The hotel is quite old but big and it is very near to station. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Everything is wonderful except the air-conditioning keeps warm in winter time. The staff helped us open the window so we can have normal room temperature.

Overall, everything was very good. However, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and I could clearly hear guests from nearby rooms.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating in changing the smoking rooms to non-smoking ones. They were considerate in helping us manage and prevent the need to change rooms, despite being fully booked.

Best service. The staff was very nice and thoughtful. We asked for room to changes clothes after a morning red-eye flight and we got we asked as a big room with mirror.

The room is really dated. No enough air convention in the room and stuffy. The air-conditioning is in weak mode. I stayed for twice during my trip. The first 2 nights at rooms on 8/F, the WIFI is strong, the water pressure is strong. The lighting is too dim and the lamp at door entrance is out of order and not able to fix before I check out. The carpets and air conditioning make the room hot and stuffy. I asked staff to open the window for us to get fresh air but a bit noisy. Not good for light sleeper.
The second stays were allocated to 13/F floor, room is brighter and looks new. Alternatively, the WIFI is not stable and water pressure is not so strong. Not sure if it is about the high floor reason.
The staffs are professional and polite and helpful most of the time. Location and price are the key reason for staying. It would be good they could renovate the hotel and upgrade its facilities in future.

Room size was good for triple sharing. Breakfast is ok, not outstanding for its price point. Convenient location in tenjin is its best selling point.

It’s a traditional hotel, large room and good for family of four. Price is reasonable but there is no gym facilities. Conveniently located in Tenjin and near to the nishitestsu line where u can travel to Dazaifu and Yanagawa.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Tenjin Station and the commercial district. With two convenience stores nearby, shopping and getting around are incredibly convenient. While the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, allowing ample room to open luggage, and felt quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight – plentiful and delicious. We stayed for three consecutive nights, but room cleaning was only performed every other day. The front desk and service staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even assisting us with our luggage to the room during check-in. The only minor downside was ongoing construction directly across the street, which resulted in some noticeable vibration noises audible from the room.

The hotel's exterior looks very upscale. While the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are still good, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The best part is its excellent location near Tenjin Street, which is perfect for shopping and exploring, and it's also very close to Ichiran Ramen.
