Price as good.
Location was perfect (near JR Matsuyama station and Iyotetsu station too).

Service - also good. Like in Japan, it's hard to go low. Like most biz hotels, they don't really encourage early check-ins but can hold your luggage if you arrive early.
Location - The JR station is good for getting into and getting out but there are not much around here. Hotel is next to the tram station that can get you to Dogo Onsen and the castle is within walking distance.
Room is not cramp and had good city view.
I love the bed, have a great sleep.
My room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location less than a five-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station.
