It's very young vibe hotel with clean room, free beer hour 5-6pm. Breakfast is soso .

Clean and very friendly staff. Room is comfortable, and they offer alot of amenities, offer free water refill which help us alot since our family drink alot of water. it's next to a 711, for quick grab n go.

It is an average hotel. Good beds and friendly staff.

However, we had the assumption (looking at the price before discount) that it would be much better.

Few examples:
No coffee or tea bags in the room. You can ask for a kettle but have to pick it up yourself, they dont bring it up.
And pay for the coffee.

The rooms are very small.

The breakfast was the strangest we have seen: 4 options of very heavy and greasy food that might serve as a dinner to some. No Asian or healthy food options at all.

We asked them to leave halve of the (allready paid for) breakfast and just serve us a simple sandwich, but they charged us extra for this service.

They try their best, but I would not recommend staying here.

Ps parking is available yes, but not directly next to hotel and you have to pay 1200 per day.

Small room, 2 separate cubicles for shower & bathroom & there is a high step just to enter it. Friendly staffs. Daily free flow beer & soft drinks during happy hour.

The location is a bit of a walk from the city center, but everything else is fine.

Great location & nearby Miebashi monorail station.
Very friendly staffs.
Free 1 hour happy hour drinks for all hotel guests from 5pm.
Room slightly small, need to climb up a 40cm step into prefab shower & restroom.
All rooms has a window facing a concrete wall of other building.

For future guests seeking more spacious accommodations, i recommend to pay a little more to opt for their more spacious rooms.

To further elevate the initial guest experience, streamlining the parking process upon arrival presents a valuable opportunity. Allowing guests the convenience of parking before completing check-in could create a smoother and more relaxed start to their stay.

Regarding the check-in procedure, while we understand the need for verification, clarifying the purpose of the credit card request at the front desk or exploring alternative methods could further contribute to a more pleasant check in experience.

Facilities are perfect and new. The room is tidy and clean. But the room is extraordinarily small even for a couple carrying two luggages without children. Space is not enough for both luggage to open. A window is available but blocked. Slightly sunshine is infiltrated. Price for this room is not quite reasonable. Restaurant is good and comfortable.
