Naha, 3-22-39 Makishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are small but you don't really need anything bigger if you plan to be outside adventuring. The bed was a bit too soft, basically your body sank into the mattress but it was still a rather comfortable sleep. Practical for somewhere to rest, refresh and do your laundry (washing machine provided) and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants (walking routes look farther on google...
I have to update this as it's been a while. Excellent place to stay. Close to all the convenience of Kokusai street. I've come back here several times. **I have to be honest, the place is not holding up well. Cleaning is not good. Dust everywhere. The aircon is always broken in some way. This time we have tissue stuck out of it to stop drips. The rooms have sinks, microwaves and hobs, but...
So so the map information must be clear and phone number
I gave this a 5 star as we stayed in the new building. It was a huge room with fridge, washer and I believe it's a combo with dryer. You need to bring your own detergent. The bed was new and didn't smell, the topper on the bed did move around a bit for us when sleeping. There was a hot water boiler in our room and there was free Japanese breakfast in the morning. For the negatives which I do not think...
Love the separate toilet and bath, the good location, 6 mins walk to Makishi station, 15 mins to international market, free smartphone which I didn’t use, free beverages at ground floor. Bed is too soft, balcony is dirty, store room took up a lot of space which is quite redundant
Very nice place, super clean and convenient. Great location (both quiet and close to transportation). Free soft drinks (at least no one charged us for them so far...) The only problem we had was with the bed (way too soft) and there was also a small window to the corridor without a curtain (during the night we had to block the incoming light using a towel). But given the price, the cons are negligible...

Both the room and the toilet are big. If you stay for three nights in a row, there will be no housekeeping to clean the room. You have to go to the counter to exchange for new towels when there are people at the counter (15-22). The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, there is a little blood stain on the quilt, the bathroom floor has poor drainage, water will accumulate after taking a shower, it...
Room is big but not clean enough
Very friendly people. The room was just OK for cleanliness and modernization, however the large, deep tub made up for any other oddness, such as wires coming directly from a rough hole punched in the wall for this purpose.

Budget hotel with decent room, quite spacious for japanese standard. Alittle run down, especially the corridor, carpets are old n somewhat soiled. But rooms r still clean and comfy
Was a last resort after our booked hostel closed without waiting for us as arranged! Not in the best area (red light district) but it was somewhere to sleep when we had nowhere to go at 11:30pm. Very friendly staff.

Friendly English-speaking staff. Close to the airport and ferry.
Great place to go, have a room to work from.
Very nice place for backpackers. I was able to meet many new people. They have some kind of a deal with a local diving company, so when at the hostel you can book diving or snorkeling and get some percent off the price👍🏼

The hotel is old and if you wanna sleep well , it’s impossible because there are a lot of noise from street. But it was so cheap and the location is in the best area of Naha with a lot of Izakaya , supermarkets and restaurants .
The location is right in the center of International Street, so I recommend it to those who want to stay up late and look around. However, the facilities are old, so there is a strong moldy smell.
Basic hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff
The hotel is in a good location. There are no large quilts in the room. There is no air-conditioning in the corridors and elevators. The air is not circulated and is full of heat and a bad smell!
The location is great. The front desk is currently undergoing renovations, which was a bit discouraging at first. There is only the bare necessities, but it's enough for a place to sleep. Good value for money!
Although the hotel is quite old, the room is spacious and close to the center. Very convenient

excelente service ! , the breakfast is most local than international
Old hotel in good location. Normal 11am checkout is good. Free day drinks in lobby. But Other places can give you better for the same price. Tiny room not enough for any luggage, or even two people. Tiny bathroom and shower can barely turn around in. Hard bed. One tiny pillow. Internet is slow and drops out every 5-10 minutes. They will knock on doors before checkout time and make noise outside waking...
Decent older hotel near ashibashi. Underground parking is nice to have. Front desk also speaks English. Free drinks in lobby. Small but clean room. Raised step plastic bathroom. Water bottles given. Few tv channels. Wifi works. Tiny fridge froze my food. No laundry. Normal 11am checkout.
The hotel is near the monorail station. But far from the beaches. Breakfasts are good - some of the food is Japanese, some is European. It's bad that the staff doesn't know English very well and the signs are all in Japanese. In general, Okinawa doesn't welcome foreign tourists. Mostly, its own people are there.
It's about a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station, so it's convenient for both the airport and sightseeing. It has the feel of a Showa-era hotel. The facilities are old, but well-maintained. The indirect lighting is nice, too. There are plenty of amenities, including tea, snacks, and mineral water. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy. They serve very high-quality food, including homemade Okinawan...
The location is excellent. The room is well maintained and has all the necessary facilities. The downside is that the facilities are old and the air conditioner is not cold enough. Overall, it is still quite good. I will consider staying again next time.

The hygiene is good, and the front desk service and facilities are excellent; it's highly recommended.
Check-in was easy, and we were given a free bottle of tea or water as a drink. There was a convenience store nearby, and it was easy to stay there, as it was close to 58 and Kokusai Street. The room was equipped with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, etc. There was no detergent for laundry, so you had to prepare your own. I would like to use it again when I stay in...
There is a washing machine and dryer, which is convenient. It's nice that the toilet and bathroom are separate, but the bathtub is small. There is a high-efficiency cooking heater, but it appears to be designed for gas and there are no outlets nearby. There was a slight smell in the room. There was trash piled up around the entrance on the first floor, blocking the stairs.
The place is new, room is spacious, equipped with complete amenities like kitchenette, washer, dryer. Not the nearest to monorail station, but the walking distance was acceptable, maybe about 5 min. Very close to the parking lot, so driving is convenient.
Great place near the port and around 7 min from Mieibashi. Feels like a small apartment room to be honest, in a good way. The place is run by a nice chinese couple ( I think) so talking them to in English, Chinese and Japanese is possible. The rooms have microwaves and a kitchen as well so cooking is also possible. Near kokusai-dori as well.
Good location and quite cheap.

It's conveniently located about a 20-minute walk from the remote island terminal and about a five-minute walk from Kokusai-dori. It's also close to the Yui Rail station, so it's very convenient. The receptionist was very nice.
I was satisfied with the single room, which was similar in price to a capsule hotel in Naha City. However, the overall facilities were not up-to-date and clean.
The hotel is conveniently located Nearby is the Kokusai-dori entrance and the Prefectural Government Station. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor The person in charge is very friendly and provides detailed information The second floor is the living room with tables and chairs and water supply
The bed was comfortable! Good location!
For this price, I didn't have high expectations, but it was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that even though it was a dormitory, there were bath towels, face towels, a toothbrush set and a razor in the room. There was also a refrigerator in the room, so it was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient and the price is very cheap, so you can't expect too much from the hotel. I booked the wrong time at the hotel, but they adjusted it, which was good.
I think the location is great! However, the futons were thin. The men's restroom was very smelly. Well, it was really cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.
I am writing this review as a honest feedback to the manager/owner. My friend, you have such a nice location and a reasonable building with such a nice/large rooftop. But the cleanliness is poor by any standard and really terrible by Japanese standard. The toilet smells, the bedsheets were worn out, the overall looks of the open space was cramped and dirty. The roof has puddles of water after rainfall...
The hotel left a note for late arrivals at check-in, which was very thoughtful. It's also very close to a famous rice ball shop, so you can try it in line. Overall, the price is excellent, and the showers are also very clean.
The hotel waiter had a very good service attitude and was very enthusiastic. He patiently explained many issues to me. If I come to this place next time, I will still want to come to this place.
Good surprise, not easy to find but well located, the showers are great, the staff who also works at Lohas is very nice, and the family room is just great. Small window though

Ryukyu glass cups. I learned for the first time here that they're heat resistant. I bought the one on the left!
Located in the heart of Kokusai Street, the location is very convenient. The bars of Makishi and Sakaemachi are within walking distance, and there are countless restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel is old, but it is well-maintained. Amenities are self-service at the front desk, and all the basic necessities are provided. The refrigerator keeps a good temperature, which is very convenient.
If you don't care much about the room, the location is good because it is located along Kokusai-dori. 3 minutes walk from convenience store A 10-minute walk to the prefectural office north exit bus stop where high-speed buses to Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island leave
The hotel itself is undeniably old, but it faces Kokusai Street, and the service is good. I used it for business, but it was very helpful to keep the large luggage that I had shipped earlier for free.
Stayed for 3 people in August 2019. I don't know the price details because it's a package, but it's a cheap hotel on Kokusai Street and the location is great. The car is about 1,000 yen per day at the hotel. However, we searched for a pay P that fits the way we move (about 800 yen for 12 hours) and walked to check in. The room is small, but it's only for one night. It's a noisy street, but the soundproofing...

Small space but beyond our expectations. We arrived late due to lost baggage at the airport but there was clear directions on how to get into our rooms.
Really lovely stay for affordable price. Right next to center.
The room is big and old overall. There is a self-service laundry machine downstairs. I don't like the layout of the room. There are many doors and cabinets. As soon as I entered the room, both the children and the adults said that it was a bit scary. The innermost room was the scariest! I didn't sleep well that night and woke up around midnight. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a two-minute walk from Makishi Market in the center of Naha. The waiter was very nice and the room was well equipped and clean. It is a cost-effective accommodation!
very convenient, just 3 minutes walk from the busiest street. Spacious apartment and room rate include breakfast; yet the breakfast menu repeats each and every day 😏
It was a great family trip with great accommodation. My family and I are looking forward to staying here again on our next Okinawa trip. The accommodation is very close to Kokusai-dori, Makishi Market, and Udai Village! I will also recommend my friends to stay here when they travel to Okinawa.

