The bed was a bit firm; those who prefer a softer mattress might not be used to it. The overall environment was clean, but my friend experienced a slight allergic reaction (depending on individual constitution)

The front desk staff were very welcoming. One morning I forgot my room key in the room, and the receptionist immediately helped me upstairs and unlocked my room. Oh, and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

A little bit confuse for self check-in and check-out. Location is surrounding with the night bar host. However the location is near the transportation spot like monorail, bus stop and able to walk to the shopping street

hotel have 6 parking lot in front of the hotel. it cost 700 yen / days. (it ok for me). there are supermarket, drug store, gas station around hotel. 10-15 min to Naha Airport.

Rooms smell moldy and feel like no ventilation at all. Beds not clean, we all have red itchy rash after a night. Maybe bed bug or some insects. Location is pretty good though. Can’t park big car in front of hotel
