The attitude of staffs are very good however the facility is extremely old and there was smell during the stay at room

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it definitely doesn't affect the overall experience. I absolutely loved the onsen baths here; there are multiple indoor and outdoor baths with various temperatures. I booked a tatami room for three nights almost a month in advance. The hotel is very clean, and towels and yukatas are changed daily. The breakfast set menu is simple. There's a free shuttle bus at Saga Station exit, with temporary parking next to the Comfort Hotel. See the picture for the specific times; it's very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is clean, but the facilities are a bit old. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. There are two restaurants inside the hotel, and a ramen shop across the street also serves food. It's about a 15-minute bus ride from the train station.

Suitable for families with parents; the rooms are spacious, and although the location is a bit out of the way, there's free short-distance parking available, so it's not a problem. The onsen (hot spring) is free for guests, and it's segregated by gender. There are various temperature pools, both indoor and outdoor, plus a sauna. There's also a guesthouse within the hotel grounds. The prices are reasonable. One thing to get used to is that you store your shoes at the entrance, then hand the shoe key to the front desk to exchange for a room key. When leaving the hotel, you exchange the room key for a shoe key. This process prevents people from wearing shoes inside the hotel, but it can be a little inconvenient if you frequently need to enter and exit.

The hotel was surprisingly good, with various hot spring pools. They offer a shuttle service to the JR station, which is a bit far from the station but still quite convenient. I'd definitely go again if I have the chance.

The location was far from Saga City, but it was very convenient because there was a shuttle bus.

Amandi Hotel is all good, but the hotel does not serve dinner or breakfast.
This is a very uncomfortable hotel for guests.
The hot spring water is good and the facilities are decent, but you have to go outside the hotel for dinner and breakfast, and there is no place to eat breakfast near the hotel.