I checked in around 4 PM. I had booked a female-only dorm the day before, but the bed wasn't made, and the staff didn't seem particularly apologetic. A few hours later when I returned to the room, the bed had been made. The bathrooms and showers were clean and plentiful, which was a plus. Considering the location, I think the price is fair!
This hotel is located on a shopping street, with plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, making it super convenient. Although it doesn't have a parking lot and the bathrooms are shared, the overall cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere are great, making it perfect for a group of friends.
When I booked, I didn't realize it was more like a hostel, without private bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient for a family trip. The room was clean, but the bed's support wasn't great; it creaked every time I turned over 🤣. There was an elevator, but it wasn't working, which made it a hassle to carry large luggage up and down the stairs.
There was a kitchen so we were able to easily cook what we bought.
I made some Turkish friends. There was one noisy Japanese guest, but the foreign guests were friendly and it was a very nice hotel. However, the bathroom and amenities were a bit lacking.
I stayed here on the way back from a drinking party in Naha. Thank you for your hospitality.

I'm staying nearby while visiting relatives. Transportation is so-so; there are shopping malls and parking lots nearby. However, room cleaning requires prepayment. You have to throw away your used towels and get clean ones yourself. Breakfast is very basic: coffee, drinks, and 3-4 kinds of small bread rolls.
It's conveniently located within walking distance of Ginowan Beach and the shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable, from the bed to the bathroom. The breakfast was also satisfying, with a wide selection of drinks including chewy bread, salad, coffee, soup, fruit juice, and milk.
The room was a little small, but it didn't bother me since I was there for work. There was a convenience store nearby, and the izakaya next to the hotel was nice.
Because it is in a residential area, the entrance to the apartment next door is visible from the window, so I couldn't open the curtains. It was clean, but the building is old, so I was bothered by the smell of humidity. The bread and salad at breakfast were delicious. The staff were also polite. I think it's very cheap for this price, including breakfast, so I recommend it if you don't mind the smell
I had business in Urasoe, but there were no hotels there, so I looked for one in Ginowan. While there are many resort hotels, I was glad to find this business hotel. I didn't have time to swim, but I was able to walk to the beach in the morning for about 15 minutes, so I was able to get a taste of Okinawa.
I stayed here to attend a live performance at the Convention Center. It was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the venue, and the hotel was convenient for going to restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and everywhere else. All the basic amenities were provided, and apart from the fact that the refrigerator didn't work very well (it kept turning off on its own a few times), I was...

The house is old and the room is tatami. Check-in is at 3 pm, but they helped me check in earlier. It is very clean and cost-effective.
Both the cleaning staff and the front desk staff were very friendly and sincere, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. Thank you. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of towels and the smell of the towels (no matter which towel I used, it smelled like an old man's scalp when I dried myself). I think this can be improved immediately, so I would like it if you could do so in order to maintain...
I stayed here for three nights during my winter break. It was so comfortable that I felt like I was renting a room in an apartment building. The bathroom also had a bathtub so I could enjoy a long soak. I was grateful that I could change the towels as I pleased. There was a set meal service in the morning, which I was very satisfied with. Thank you very much.
The room is spacious and the service is good, but the room facilities are simple and the bedding and mattress are very thin. I feel back pain when I get up. If you have requirements for sleep quality, it is recommended to book another hotel.
It was clean, the bed was big and spacious enough for four adults to stay. I'd like to come back again. Thank you!

Had trouble operating the washing machine. Front desk wasn’t able to help. Suggest they give clearer instructions on how to figure it out. Other than that the hotel was great. Very good location. Best location, just few mins walk from one of the monorail stations, and 2nd floor of hotel is connected to a 2 tiers Dondondonki, along the way from monorail station to hotel there’s 7-11 and family mart!
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Tsubogawa Station, which is four monorail stops from the airport. It's in the same building as a Don Quijote supermarket, with a direct back entrance to the supermarket on the second floor, which is incredibly handy. We understand that prices are often higher during Chinese New Year, but we paid HK$2,408 per night including breakfast for two—about three to four times the lowest room rate—and stayed for three nights. Service was really good. And, the location was perfect.
Great service here the staff are lovely, happy to help you. Also the location is great so close to the monorail and the bus station. Their is a few things that need a little bit more attention like the broken toilet and a block sink. Also i had problems with the WiFi, it was very slow.
Beds were comfy and friendly staff, great location and price. However, I felt like I was staying in an old people's home with lots of long term stays. Unfortunately, this meant the most amount of snoring I have ever heard, literally every bunk bed in the dorm. Bunk curtains are also no good for blocking light out or privacy. Nice chill out area and great kitchen. And fridges etc.
