with a translator), and they helped us send our suitcases to another city

The service is very standardized; check-in and check-out are done via machines, but there are staff members on hand to assist. Breakfast is very simple, but the room itself is pretty good, with a sufficiently large desk

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March. The main plus is the location: the hotel is literally right next to Nagasaki Station, which is convenient for transfers and generally as a base for exploring the city

This isn't the first time we've encountered the fact that, among all hotels, the soundproofing is probably one of the worst; you can hear the road even on the 7th floor, but it's generally bearable

The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for money, so you can easily spend a full and enjoyable vacation without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

The best seaside Hot spring I've had!

Excellent value for money. The room was in great condition, and all the resort facilities were fantastic. However, it was a bit disappointing that dining options closed so early, around 2-3 PM.

The 'Island Pay' e-money, which can be used at shops throughout the island, offers excellent value: you get 2,000 yen in points when you charge 10,000 yen

My absolute favorite place to visit! The staff's genuine kindness is truly heartwarming. Three distinct spas, each offering its own unique charm. You can feel their sincere desire to go the extra mile for guests.

Friendly staff that speaks good english. Luggage storage on the first floor that can be unlocked using ic card. Clean and extremely short distance from the train station, bus and trams.

JR Kyushu hotel Nagasaki is within walking distance to Nagasaki JR station and it is surrounded by shopping malls. We were grateful for the early check in at 1pm. The room is cozy and comfortable

Excellent location just next to Amuplaza which is next to Nagasaki train station. Easy access from the station by just cutting through the mall

Hotel’s location is also very central and easy connecting by bus or trams to places of interest such as Mt Inasa ropeway, Atomic Bomb Peace Museum, Glover Garden, Dejima, Gunkanjima Digital Museum etc

The space is just nice for one large and one medium luggages. The toilet and amenities provided are great. Luggage storage was available after check out. Umbrellas was also available for rainy days

The hotel condition and location is very good. The room is very big in Japan’s hotel room context. Near to train station and AMU shopping complex.  Will definitely stay there again if I visit next time.

I went to the newly created Hilton Nagasaki. The entrance is not so bright, but the inside is very bright and beautiful. First of all, it is the best place because it is very close to Nagasaki station

Great hotel in an excellent location. Buses and trams just outside the door. Halfway between peace park and train station. Coffee shop inside the foyer and onsen in the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend it

The hotel environment is great and the location is excellent. It was just during Chinese New Year, so it was a bit hard to find parking. The hot springs were really relaxing, though. I'll definitely come back next time.

The weather was nice and the sea breeze felt great. Breakfast was also delicious.

The facilities are a bit old, but overall they still reflect the standards of a long-established luxury hotel. The service is excellent, and the hotel is located very close to the city center.

The location is good and staff are very nice. There is a free shuttle bus service to Nagasaki ropeway every night and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel

This is a pleasant hotel located right next to Dejima, the former Dutch settlement, and less than 10 minutes away from Chinatown. A tram stop is also right opposite the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean

Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park

Great value, great location and great service. It is conveniently located near the main bus to/from airport, trams and shopping and sightseeing. I was not expecting such a good level of service for that price

Because the hotel was so good, I decided to stay an extra day in Nagasaki. On the second day, a Saturday, the price went up to 280 RMB

When I asked at the hotel, it was 330 RMB per night. I had seen it online for 180 RMB, and by the time I checked out, it was a little over 230 RMB, which is still much cheaper than booking directly

I'm not sure what the price would have been if I'd booked it the day before, so I can't say. Also, to get to Spectacles Bridge, you just walk right out of the hotel for about six minutes

Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell

Great breakfast! Unfortunately the room was not very clean full of dust on surface. Also the room smelled like a smoking room though it's a non smoking one. Onsen and late night snack were really nice.

There are self check-in kiosks in the hotel but most of the staff are proactive about helping you have an efficient and easy check-in. Rooms are spacious enough for a standard Japanese business hotel

A nice hotel in Nagasaki, close to the No. 5 tram stop and in a good neighbourhood. The room was a bit small, but that is pretty standard in Japan. The bathroom was clean. For a stay of one or two days, it is perfect.

The staff is amazing, but it's not like South East Asia in Service, but for Japan, this hotel is fulfilling exactly what you expect! You don't do something wrong booking this hotel, if you want a bit of a decent budget solution - this is your go-to hotel!

I made a spontaneous trip around Kyushu, so I went also spontaneously to Nagasaki. I found the S Peria with great reviews and it's exactly what is written here and everywhere! It's a decent choice

It's really conveniently located, with a tram in front, Chinatown behind, and Aeon Mall next door. I was satisfied with the service and facilities, but the only real disappointment was the small bathroom.

The location is good. There is a 7-11 store opposite, which is super convenient for shopping.

This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one

Amenities are good and bought a few shower gels and shampoos there as they smelled so good. The room and bathroom are perfectly clean. Very tasty green tea met us on the reception

The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax
