Overall the stay was pleasant, staffs were very nice, they replied emails and offered help all the time!!:) The room was a bit small, but enough for two and with big luggages!:)
Great location! The hotel is just the corner of the Kokusai dori street and surrounded by many convenient stores and restaurants. Value for money.
I booked a package with breakfast.
You can tell the room is dated and damaged with age, but very clean.
However, the buffet breakfast was advertised with many dishes and well-awarded, so i was slightly disappointed with the quality.
Beside of the breakfast issue, the location is great, and price is decent if booked ahead of time, also in room massage is available.
I will not say this is a bad choice...
Location was good. 5 mins walk to monorail.
We r happy to live here, the breakfast was good and the room as well
Frint staff is helpful with high level of service mind. Short walk from both bus stop and monorail. Serrounded with retaurants and convenience stores.
Exellent choice for travellers.

Location: Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, with plenty of monorail and bus stops nearby. It's right next to RYUBO Department Store, and there's a Family Mart downstairs, plus a 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a Daikoku drugstore close by. It's also super close to the day tour meeting point and Kokusai Street, so the location is truly excellent!
Facilities: Our room was on the 9th floor. While...
All staff is so helpful and good environment
"Good location and friendly staff, but the rooms are starting to show their age. The bed was comfortable, but the noise from the street was quite noticeable. Good for a short stay, but not for a quiet getaway. The breakfast buffet was a highlight."
Breakfast is at a small space. Have to seat in rows backing facing others for most and only limited tables for 4 persons or 2 persons. Limited varieties of food but tasty enough.
Hotel is also not flexible to allow just a few min of early check in. Only allow check in on the dot.
It is walking distance from Yui Stn / shopping mall next door and also to near International street. Location wise it...
Excellent location, walking distance to business district, shops and bus/monorail stations. The hot springs a great bonus but the hotel does not provide small samples of cleansers, lotions or creams, unlike many other hot-spring hotels in Japan.
Other than the bath on the top floor bring a bit poorly designed, everything else was great! 3 convenient stores just a short walk away, and a monorail station as well.

Nothing to complain about the hotel. It's very worth it for the size of the room. The view is cool too, and the lounge area looks really well decorated. There's even free alcohol and thirst quencher. Breakfast buffet doesn't have huge selection but is decent.
The great space with wonderful view!
The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.
The room was very spacious with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. It was convenient for driving, though the parking fee was a bit expensive.
The room is small but every daily necessities are provided. It is convenient to buy snacks at Lawson nearby. The location is also good to go to the beach nearby for activity. Good for family trip and who love enjoying sun shine.
The location is a bit out of the way, and there's no convenience store nearby.

The hotel location os really good.
The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues.
The room was on the 8th floor, above the car park level, with views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the ocean.
The room was spacious. A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room.
It was convenient...
GREAT LOCATION, just 9 minite walk from Asahibashi station, closed toKokusadori shopping steet,

Relatively basic hotel, it had everything we needed.. but nothing extra. Parking is 1500 yen per night at the hotel or there is times parking lots nearby for 900yen for 24 hours. Everything was comfortable and as describedz
The hotel was fantastic, excellent service, a great location & very convenient overall. There were convenience stores just around the corner & both the bus & train stations were only a 5–7 minute walk away. It was easy to find. I would highly recommend staying here!
Wonderful experience and super convenient for a solo trip. Love the breakfast zone!
The room was very clean and there was plenty of space. It wasn’t far from the monorail. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. I will definitely come back!

very nice room. clean. walking distance to station and even kokusai if you take it slow.
yoiyoi tei isakaya across the road is top notch.
Not a bad stay at hotel Torifito. Conveniently located near the famous shopping street. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast could have had better options also the coffee from the only coffee machine tasted quite cheap. Room was OK with all the basics. Overall a good stay.
Spacious room and comfortable beds, but the walls were a bit too thin that we kept hearing thuds from the neighbors. The staff, however, were helpful and friendly.
Nice hotel, with free drinks and sake :D OK location, not bad.
We enjoyed the welcome drink such as Okinawa san pin tea and rose hip , also there were 6 different types of awamori which traditional Okinawa liquor. staffs were very polite and kind since checking in, such a nice place to stay!

Too small room. Really old hotel.
Super basic, in every respect, no bedside lamp for example and the small window (that I didn't manage to open) was located too far away from the bed for me to be able to see the view from the bed.Good l9cation though
It is recommended that Chinese-speaking staff be available during check in time.
Good for a night stay as it is beside the monorail and along Kokusai Street. Good cleaniness and friendly staff. Other then that its a old hotel with poor sound insulation
Right by Makishi Station, there's a convenience store and the hotel. It's at one end of Kokusai Dori and also close to Asato Station (which has lots of highly-rated restaurants). The room clearly prioritizes value for money; it's not particularly comfortable or aesthetically pleasing. However, the bathroom is quite spacious for this price point, which is a plus. Good location away from the hustle and bustle yet easy access to restaurants and shop
Stayed there for 3 night and it was very comfortable and convenient (i'm not easy on hotels). Every day had room-cleaning. Size of the room is common for Japan, won't make accent on it. Everything was very smooth and calm, lovely fresh atmosphere. Space and hotel itself is not very big but very presentable and pleasant.

I booked this place while looking for accommodation close to the airport on the last day of my Okinawa trip. Please note that it is a different hotel from Hotel Rococo Matsuyama, so be sure to check the address carefully when visiting. I stayed in an executive room, and the room was fairly clean. This hotel offers good value for money and a great location – it's lively but quiet, and not far from Kokusai Dori. The service is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and clean. It's a perfect choice for budget travelers.

The room was a bit small; suitcases couldn't be fully opened and had to be hidden under the table, but it was clean and cozy. There was a small balcony. The bathroom had a bathtub for soaking.
Good location - close to Kokusai-dori, post, Miebashi station. Many ppl wrote that this area not good - kind of "Red light district". Didn't mention any uncomfortable and dangerous stuff.
Just the room i didn't like, had bad smell even was non-smoking.
Near hotel from their family GRG I liked more - cheaper and cleaner. And the same room
I really like the hotel and the size is just nice. Bed can be harder. Location wise if not walking outside at night I think it’s ok.
Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is about 2 junctions from the rail station. Walkable distance from the bustling street of the kokukai shopping district. Depending on the streets that you choose to walk through, you may pass by several night clubs though. With several men loittering around on the streets. It didnt feel all that safe. But if you entered from the other street, it is ok and felt much better

Great location, and easily located as it’s close to the Yui Rail. The walking distance to kokusai street is close too.
The air conditioner had a slight smell, like the filter hadn't been cleaned in a while. But other than that, the cleaning was excellent. Nowadays, many hotels in Japan have weird systems like cleaning only once for a three-night stay, so I really appreciated the daily cleaning here. The location is also great, close to Kokusai Street.

Location is superb
30 second from Asato stn that near to everything

The hotel is near the monorail stop and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are slightly larger than typical in Japan. It's convenient that open suitcases fit neatly under the bed, allowing for easy movement around the room. The bed was soft, with four pillows; we slept well. The chair isn't a massage chair, but it reclines into a comfortable reclining...
Hotel area is convenient. Many rest nearby, Room is clean. Breakfast is basic but delicious. The massage chair is remarkable.
When I checked in, I was approached by someone at the counter next to me. They explained the Halloween campaign to the Japanese guests, but not to me. After I got to my room, when I put out the bath mat, a woman's hair came out. I was also bothered by the fact that the sink in the bathroom was taped down.
The staff in counter is not very warm hearted but OK and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. We would like to stay here next time in Okinawa because the room price is reasonable and the bed sheets and quilt are clean and smell nice and the location is near the bus station and also monorail station

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center by foot, there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and the hotel facilities are relatively good.
In addition, there is a hotel multi-storey car park next to the hotel (free for guests if there are spaces), so if you have a car and want to stay in the center of Naha, I think this is the perfect place.
There weren't many restaurants or convenience stores around, so that was a bit inconvenient. It was nice to have a large mart right in front.
