A nice little hotel with a coffee machine, laundry room, and a shared bath. The food is monotonous, and the air is a bit stale.

I thought there would be a parking lot dedicated to the hotel, but I parked in the parking lot right in front of the hotel and received a free ticket at the front desk when I left

Guests are provided with free parking space. Seems staff has difficulty communicating in English, but is still friendly trying to help us out. Also there's public baths separated by men and women

It's very quiet; there's a rule about keeping quiet after 10:00 PM. The hotel is on a quiet street. The owner is friendly and attentive, helpful and always ready to help. I stayed in a Japanese-style room

There's a free public bath at the hotel. The single bed is comfortable, measuring 900 or 1000 mm, but narrow. The exhaust fan in the bathroom works great; you can't hear it

The downside is that the air conditioning is quite powerful, so I turned it off at night

The amenities were okay though; it's a nice touch that the room came with a microwave

Cheap and comftable possibility for an night or two. Had to wait for an plainright next day and could get fast to Metro and Airport. Also good located between Coastline and citycentre to Shop

This hotel is very cheap, but it's also very old. The ventilation in the room wasn't great, and there was an unpleasant smell. It also felt a little bit unclean

In fact, there was a crosswalk right outside the station that would save us much energy to carry the suitcases up and down the bridge. That was a rainy evening and so we did not check the location of crosswalks nearby

It's nice that the room has been equipped with a socket for charging phones. The bed is comfortable because the mattress is not sagging, which is good. The hotel is not very new but is really value for money

I have stayed here for the third time in a row. Although it is old, it is very clean. The service staff is very friendly. I have stayed in the same room twice in a row. It really makes me feel at home

As other reviewers have said, the mattress was just too soft, and after staying for three nights, I had trouble falling asleep every night, and in the morning I felt tired and fatigued, to the point where I was considering booking another hotel

I wouldn't really recommend this hotel to people who are particular about bedding or have trouble falling asleep, but for people who can sleep anywhere, I think it's a great place to stay

The environment here is good, although the lights are a bit dim. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Meirong Bridge. You can walk to Kokusai Street nearby. It is also quick to walk to the prefecture

Old staff at the car park doesn’t speak English n it took some times for the communication when parking need to be on the other side as our car was too high. Receptionists were able to speak English to give info

Loved the decor in the family room. Very child-friendly including toys and child toothbrushes. Only problem was that the hotel didn't reserve a parking lot for us even though we had requested for it

Nice hotel. It's a bit of a walk - about ten minutes plus - from the monorail if coming from the airport. There's a Lawson right next door which is handy.

The room we stayed in has a bathtub, a small living room, a double room with a partition, a microwave and simple cooking tools. It is very suitable for family living and the price is reasonable.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. The views are not great on the 2nd floor but the rooftop is an added bonus. Restaurants within walking distance for families as well as bars and a Round1.

It was very close to Kokusai Street, and there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was not a problem. The room was very spacious and clean, and the quality at this price made for a very luxurious trip.

Cons I thought it would be convenient to have a mirror with a light, but The batteries in the mirror were dead so it couldn't be used. Also, the elevator hall was dark, so I wish they'd turn on the lights at night

There's a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven just a minute's walk away, and Max Value and Kokusai Street are just five minutes away, so it was very convenient

I stayed here for my child's exam. It's in a residential area, on a quiet back street, so it was great for students. If you rent a car, it's about 10 minutes to Chatan and about 30 minutes to the airport

The washing line on the balcony was basically one length of rope between two extension-arms, not really enough rope lines to hang a lot of clothes

I have to update this as it's been a while. Close to all the convenience of Kokusai street. I've come back here several times. **I have to be honest, the place is not holding up well

The aircon is always broken in some way. This time we have tissue stuck out of it to stop drips. The rooms have sinks, microwaves and hobs, but not even a cup in the cupboards

All pots, pans and cutlery have been removed. The rooms are functional, but expensive for what you get. One is new and much better, the other is old

We always get the old one, even when the photos on the room that you book (i. Com) clearly show that the room is from the new hotel. There is no service available each day until 3pm

Budget hotel with decent room, quite spacious for japanese standard. Alittle run down, especially the corridor, carpets are old n somewhat soiled. But rooms r still clean and comfy

Was a last resort after our booked hostel closed without waiting for us as arranged! Not in the best area (red light district) but it was somewhere to sleep when we had nowhere to go at 11:30pm. Very friendly staff.

Very nice place for backpackers. I was able to meet many new people. They have some kind of a deal with a local diving company, so when at the hostel you can book diving or snorkeling and get some percent off the price👍🏼
