The location is superb! Next to Kokusai street but not in the busy area of it so it’s very convenient yet the atmosphere is very relaxing

There's an outdoor pool, which I'd heard was closed in December, but I actually saw people swimming. There's also a hot tub on the second floor, similar to hotels I've seen in Hokkaido

For a Japanese hotel, the room isn't small at all; it's more than enough space for one person, and probably just right for two. The front desk staff is quite responsible

Kokusai Street is right outside the hotel, and there are three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart) all within 100 meters

This hotel is located in the most bustling part of Kokusai Street, less than a ten-minute walk from Makishi Station

Overall, it's a good place, and I'd consider staying here again next time

Eventhough the staff manually changed ours to cool air, it was only temporary. The cool air turned to heater again. We hope this won't happen during summer. Otherwise, everything else was close to perfection

Overall the stay was pleasant, staffs were very nice, they replied emails and offered help all the time!!:) The room was a bit small, but enough for two and with big luggages!:)

Everything is within reach! Staff were helpful, room comfortable, clean and the walkway to hotel rooms are very bright. Toiletries provided, and has daily replenishment of 2 bottles of mineral water and toothbrush

It was 1900¥ per pax if booked 1 day before. The only thing we were not so pleased with the hotel was the aircon. There were 2 days the cool air became heater. The temperature outside was about 18-19deg

It is my second time to stay in this hotel. Location is definite good, very close to Prefectural Office Monorail station and just the entrance of Kokusai Street. All you can shop and dine is there

Bus stop is at the opposite and you can take the buses to anywhere you like. The size of the room is okay and very clean. Breakfast is fine, although almost everyday is the same. Will stay again next time in Naha

The pajamas were very comfortable, and having a large public bath on an upper floor was a godsend; soaking there after a long day was incredibly relaxing! Service: The front desk staff provided good, enthusiastic service

While the room isn't huge, it's a 'sparrow small but complete with all its vital organs' – perfectly fine for one adult and one child. The corner sofa was a nice touch, very convenient

It's also super close to the day tour meeting point and Kokusai Street, so the location is truly excellent! Facilities: Our room was on the 9th floor

It's right next to RYUBO Department Store, and there's a Family Mart downstairs, plus a 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a Daikoku drugstore close by

The menu changed daily, so even after five days, we didn't get bored! Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly

While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious, with many Okinawan specialties

Very good hotel by the sea! Great breakfast and small but very nice rooms, perfekt view towards sea or city. Nice park, beach and shrine right by the hotel. Big breakfast with a lot of interesting and great food.

Nothing to complain about the hotel. It's very worth it for the size of the room. The view is cool too, and the lounge area looks really well decorated. There's even free alcohol and thirst quencher

The room was very spacious with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. It was convenient for driving, though the parking fee was a bit expensive.

The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money

The problem with the room was the large amount of dust on the air conditioning unit and the walls, as well as traces of dust and mould. We would ask the staff to pay more attention to cleanliness

A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room. It was convenient to check into the hotel after 10 pm

The morning breakfast buffet was very filling and delicious There is a wide variety of both Japanese and American cuisines. Staff was friendly and spoke/understood English. Would love to come back here!

The hotel location os really good. The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues

Spacious room and comfortable beds, but the walls were a bit too thin that we kept hearing thuds from the neighbors. The staff, however, were helpful and friendly.

Such a lovely hotel, very clean, and contains everything needed. Children like the bunk beds and giant plushie sleeping companions especially. Would definitely stay here again.

The 15 min walk to Kokusai Dori street. A convenient store family mart nearby; have welcome drinks with sake, but only until 10/11pm I forgot

It is located along National Route 58, so it is easy to get there by car. It may be a little inconvenient for uncle, but it is also recommended for traveling couples and girls

It was a beautiful and comfortable business hotel. It ’s new, so it ’s beautiful. The lobby is also fashionable! There is also a desk (with an outlet) in the lobby, early check-in and even after check-out

Stayed there for 3 night and it was very comfortable and convenient (i'm not easy on hotels). Size of the room is common for Japan, won't make accent on it. Everything was very smooth and calm, lovely fresh atmosphere

Please note that it is a different hotel from Hotel Rococo Matsuyama, so be sure to check the address carefully when visiting. I stayed in an executive room, and the room was fairly clean

This hotel offers good value for money and a great location – it's lively but quiet, and not far from Kokusai Dori. The service is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and clean

Although look a bit outdated but it is cleaned and effort has been put in to make sure it can carry operating like any other hotel Staff are very helpful and able to cater to your needs

