Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Onsen is very clean. Staff speaks english moderately well and are very helpful.

The hotel is at the best location, next to the train station. While looking for something to eat would require some walking around 400 -1000m, its managablr. The room is normally small. A big luggage mught struggle.
The public bath is good, with a single large tub.
The breakfast is standard japanese styles dishes, no made-to-order counter for eggs.

Good hotel warm comfortable bed.But no water inside the room provided.Room small but I could manage.Very Centrally located only 1 min from the train station
Disadvantage only 1 elevator but waiting time was reasonable.
Breakfast was good but to small to host all the customers.
Onsen included and pajamas and slippers provided.

Location! location ! location! Just steps away from JR station. Best choice if you arrive late the day but not many shops around.

Great location, the hotel is directly next to the Takeo Onsen Station. Parking was convenient, it is right in front of the hotel. Staff at the reception was friendly and polite when we checked in.

I have genuinely never stayed in a room that smelled this bad before. If I hadn't arrived so late, I would have definitely switched hotels. The moment I stepped into the room, there was an indescribable odor. Then I opened the bathroom door, and honestly, it was unbelievable—a mix of sweat and urine smell hit me full force. Even with the exhaust fan running continuously, it didn't help. I truly didn't want to stay there for another minute. The onsen was even more ridiculous; I've never encountered such an awkwardly crowded changing room in Japan. And you had to queue naked for the showers... The next morning, a visit to the Takeo Onsen Romon♨️ was an absolute salvation! I stayed in the main building, which I assume is older. I wonder if the annex would have been better, because the location is truly excellent – right outside the JR station – and the bedding was comfortable.