However, upon entering the room and checking the beds, we realused that while the bedsheets seemed to be clean, the covers were stained and dirty and appeared to have been just folded back on the beds after the previous guests checked out from the room

I really like this place and I have enjoyed my stay - great experience, great value of money, close to the public transportation and definitely I will stay again when I will be back to Naha

Amazing location, amenities and rooms. You can choose from many different shampoos and conditioners in the shower room, and rent various items like blowdryers and special pillows

3 min walk from Akamine station (Yui-rail). It’s very easy to get to Naha Airport. The capsule room is roomy than expected. Hotel provides a hand towel and a bath towel

I was surprised to see the welcome drinks available upon arrival. The women’s restroom area was awesome. The location was a block away from the train, very convenient

The room was spacious, quite large for a business hotel. The shower pressure was excellent, very comfortable 😌. There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient.

Good location and walkable distance to 國際通。Parking is just 1000yen per night and it is not far from the hotel, will definitely choose Smile Hotel again when I go Okinawa next time. 

Only one lift available in the building. Small size room. Parking is available at a charge. near to some good eateries nearby.

Very clean and staff are nice, initially I meant to book the Smile hotel resort and accidentally booked this smile hotel, but it is okay, got a connecting room and everything is clean.

There is one close by restaurant with lots of Japanese rock albums on the first floor nice ambience, delicious food, friendly. Must visit if you are staying in this hotel

Location: opposite to the hotel cross the big road and 100 meters walk, its on the first floor with a small door on the ground, hard to locate but worth it

The room was a bit small; suitcases couldn't be fully opened and had to be hidden under the table, but it was clean and cozy. There was a small balcony. The bathroom had a bathtub for soaking.

Good location - close to Kokusai-dori, post, Miebashi station. Many ppl wrote that this area not good - kind of "Red light district". Didn't mention any uncomfortable and dangerous stuff

Depending on the streets that you choose to walk through, you may pass by several night clubs though. With several men loittering around on the streets

Parking is a multi-storey carpark, needed staff assistance to park and retrieve the car. There are numerous good restaurants nearby and Kokusai-dori is just 5 mins drive or 15 minutes walk away

Typical Route Inn, more worn down due to the city centre. Parking is paid, breakfast is very simple. Suits for one night stay if you arrive late to Naha.

It is near the bus terminal, with 6-Eleven just across the road. I love the onsen inside the hotel and they even provide a yukata along for each guest! Will recommend again next time I come!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were always friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Asahibashi Station

We stay for 5 nights, breakfast is delicious (a little bit salty) but menu is the same. It's very close to Pier if you plan for snorkeling or diving. There is free bicycle for rent. we ride to fish market in the morning

The air conditioner had a slight smell, like the filter hadn't been cleaned in a while. But other than that, the cleaning was excellent

The hotel is conveniently located near the monorail station. The rooms, while small, were clean. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended

The hotel is not far from the monorail train, so it is convenient to get to the airport. And if you need to travel further into the island there is a bus stop. All of that makes it a good choice

I was able to leave my luggage there before checking in, then I returned and checked in. They say there was some construction, so you could get 1 free drink for each night you stay

And I didn't hear noises, so it was a nice gift from the hotel. The Okinawa-style breakfast was awesome! If you need to cut nails, you can borrow scissors or a nail cutter

Pros: The lobby is on the third floor, and there's a smoking area on the first floor in the parking lot. On the third floor, there are free coffee machines, water dispensers, and an ice maker

The best location! convenient to go around! the room is great love their pillow the most. However, there are two wings side the new renovate one (river wing) and another wing side (station wing) is the old one

The hotel is right beside the monorail 🚝 and near lots of bus 🚌 stops. Perfect location for exploring Okinawa. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby

There is parking service and a laundry room and it's literally a stone's throw away from the monorail station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport

The chair isn't a massage chair, but it reclines into a comfortable reclining position. The refrigerator doesn't freeze, only blowing cool air. The window only opens for ventilation

There's free parking but it's an elevator. It's actually not far from the train station. There's a convenience store across the street. The bed doesn't hurt your back

Food at club lounge wasn’t much of food, even breakfast had really nothing to eat. Free valet parking was great addition. Overall, the was great stay in Naha and super posh hotel

Also it's a short walk from the station and intl street so location is good as well. The only downside would be the expensive parking, it starts at 1700 yen 2026 standards

Best stay in Naha, true 5 star experience. Rooms are large, the corner room I booked had 2 balconies, and shower room was amazing with great water pressure and a frosted window to outside for natural light

Best location, just off the busy area, but you have Lawson, 711 and family mart all super close to you. Lots of off main streets local restaurants. The room is huge! Very clean and comfortable
